Delhi Gate is one of the most iconic entrances to the Walled City of Lahore and a must-visit for anyone exploring the city’s heritage. The gate itself is centuries old and full of character, giving you a glimpse of Mughal-era grandeur. Walking through it feels like stepping back in time. Inside, you’ll find a bustling bazaar with shops selling everything from fabrics, handicrafts, spices, to traditional food. The energy here is unmatched — it’s lively, colorful, and truly captures the essence of old Lahore. It’s also home to some amazing historical landmarks nearby, like Masjid Wazir Khan and Shahi Hammam, which makes the visit even more worthwhile. The narrow streets, traditional architecture, and local culture make it a perfect spot for history lovers and photographers. The only downside is the traffic and crowd, but that’s part of the authentic old-city experience. Highly recommended if you want to see the real heart of Lahore.

Delhi Gate is one of the most amazing historical spots in Lahore. It’s part of the old Walled City and has been nicely restored. When you walk through the gate, it really feels like you’ve gone back in time. The old streets, the atmosphere, everything gives a true Lahori vibe. Right nearby is the famous Wazir Khan Mosque – seriously beautiful and worth seeing! There are also old havelis, small shops, and tasty street food all around. Great place for history lovers, tourists, or anyone who wants to feel the real culture of Lahore. Do visit if you get the chance!

Not well-maintained, very difficult to get a clear picture. It is the entry point of a local market. Also, Shahi Hammam is just beside the gate. There is a nice souvenir shop inside the Delhi Gate having good freeze magnets.
