Great atmosphere, lovely service and delicious pasta and food for kids! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed, casual dining experience with kids as the park is right in front of the cafe so you can watch them as you munch! Especially great for when the sun is out as you’re surrounded by nature. The food portions are generous as well so you get value for money!

I ordered the Eggs Benedict and my friend had the Egg Croissant. Unluckily, our order was missed and we had quite a long wait, though the staff did compensate with a free decaf cappuccino which was appreciated. When the food arrived, it was really delicious – the Eggs Benedict in particular was great. Only downside was the sourdough bread being a bit too hard. The café itself is very well maintained with a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a good experience with some room for improvement.

Good atmosphere and vibe, friendly staff and they're fortunate to be right next to the park. It's a nice place. But their food is very pricey. The worst part to me is that they charge extra for vegan cheese, however, the price isn't stated on the menu. (I was told it was over R40 to swap for vegan cheese, this puts an already pricey pizza completely over the top.) I expect more vegan options from a cafe in Cape Town, but more so if you have an additional charge on swapping ingredients, this needs to be clearly stated on the menu. Don't make your customer ask for the price while ordering, or worse, surprise them with a hefty bill at the end.

We came here on a cloudy Sunday noon to have some brunch and really enjoyed the cafe’s chill vibes sitting outdoors. Food was reasonably decent, their coffee however below average for Cape Town standards… Also I’d have loved to still get some breakfast at 1pm on a Sunday and some more vegan options.

The Cafe is situated in a great place with stunning views outside. Food and service was good although a bit slow at times on father's day possibly due to the amount of people in and out. So can be quiet busy at times although the nice thing was that we could make a reservation. Great place if you have kids as the play park is a good place to run off the food after with the kids.

Really lovely spot for breakfast or lunch. Staff are super friendly and the quality is good for what you pay. Lovely outside seating area for sunny days and also nice inside seating if it’s a bit chilly. Doggo friendly which is also a win. Although they have a dinner option, we found it was more so lunch style food. It’s often quite busy, so best to make a reservation.

Firstly, I would like to thank Timothy for the great service with a broad smile. Plus, all the other staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Timothy had recommended the Lamb curry, which a number of other guests were enjoining. But I felt for another favourite of mine, and I was definitely not disappointed! The Butternut, Sage & Ricotta Lasagne, with side salad, had my taste buds begging for more. Secondly, can we please mention the beautiful setting. I love dining when I feel like I am immersed in nature. Plus, it's a great place for the folks and kids! Ps. Rumour has it that the hot chocolate is a decadent nutty chocolate delight.

Great place for families. There is a park connected to the cafe that has plenty of play equipment such as swings, see-saws, jungle gyms, etc. Lots of grass too. Also pet friendly, but dogs must be leashed...
