Del Giudice Roma

When visiting Rome I wanted to purchase a luxury handmade leather bag. Before we travelled I did my research, and Del Giudice Roma seemed like the best option. I was not disappointed! From the moment I entered the store I wanted everything! The very friendly SA asked me what I was looking for and, after I told her my colourway and size requirements, she pulled out a few options. I decided on the Alexis 32. It's the perfect travel bag, holds all my essentials, and looks fantastic. It's sturdy, beautifully made, and was just what I wanted. My only regret is not buying more (I was extremely tempted by the Amelia and the Sofia), but that just means I'll have to return to Rome for another visit.

I was looking for a simple woman's leather wallet with a double bill compartment, which is very hard to find in the US at any price. I did a Google search and ordered this wallet directly from Del Guidice's website. It arrived much more quickly than I expected, since it was traveling from Italy to the US! The wallet itself is a true cherry red (my photos aren't accurate as to the color). The leather is beautiful, and the stitching is perfect! I am so pleased! You can't find this quality at this price point in the US!

After doing some research on quality handmade leather goods shops, Del Guidice Roma came as my winner, so I went ahead and placed online order. I also did email them first for some questions and got a reply quickly, which made me push through with my order. I ordered:Large Hobo Bag Vittoria - Black/Taupe; Bag Irina 25 - Black/Taupe (personalized- intials); Women's Soft Wallet Suave L - Mud (personalized- initials); Credit Card Case 6 Slots - Taupe. It was delivered via FEDEX w/signature required and oh my gosh! the items were very beautiful! all came w/ each own dust bag (except card slot wallet which was in a box ready to be gifted & was placed in the paper bag of the wallet) and own paper bag! as if I just walked out of the actual store! normally when you order online, it will be boxed with dust bag, but theirs came in pristine condition paper bag of each item, the package was eloquently done that each paper bag is not even damaged or folded or creased and purses and wallets were soft as described in the website. No smell, very well made, soft texture. I happened to also bought a strathberry mosaic bag (regular size) for comparison which came a day or 2 before Del Giudice items. I then compared the leather of these two and Del Giudice wins! Just looking at the texture you will see the difference, then the touch, it made the strathberry bag looks low class. Yes strathberry came with a dustbag and their black box and looks stunning, don't get me wrong, it was really nice but it didnt get the wow factor from me , Del Giudice did wow me! For that price of strathberry (and other luxury brand) , i think they should copy Del Giudice,give me the paper bag too ! lol! I was so disappointed I didnt get to visit Del Giudice shop when I was in Rome last year (due to the severe heat we limited our outdoors), maybe they have more style in person. Nevertheless, I am very very well pleased with my online order and highly recommend this store. Dont hesitate to order online as you will get what exactly was described, I love most is the personalized order, I went with silver (after doing research, this is the best method) engraving. The photos I attached don't do much justice but I want to share how the items came and what it looks like closer. Lastly, I used my hobo bag in Montreal last week and it rained there everyday, so it got rained on but maintained the leather quality, so I'm really happy with that! Totally worth buying Del Giudice bags! (Now Montreal has some locally handmade leather goods too which are of course pricey & good quality too, and yes I did compare it, you already know who wins :) so if you are still looking around for nice and good quality leather goods, handmade, buy it from Del Giudice, you won't be disappointed! besides you are supporting a local business).

Customer service and quality is top notch!! Beautiful made to order handbags that will hopefully last a very long time. the only thing is I wish it was more affordable for people who live outside of Italy to obtained their bags. Shipping fees and duties and very expensive on top of the price of the bag. But overall, very happy.

I've been wanting one of their bags ever since I visited their storefront in Rome. After hearing me talk about it nonstop, my husband surprised me with a small tote for Christmas. The quality is incredible, and the service is top-notch—it’s always a great experience with this company. I also really appreciated that the salesperson let me explore the bags and answered all my questions, even though I wasn’t buying that day. Their pieces are structured, sturdy, and beautifully made. Now, I’ve got my eye on their wallets! 😉 Can’t wait to return to see the new releases in person on my next visit.

