Del Rey Quality Hotel em Foz do Iguaçu

Good travellers hotel. This hotel was selected by G Adventures for our Falls tour to stay at. It provides good quality, but perhaps dated rooms. It is close to a supermarket and the main street of the town which is quite interesting to walk down. Next door is a great cafe with Italian food (it does take away as well) and on the corner up towards the supermarket is a great churrascara - just make sure you let them know you want the freshly sliced BBQ meat. All staff we met were friendly, the cocktails great by the pool, and the pool has a wonderful view of the town. The breakfast is great too and the staff there are wonderful and friendly. Can't complain.

We stayed at Del Rey Quality Hotel for 3 days and we had a very good experience. The room was clean, the shower was good and warm and the breakfast had everything you want before heading out for the day. |We didn’t prepare anything so we asked the hotel staff a million questions about the falls, and they were a very big help. A special thanks to Daniel who was always there to give tips and was always very happy and friendly! Genuine service with a smile!|We highly recommend staying here :)

Excellent hotel. I stayed here 2 nights (April 20 - 22, 2025). All is super perfect. The staff speaks English and they help people. All is super clean. They have good breakfast with tropical fruit and juice. We didn't see the pool because of limited time stay. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks Del Rey's staff for the excellent job!!

Outstanding personnel at front desk. Makes a great difference. Breakfast great. Location is outstanding. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nearby restaurants either direction. Safe location to stay, near all attractions. Recommend 100%

Del Rey Hotel in the heart of the city of Iguazu in Brazil was exceptional. The rooms were clean, tidy, and cozy. Breakfast was included and it was well versed as well with many food options for even vegetarians. For someone who does not speak Portuguese or Spanish, the receptionists knew proper English making it very easy to communicate with them. The top floor has a nice pool, hot tub, gaming room, as well as a bar. The location was good as there were many places to eat nearby. It was a 30 min ride from the airport and also to the falls in Brazil, making it convenient. Overall, fully recommend this hotel if you are visiting Iguazu falls.

We stayed here for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. Reception desk was very well versed in English and they were helpful. We didn’t used their travel desk but it is good to have travel desk at the hotel to use. The continental breakfast was good and fresh. Highly recommended. Hotel is around 30 mins uber drive away from Brazil side of falls and around same distance from Airport. Shopping mall JL Cantaras is also nearby around 2km away from hotel. Staff were very friendly. Hotel also had Game-room, Jacuzzi and Swimming pool to relax.

I stayed at Del Rey for two nights. My feelings are the followings, super comfortable and friendly hotel. All is new and super clean.|Breakfast is delicious and full of tropical fruit, they provide meat, sweet potatoes, a lot of sweety.|Delicious.|Staff is super friendly and speaking in good English which is super important for people who has limited knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish.|Room is spacy and super clean.|I would estimate the hotel in 10/10. Even I would give 11 instead of 10 points.

A friend of mine had told me this place was simple but ok for one night and it was also mentioned in the lonely planet guidebook so we gave it a try. The only positive thing about this place is the price: 200 real for a 4 persons room, breakfast included. All the rest wasn't a good experience. The room and bathroom smelled really bad, very small space, industrial building with long noisy hallways. The pictures we had seen from the pool on the rooftop don't reflect the reality at all, you don't feel like spending a minute there. Breakfast buffet was ok but located in a crowded horrible room. We arrived late, slept, and left early. I guess in this context, staying here makes sense if you don't want to spend too much money.
