Expensive. Decent, but expensive. Some of the food was overcooked, the meat and rice to be more specific. The chicken was bland. The sauce on the meat curry bowl was quite nice.

One of my go to places for quick fresh bowls, salads and curries! The teriyaki and avocado bowls are my favourites. And the staff is super friendly at this location too :)

The food is really good! But I was a bit frustrated cause there is no bathroom for customers available, which is mandatory in places where you can eat and drink and have more than 10 seats. The guy at the cashier desk was not caring at all and not very customer friendly. When I nicely asked he just said there is none and when I asked if there is any place around here to go for a bathroom he didn't care at all and didn't even try to help. For a place that should offer that and is not offering this I expect at least a hint where I could go. I found out there's a library across the street to go there. Also if there is no bathroom available it is mandatory to make that clear on a sign at the entrance. It's sad that such simple things that help customers are simply just missing here, which gave me in overall the feeling to not really be appreciated.

Food is ok, not special. I've eaten far more tastier bowls. Bowls comprise only a few ingredients, from which the majority is letuce.

It's the second time that they mix up the orders and I get someone else's food. The people working there are a mess and it's impossible to understand when the food is ready unless one stands right at the counter. The place is disorganized, paying takes too long (the machines often don't work) and the queues are enormous. I used to go there often during my lunch break but I won't do it again. There are many better places nearby with better food and better service.

Ingredientes are fresh but the dishes themselves are mediocre, not worth the money at all. Place is normal, if you're looking to spend a quick lunch break here then it's alright but expensive. For anything else it's just not the vibe.
