Clean, large and comfortable rooms. The mattress isn’t soft enough personally, but in total good value for money. Breakfast is good, with nice variety of cheeses, eggs, hams and vegetables. Prime location in Soest - 5 minutes walk from train station, city center and shopping area with Supermarket and more

Hotel itself is fine. I would however warn anyone against ordering a taxi from this hotel. We paid €130 for a 40 minute taxi journey at 9am to Dortmund airport using the taxi that this hotel booked for us, outrageous and a clear scam I assume the hotel is in on it and takes their cut. We had paid only €100 the evening before to travel from Dortmund to Soest during peak prices so there is no debate whether we were overcharged.

Good location, clean rooms. Quite basic breakfast. Location practical and close to the train station, however a bit noisy due to the trains.

The aircondition cannot honestly be called a aircondition. Absolutely useless and my feeling is that the aircondion most likely is a the person in the reception just blowing into a tube... Other thsn that the hotel is quite Nice and roomstandard is good.

It’s one of my many visits in this hotel. Very nice place, maybe a bit pricey but for this standard it’s ok. They started doing breakfast as an option. That’s good improvement. Rooms are quiet and very clean. I will be coming back again very soon.

I would give 4.5 stars to my review. I didn't like too much location. It's close to city center but also to parkings around and train station (and it's not the best and cleanest areas in the city). Rails and noise from trains Infront hotel is both - plus and minus (I think it's romantic). Room was a bit empty for me, smthng was missing... Balcony with ashbin but door from outside impossible to close so smokes comes inside. Not 100% clean. Salt for bath was just one (should be at least for numbers of days or guests I guess). Also I was expecting to see sleepers and bathrobe in the room with bathtub next to bed, it was not. Also from cosmetic only soap and shampoo on the wall. No fridge. Many switched were not functioning. It's impossible to switch off light in the whole room from the bed. Breakfast is very middle - not much but plus minus all usual basics. All were not bad. Just I was expecting little more higher service for 200+euro per night in Soest...

We stayed in the superior suite, nice modern room, designed very elegantly, and quite spacious. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The walk-in shower is definitely a plus. Great view of the city with four churches in sight. The train tracks are directly next to the hotel, but the sound isolation is excellent, with closed windows there is perfect silence. Also the city center is 5 minutes away. |Quick warning: There is no mini bar or no way of getting food except the vending machines.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful and we were allocated a quiet room away from the railway tracks. The room was clean and comfortable with functioning air conditioning (important in the hot summer weather). We had a good night's sleep and breakfast was fine, although more selection (e.g. croissants and other bakery products) would be a good touch. The hotel was within a walk of the town centre.
