What a treat! Personable, professional staff welcomed me in the beautifully restored lobby. My quiet king suite was tastefully appointed with a nod to themed historic decor, high-end bedding, plush towels and luxurious toiletries. Other thoughtful touches included a robe and slippers, a comfortable couch with a cozy throw and loads of well-placed adjustable lighting. And for those of us who like to “settle in,” there are drawers (imagine that) to store your belongings! But, the highlight of my stay was the Four Vagabonds bar. Stunning! The website’s pictures don’t do it justice. And bartenders Candace and India kept the patrons engaged in lively conversation for hours. Be sure to ask India to make one (or two) of her 5 star old fashioned cocktails. Next time, I’ll make a reservation at Clara’s Table restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel. In fact, make a day of it and pair a stay with a visit to The Henry Ford Museum.

Most beautiful atmosphere only surpassed by the charming and helpful staff. Appearing at appropriate times to assist with any needs and ensure comfort. Amenities abound. Clean, well appointed, and warm reception. Quiet, historic, and tastefully decorated. Excellent location, minutes from tasty dining options. Exceptional value. Can't wait to go again!

From the minute we walked in the front door, Jay greeted us and gave us the most amazing service! The whole place is absolutely stunning, the guest houses are incredible and the restaurants were fantastic. What a gem! Special thanks to Jay for showing us around and sharing the history of the place and making us feel so welcomed. Truly the best part of The Dearborn Inn is Jay who was the nicest person I have ever met in all the places I have visited.

We have been to the Dearborn Inn several times, always an amazing experience. This was our first visit since they did their extensive renovation. Sometimes when they renovate they entire kill the elegance and richness of an old hotel, but this was done so well it really is an improvement. The lobby is gorgeous and the rooms are even more beautiful than before. They kept all the warmth of wood and deep rich colors, but refreshed the whole look. We hardly ever like remodels or renovations, but this is really an amazing new look. Ate in the restaurant - Clara's, (as we always do) for breakfast and it was really a great experience there too. Jay was delightful in the lobby welcoming us each time we returned. He is a great asset to the hotel!

I booked this hotel for our wedding night and made sure to call ahead to make special arrangements to make the event notable. The person I spoke with assured me that everything would be set up and taken care of as we spoke about. Lo and behold, the night of the wedding we show up and nothing I spoke about was done. I called the front desk from our room and couldn't get a hold of anyone for over 45 mins. It was a major disappointment. When I tried to reach out about it after our stay, I tried to make contact multiple times and was assured 3x that someone would reach out to me to talk about it and now 3 months later still not a word back. They really managed to spoil a once in a lifetime event. EDIT: The reply from management seem to be confusing me with someone else, as they never communicated to me that any service was unavailable, thus no alternatives were ever offered me at any point whatsoever. In fact I was told very surely that it was all possible. The confounding part is that when we showed up that night, the front desk was able to see in my booking that it was listed as our wedding night, told me they usually do specials in the room for these sorts of occasions "if only they had known sooner" indicating to me they were clueless. Finally, the front desk operations manager never reached out to me despite my multiple attempts to reach them. Even after the initial night this hotel continues to disappoint with poor service and clearly disorganized hospitality.

The doorman Jay made our time visiting the Dearborn Inn so incredible. His passion for people and hospitality is infectious and something to really admire. It was my first time visiting and he shared some very cool stories about the place. Jay not only went above and beyond with his service but he made my family and I feel so welcomed and loved- and THAT is the beauty and magic of hospitality. Great job Jay. Already planning to come back soon!

I have stayed here several times. Great hotel with lots of history behind. It recently went through a renovation ans the result is amazing, very neat and nice installations, check in was fast and the service is remarkable (I.e. I received some packages and I usually have to ask for them at the lobby, in the dearborn inn they are delivered up to my room when packages arrive). For Ford international travelers this is very convenient as this is walking distance from PDC and new World Headquarters. The restaurant is good but expensive I would say, anyway if you need it you won't regret it. Overall I would say there was an upgrade compared to the old Dearborn Inn.

My stay at The Dearborn Inn was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service and attention to detail from the staff were outstanding. The hotel’s ambiance perfectly blends classic charm with modern comfort, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout the lounge and restaurants. Every meal and interaction felt warm and genuine. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, and very comfortable—making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, The Dearborn Inn delivers a first-class experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Called the hotel to book a client in town. could not even get to the Dearborn Inn hotel on the phone. someone in India answers the call. when i asked to speak to the hotel directly they said that is not possible. When i said i wish to talk to the hotel the operator from India said we can't do that. it was amazing sad. stay in Birmingham Mi and not in this place.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The grounds are immaculate and inviting. Upon entering the lobby, it was like taking a step back in time. Rather than one of those bustling, loud hotels, this one was warm and relaxing. The staff are friendly and pleasant. Our room was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was gorgeous. There is even a Nespresso machine with coffee and tea. There is also ample self-parking in their large lot. We won't hesitate to return when visiting the area.

We moved from MI two years ago but fly back often to spend time with family. We have been waiting patiently for the Dearborn Inn to reopen, and we were not disappointed! Our room was beautiful (see pics). We were only there for an overnight as we had an early flight (and so convenient to the airport). We look forward to visiting again in the future.

It was a little tough finding the right entrance but once we did everything went smoothly. Parking was easy and the entryway is accessible. The concierge behind the counter greeted us and checked us in rather quickly and was exceptionally kind to my family, even my 3 small children. We all felt welcomed. I knew a little about the history before entering but this place is bursting with fun facts and stories to stimulate your mind. Upon entering our room, I was in awe of the beauty, cleanliness and immediate comfort. I certainly paid for a high quality experience and received nothing less. From the linens, to the bedding, the Nespresso machine (heaven), to the details in the bathroom to the dimmable lighting, this place is truly a dream and something other hotels should take note of. I even used the fitness room which had plenty of equipment, towels, and water. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to others. If not for the history, then for the luxury experience.

Lame restaurant. Never returned calls or emailed or texted to confirm reservation for twelve people for four days. Needless to say, by now it's difficult to get another reservation for twelve people.

If you are going to stay in Dearborn this historic hotel is beautiful and well kept. Rooms were well designed and the service is friendly and always available. First class. One area they lack is they are located within Walking distance of Greenfield Village and The Ford museum. Currently there is construction, making the commute to the attractions impossible to walk to and they offer no service to get to the attractions (the main reason to stay there). This might sound silly, but they park a very nice Ford in front of the front hotel door to advertise Ford (literally), but they can't use a Ford to drive you to the Ford museum? Getting an Uber to drive a quarter of a mile is ridiculous.

This place is top of the line. Our room was very very clean with beautiful decor. Parking is free. Bathroom was beautiful. And, Yes, the decor is lovely but the service is the real draw. I want to shout out chief sous chef Hitomi for giving me the royal treatment in the restaurant. Its expensive but money well spent. I will definitely stay there again!
