Del Taco

My family and I hungrily made the worst decision to grab late dinner from this busted up place after not having any other open options close to where we were. Food was absolutely disgusting. Never had it before visiting this location and NEVER WILL again! The wait in drive thru line was way too long, 20 minutes. The service was alright but that food was absolutely disgustingly awful. Money wasted that should have never been thrown to del taco.

I got three Del Taco's and all three were pathetic! Like they put regular taco quantities in the bigger shell🤨 The shells were super hard and stale. I had to give service 2 stars because they didn't make the food correctly and the store smells horribly. Therefore, I rated the atmosphere as a 2 because it smelled horrible, and staff didn't seem super pleasant...just there for a check type mentality! Sadly....i would Del Taco's over Taco Bell, but maybe I'll have to save my visits for out West where they always Rock!

Thanks to Sean I was able To change this review from -00 stars to 5 stars. I walked in at 11:15 and was told “we have a shift change you can’t order any food”, also watched 5 cars be told they don’t have any food. Sean said I will make the food and also checked on us to make sure everything was good. This man is an asset to your company and the other employees need to be replaced with someone who is willing to work !

Ordered at drive thru today. Waited, Waited and waited. Finally got to window after it appeared two vehicles in front of us gave up waiting. I sat there for 5 minutes. No service. Not even an update on food order. Notice 2-3 people meandering inside on phones. Left. Will not be returning. Service was horrible and you wonder why you have a 3.7 star rating on google reviews. Not good.

Place has gone to crap the last couple years. Tonight was the 2nd time recently I pulled into an empty drive through and waited upwards of 10 minutes for service. This time I gave up and left just to see employees wandering about the kitchen through the window. What exactly are they doing here if not taking orders? The food is normally good- if you can manage to order.

This place can never keep employees, they are always short handed We shouldn't have to double check our order. There is no quality control at this place. Our order was wrong. First, the price seemed higher. When I rechecked the receipt, They had a chicken burrito on our order that we never ordered. We are vegetarians. We ordered 2 bean burritos no sauce and 2 regular fries. The burritos had the red sauce on it and the fries were not even warm. Never again. I do not recommend. After getting home my stomach was so upset the food made me sick.

I came in today around 8/8:30 pm to pick up a DoorDash order When I say Sean, Mary , And another gentlemen customer service were so amazing. Although they dealt with disrespect from another team member they still handled the situation very well Good Job guys keep up the good work!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Manager Brianca is incompetent!! Workers are incompetent!! I came through drive through. They told me to pull up and they’d bring order out. 15 minutes later I reverse back and ask for a refund because they were taking too long. They said they forgot because it got busy. Mind you, not a single car came through the drive through while I was waiting. It took the manager another 10 whole minutes to figure out how to open the register!! COMPLETE IDIOTS!!! I pulled off and realized she shorted me by $2.00 UGH. Will never return to this location!!!!
