Let me start with the one good part of this experience. I do mean one. One of our guest order something without ham. Someone from the kitchen came out and let them know that part of their dish would be cooked in bacon grease. So they wanted to make sure that this was okay. Now let's talk about all the bad things. We waited at the door at the hostess stand for a good four minutes where the hostess ever showed up even though there were two people standing beside us that are obviously employed here. They don't have the air on very high. Not only am I waving my menu at myself but so are other customers. One of the people delivering our appetizer actually took our food order because our waitress was nowhere to be found. we ask for the check when the food was delivered just because we had no idea how long it would take to actually get the check. I asked for extra gravy for my chicken fried steak and you can see in the picture what they consider extra gravy. Currently we're sitting here with empty glasses waiting and waiting and waiting. we clearly said split the check three ways and our waitress just doesn't comprehend what that means.

Delicious and mouth watering food. Wonderful and beautiful atmosphere. Free and easy nearby parking in garage.

Good experience, good food & drinks. Waitress was fast & friendly. No complaints.

Nice ambiance but mediocre food. Very dry steak which is shocking because their other restuarant is a steakhouse.

Filet Meatloaf was succulent and the salted caramel pudding was devine. I swapped the standard mash for the jalapeno bacon mash and was blown away. Great service too.

Food was not bad by any means, but it was a clear sign that at dinner - most of the restaurant was empty. Very expensive price for an average meal.

The food was amazingly delicious. Our waitress was kind and very helpful. The Dirty Martini with cream cheese olives is to die for. The prices are high, but the food was worth it. The steak was cooked to the temperature of perfection. Recommended for all. Not a very kid friendly place though.

Co-workers and I frequent this spot quite a bit. The food is very tasty! Definitely try the cheese steak eggrolls, they are to die for! I've never had a bad meal here. Nice, clean m open environment. I think everyone will enjoy the food. Parking is okay....there is a garage and there's somewhat "metered " parking using a credit card (was suspicious to me). Service was a little slow today...not typical. We waited a little longer than usual for our entrees, but the Manager on Duty unexpectedly, made up for the wait. Greatly appreciated. We'll definitely go back! Sometimes, people have "off days" and we won't let today's service deter us. It's not usual, service here is usually pretty on point. Good even. Lastly, it's Restaurant Month and all should take advantage of the menu items, right now and you get to take part contributing to a good cause!!
