Dekeling Hotel

Well... the welcome was great. He even organized the trekking in Sinigalila and found a driver to visit Sikkim. The hotel was fine: very clean ( and I am a swiss woman!), is in a central area but if you have a room without view is very quiet. Everyone is very helpful.|I recommend this hotel for everyone, even group or family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dekeling Hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The staff were warm ,welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was specious and had all the amenities I needed. What truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. Bikram ji , Arjun ji, Madam and other staff were friendly and made me feel like I was a part f the family. I highly recommend Dekeling Hotel to8 anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back.

Our experience at Dekeling Hotel was disappointing. The hotel is on the 4th floor with no lift, requiring guests to carry their luggage up. Despite booking mountain-facing rooms, the cleanliness was subpar - stained bedsheets, cups with lipstick marks, and poor hygiene overall.Complimentary breakfast included in our booking was not provided, and basic amenities like drinking water were missing. There was no manager to address our concerns, and the staff was insufficient. To make matters worse, we were asked to pay the full booking amount a day before checkout, despite having already paid 50% at the time of booking. Would not recommend based on this experience.

The location of this Hotel is fantastic....Two legendary Restaurants are just downstairs..2-3 minutes walking distance from Darjeeling Mall. One downside is that you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the Hotel...so not recommended for Osteoarthritis patients or Elderly.

If you are a pure veg person and looking for mountain view hotels in Darjeeling, this is a very good place for stay.|The view, rooms, services, food options and the taste everything was just superb. |Ranging from the receptionist to the staffs in dining area helping us serve food to including all the housekeeping staffs were very welcoming and at service whenever needed . |Great experience.

Great location and short distance from mall. Fantastic mountain and city view from our room no 110. Good hospitality by all staffs and specialy thanks to Mr.Bikram Tamang. This is our second time that we stayed here and for future we will plan again.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Dirty bed, dirty blanket and most worst part is very bad management. No one to address the issues. You have carry your luggage to 4th floor yourself, no lift or any staff to help. Please don’t visit. Photos attached as proof.

Hotel dekeling is the best in Darjeeling. It offers cozy rooms with stunning mall road views, and excellent service. Perfect spot for exploring the town