Fantastic brand. Ordered the Amelia S bag online in tan. Because it was already made, it shipped extremely quick to the US. EXCELLENT QUALITY. The leather feels amazing. I have a decent collection of designer brand bags and this is one of my favorite handbags. So many people have complimented me. They deserve to be in the top brands to watch for quiet luxury. Will be purchasing again.

I found Del Giudice through an internet search, and based on the excellent reviews, I decided to take a chance and buy a bag I had been envisioning. The best decision! My husband, his cousin and I went to the Del Giudice Laboratory (Factory) in Rome in September of 2024 because I liked the styles of the handbags, and I liked the quality of the craftsmanship from the on-line website. When we walked into the factory in Rome, we were greeted by Mauro Del Guidice, who gave us a tour of the factory. I made an order for a custom-made handbag. Mauro crafted it himself and mailed it to me in the United States. The quality and craftsmanship were outstanding. I ordered a matching wallet, and they did an excellent job on that item, as well. I own many high-quality and expensive handbags made from around the world and the quality and craftsmanship of my handbag and wallet from Del Giudice exceeds all those more expensive high-end brands. I highly recommend Del Giudice handbags and accessories.

I was a little hesitant to order from a company outside of the United States. I was thrilled with the ordering process, quick shipping, and tracking information. The handbag was beautifully packaged and the product was outstanding! This purchase was a gift for my sister. After seeing how beautiful the presentation and product was, I'm ordering one for me!

When on my honeymoon trip, I decided to go on a little shopping spree. I knew I wanted a luxury handbag and was open to buying at well-known places like Prada or Gucci...but then I came across this little boutique! The selection is limited but what they have is great. Great customer service and solid quality handbags. For a luxury handbag, the pricing is fair. I ended up buying a beautiful red purse to represent the passion of Roma!

I have a number of DG's beautiful bags. I first discovered them years ago on a trip to Rome. I love that they are a family owned and operated business. Their customer service is beyond extraordinary and their bags are gorgeous. For the price I really think they are a steal! I always get compliments when I carry their bags. My only issue is that once you have one....you will want 10 more! It is an addiction.

When in Rome, it may be time to buy a wonderfully designed high-quality purse from a local, family owned purveyor of leather goods. If and when the time comes, Del Giudice Roma is the place to act! We used all of our command of the Italian language to find the right purse but some customization was required for it to truly meet my awesome wife's needs. No problem! The proprietor happily worked with us to sketch out what was needed and arranged to have a custom made purse shipped to us in just a few weeks! Time will go slowly but we'll enjoy every minute.

Went to Rome a few years ago and bought a beautiful leather bag from their family owned store. Was hard to choose, everything was so beautiful and made so well. I've enjoyed this purse so much ( it still looks like new), that I wanted to buy another one, a smaller crossbody bag and a wristlet. I emailed the store and was in contact with Andrea. She was so helpful. Received everything and it was packaged so nicely too! What a pleasure! If you are in Rome, definitely go there for a bag! You will be very happy! And if you can't go to Rome, order a bag online!

A year ago we found Del Giudice while in Rome and I picked up a leather bag which turned out to be much MORE practical and lovely than I even thought initially. The proprietor was extremely pleasant and made no pressure to buy. When I bought it I thought it was a bit expensive (probably not for many people, but for me), but I have enjoyed it so much for its design and quality that it was completely worth it. I have since mail-ordered a custom version in another color, which arrived beautifully packaged in perfect condition and when promised. I could not recommend them any more highly!

I came across this shop while exploring the Piazza Navona neighborhood. Small shop, beautiful purses in the window. The gentleman behind the counter is the son of the people who started the business in 1959 and he also works making the items they sell. My companion and I spent a fun hour looking at all the choices and colors, then purchased a purse, wallets, key ring and 2 belts. All are high quality leather, actually made in Italy with fittings that are original and eye-catching. I am so glad we stumbled upon this shop and I will certainly return.

My husband and I came across this store when we were on our honeymoon. We loved that it is locally owned and had a wonderful history with great reviews. Unfortunately the store was closed when we went but we decided to order one when we returned back home. I could not be happier with the quality and design. Their handbags are so functional too.
