Good 3 star hotel & Spa. Served its purpose as a one night stand.

About a 20 minute walk to the town centre but had no complaints at all. Great underground parking a a reasonable price. Did not make use of the spa facilities but they looked good.

Good hotel to take some rest with some nice old-fashioned and functional features in the room, such as a mini fridge with small bottles of water, proper glass cups and a bench to put your bags. Spa with Finnish sauna, unfortunately not available to book together with the room and a fee for whole Spa "circuit" was a bit too high.

Booked this hotel as part of a city break to Cadiz. It ticked a lot of boxes; dog friendly, parking and in an interesting town within a short drive to the main city. |Highlights were the friendly staff, the cute spa, lovely pool, and ample parking. Our room was massive and featured an enclosed patio which was perfect for our dog. It also had a fridge and a comfy bed. |Location was good - a short stroll to a big dog friendly park, and then maybe 20 mins more to the river front where there were loads of amazing restaurants. |So now the lowlights. While the room was clean, the patio furniture was filthy which meant a clean down with my travel wipes before we could sit outside. The bathroom was lovely looking but the shower was awful. Lukewarm water and zero pressure. Our air conditioning unit was also broken. |Sadly, as with most Spanish hotels, soundproofing does not exist. That combined with the all night comings and goings of other guests & the constant drone of our neighbours’ air con units, meant my partner got zero sleep. I wore ear plugs and faired s bit better. |It’s a shame as overall we did like the hotel and would consider coming back again - but we’d want a working shower and will pack higher decibel ear plugs.

The structure is old and need a renovation, but I suppose that due to covid it can be done immediately. The rooms are big and clean but very old. The spa is very good to restore yourselves. Inside swimming pool, hydromassage, sauna and Turkish bath! The price is correct and staff is really nice.

We were visiting friends and decided to go to a spa. After calling various places, this was the only one which actually picked up the phone AND was open on Sunday. The receptionist was nice and the hotel seemed cozy. The spa area was nice and clean, the only thing that didn't work was the shower with essential oils, seemed that they ran out of them... worked as a regular shower. There was no hair drier in the changing rooms, but they found one for me promptly. What I LOVED about this place was that they gave us bathrobes! Nowadays almost all places make you bring your towel so this is a huge plus for me. We were also offered water or juice. Couldn't ask for more.

Booked in as we were taking the motor bike for some work at the nearby Harley garage which is a two minute walk away.||Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean with an enclosed balcony. The secure garage was great and the location is perfect for visiting Cadiz. Great value for money.

The hotel staff and the spa area of the hotel deserve 5 stars. The bathrooms of the guest rooms are nice as well, however the rooms are dated. The beds are not comfortable and far to small. I almost fell out of the bed while sleeping. The mattresses are hard and you can feel every single iron spring in them. It could be so easy.... Queen size or kink size. Wifi is available in the rooms and public areas of the hotel. Mini fridge is in every room. I liked the balcony. The parking garage will cost 7 € per day. The garage is very tight and a nightmare if you have a large car. I preferred to park in front of the hotel.
