Must-visit location! Having good food and a cold drink for reasonable prices while watching the sunset.....followed by a movie watched from a deck chair even with a cushion to lay perfectly comfortable. Nice people, good vibes... a perfect evening 👍

I had literal goosebumps a quarter of the time I was there. The movie was so pretty, and so was the setting of this wonderful outdoor cinema. Bats flying around, crickets in the bushes, a wide selection of drinks. Just beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

One of the best cinema experiences you could have. They have a wide variety of snacks, drinks and some food options available on site. We have been there a couple of times and if you want to secure a good seats it's better to arrive at least 30 minutes before the movie starts as it tends to get full. Prices are good and service is excellent. We have always reserved our tickets online as I've noticed they do sell out for some movies. Situated in a lush environment close to the city, there's some stairs if you want to walk down from the CBD to the cinema. It is easy to park your car right outside or a short 3-minute walk away if the car park is too busy.

I do love this place. I watched Roman Holiday and Elemental. You can see the sunset when you are watching movie. It’s such a romantic night….! Also you can have a good dinner that changes everyday.

Fantastic service, location and films displayed. We were there for the closing night of DIFF and had a great time!

Loved the place (except for the mosquito’s 😆). Has a large selection of lesser known/non english movies

Sitting literally one leg in the jungle another in the Timor sea, listening to a gentle rumbling of wildlife in the bushes, having your hot delicious meal, drink and popcorn and listening to a crowd laughing at jokes on the screen, while a helicopter flying towards the crescent in the sky... can anything really top it? I think not.

Yelp
An outdoor theater under the stars and right by the beach?? I couldn't have been happier to have discovered this place! We caught "Men Who Stare at Goats" here (they show mixes of mainstream + a independent flicks) and really enjoyed ourselves. The deckchairs aren't the most supportive, but they do make you lean back & take in everything around you- from the stars, to the sun setting over the beach, to the big projector screen- it facilitates all that. They have beer & wine available in the back and allow you to bring in your own picnic dinner if you so choose (but you'll be eating it in your lap of course). Tickets run at $15 each, which definitely seems reasonable. I'd highly suggest squeezing this in, even if you're a tourist since it's not everyday you can do something like this!

Yelp
A outdoor movie theatre, i could not have be more happy. One tip I do have is, pre-purchase your tickets online so you are not waiting in the long line and so you can get a decent seat. Food and Beverages for sale on sight. I watched; Drift. A surfing movie, great movie!

Yelp
As a Darwin local, this is my favourite place in Darwin. Great art house movies with incredible ambiance in easy walking distance from the city centre. There is a bar and a food stall with dinner available each night, but the food can sell out, and it's a bit hit and miss in terms of quality. There are cushions available but for maximum comfort BYO pillow as well. Buy tickets online to avoid a queue.
