Decathlon Union Station

I recently visited Decathlon to buy swimming goggles and found myself unsure about the difference between UV-protected and non-UV-protected options. Thankfully, a helpful CSR (Pal) took the time to explain the benefits of UV protection, clearing up my confusion, which I felt was not so important for me. I opted for the non UV-protected pair, and I’m so glad I did! They’re incredibly comfortable, provide great clarity, and offer the extra benefit of protecting my eyes from chlorinated water while swimming. For the price, they’re absolutely worth it. Excellent service and a great product!

ABSOLUTE GEMS!!! - Fantastic, extraordinary and above & beyond customer service from Anceta, Plern & Pal. Can’t say enough good things about these guys… They’re knowledgeable, kind, patience and honest💯 - complete legends and a rare find in the industry these days. Long story short: we spent a lot of time in the store, tried multiple hiking stuff and they we’re answering all our questions with excellent recommendations. They made sure we got the sizes we needed - even though that meant to disassemble outfits from the mannequins and put them back together💪🏽 But the cherry on top was when I received an email letting me know that I’ve left my credit card behind, that they have secured it, and they were WAITING for us (their shift had ended already)🤯💟 Decathlon leadership team - you’re blessed to have this team. I hope you can identify, retain and grow this kind of talent. The work ethic, dedication, passion and kindness of these guys is something you should find a way to replicate in all your stores. I ordered two pairs of boots and they gave me different sizes for each of them. The packaging was really bad. One of the boot was used already. Worst experience ever.

I'm so happy I found out about decathlon, you can get good quality gear for 1/3 to 1/5 of the price of other stores that holds up in 99% of conditions. I got 20 different things from decathlon (shells, layers, accessories, bags for hiking, xc/alpine skiing & snowshoeing) for the same price as one discounted arc'teryx shell - unless I'm doing professional racing or extreme mountaineering I'll be good with decathlon. This store is a little small and has limited selection, but you can always order online with free pick-up if you need something specific and it's easy to grab here and look around.

Best sports store for 99% of people's needs. A company from France, I cant' recommend them enough. High quality items at a fraction of the price of the brand names. There's no reason to go anywhere else in my opinion. Customer service is also superb.

Great prices, quality, and service. I got skates for under $40 last year and they are still going strong. I go skating almost every week. They are super comfortable too.

The only Decathlon in Toronto—I’ve shopped here many times. Although the store isn’t very big, you can order online in advance and have your items delivered to this location. If they don’t fit, you can return them immediately. Everything I bought was a great fit and very cost-effective. They should definitely open another store in Toronto.

I am a very happy customer because of my excellent shopping experience at Decathlon Union Station location. It was my first time there and one of the staff Ali not only showed me the selection in store, but also the online selection. Then he also helped me place the online order so that it gets delivered to my home address. Ali was extremely polite, cheerful and provided the best customer service one can hope for! It saved a lot of my time. Thanks a lot Ali! I will definitely be back for more products!

I like their clothes. It is also great to have a store right in downtown, where you can get goods delivered or return them. Service is very good. Decathalon clothes are good value for money. As someone who likes outdoors, I can always find something here and at a reasonable price. Check them out if you haven't already
