Deir al Oumara

Amazing stay at Deir al Oumara. The location is perfect, overlooking the mountains, here you can relax and clear your mind. The vintage architecture of the hotel is stunning and very well preserved. We had the duplex room #2, it was big, clean and beautiful, equipped with a chimney. My 4 stars rating is only because of the restaurant and the service there, the food at dinner wasn't very good, i have never seen a chicken caesar salad with fried chicken! The set menu breakfast was good and big, downside is the really slow service, you can't expect 1 person to serve all the people together alone... Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the offer (60$) is great, keep it up!

Amazing hotel and restaurant! The location is wonderful and very peaceful, the hotel architecture is so lovely, the food taste is so delicious and the staff is very welcoming and cooperative! I highly recommend this place for a getaway or any special event! Very fair quality vs.Price. Thank u Deir Al Oumara for this wonderful experience!

As a vintage lover it was love at first sight, such a charming place! We slspt last saturday there, beds are so comfy, rooms so clean. I have 2 reasons I didn't give it 5 stars: restaurant is in the middle of the rooms, at night people were very noisy and my 5years son had trouble sleeping i had to call reception to ask the be quiet. The restaurant should have timing at night to ensure the clients rest. Second thing the food: the taste of the food needs improvement. The staff are so helpful and i am happy to see young Lebanese faces. All the luck

It’s such a lovely and cozy place for a family getaway! Lovely rooms too! We booked the family duplex suite. I highly recommend room nb 16 : it comes with an amazing private balcony overlooking the valley, it’s super nice, no internal partitions for the sleeping areas, super spacious, it has one double bed on the lower floor and two single beds on the upper floor, the tiles are a bit cracked but this was not a problem, walk-in closet and bathroom areas are large. No kitchenette available. Beautiful rustic interior. Bed sheets are so comfortable. The staff is super welcoming, always smiling and very generous, well-trained and highly hospitable. Service is fast. It’s a very quiet and cozy location, where only the birds singing might wake you up in the morning, therefore I doubt it would be suitable for loud groups of friends. The breakfast is good and can be served outdoors in the ground floor courtyard or indoors in the dining area. 10/10 will visit again and again.

A nice place, in every corner you can smell the history of Mount lebanon. we stayed in a ground floor room, it was spacious.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, beautiful views and most importantly the staff is very kind and welcoming. Can’t wait to be back !!
