Delamar Mystic

Absolutely stunning, beautiful, and gorgeous! I stayed in a Premier room that felt like a cozy little apartment. From the moment we arrived at the valet until our checkout, every Delamar employee was exceptionally friendly, professional, and provided top-notch service. The complimentary welcome prosecco was a delightful touch. We dined at the hotel restaurant later in the evening—the ambiance was romantic and the food was amazing. I can’t say enough about how welcoming the entire experience was. Dreaming of our return!

My husband and I stayed here one evening to celebrate our anniversary. We needed a simple getaway and this was perfect! The staff! Out of this world! Everyone we encountered was very attentive and pleasant! The amazing thing about this newly built hotel is they offer complimentary valet as well as shuttle service into downtown! ( parking downtown can be difficult so this really comes in handy) There was also complementary continental breakfast. HOWEVER this should not be skipped they offer hot dishes as well! We also loved the free admission to the seaport museum as part of our stay! Rooms were clean and provided turn down service. We did not utilize the pool due to weather but looked nice. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck outside enjoying our desert cocktails. Thanks for the memories!

An exceptionally lovely experience, we'll be back. A mid-week stay will find some reasonable rates for this very, very nice hotel. The lobby, restaurant and rooms are classy and eclectic, and very comfortable. Attention to detail and excellent customer service prompted us to book another night immediately. The restaurant La Plage was also excellent with affordable options and a chill yet fun ambiance. Our hotel reservation included access to the Seaport, literally adjacent. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. We took a morning walk to downtown Mystic village - less than a mile away, but the hotel offers a car service if requested. The hotel might feel a bit different in the high summer, but it's an off-season hidden gem.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary, and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and professional. The included made-to-order breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary car service was a fantastic perk that got us to and from our destinations all weekend. The hotel also surprised us with a handwritten note, chocolates, and champagne in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. We’d absolutely recommend staying here.

We just had a great 3 night stay at the new Delamar Mystic. We've previously stayed several times at the Delamar Greenwich which is very nice, but this hotel which is only a few months old exceeds expectations. The location right on the Mystic River directly adjacent to the Seaport Museum is exceptional with great views from the guest rooms, as well as the lobby, outside deck, restaurant, and bar area. The building design is beautiful and very functional as well. The room amenities are first class, including a Nespresso coffee machine in the room with real half and half containers, not fake "creamers" ( a pet peeve of mine at some supposedly first class hotels). Lastly, the hotel, restaurant, and bar staff are without exception both highly competent and very personable, everyone from the valets up to the hotel general manager. All great. We will definitely return.

What a perfect way to Celebrate with an overnight for my mom’s birthday. We were surprised and excited to receive a room upgrade, which overlooked the pool and the river. Erik and KP at the bar were so much fun to talk with. The customer service all round was impeccable. Victoria at the front desk was kind, sweet and wonderful to talk to you. She even found us some Uno cards! We were only there for 24 hours and they made us feel like family. Highly recommend this spot!

REPEAT GUESTS, Each visit offers us a beautiful setting, a well appointed and luxurious room, along with warm and welcoming staff. Situated directly next to the Mystic Seaport Museum (free for hotel guests) and within walking distance to downtown you are never at a loss for something to do. The restaurant is best described as fine dining. Breakfast is complimentary and offers something for everyone.

Spent one night at the Delamar Mystic and wished I'd booked in longer. The location on the river right next to Mystic Seaport is perfect. My "premiere king room" was large and comfortable. It was a corner room so there were two pairs of patio-size floor to ceiling windows, one of which overlooked the river. The bathroom was also generous with large double sink vanity, standard tub, & separate huge walk-in tiled shower. I had dinner a la carte at the hotel restaurant La Plage, which overlooks the river and part of the Mystic Seaport Museum's marina, featuring several classic boats and yachts. A freshly prepared complimentary breakfast for hotel guests was set up in La Plage the next morning. Everyone on the staff was welcoming, helpful, and made me feel like a cherished regular guest. I sure hope to go back and stay again soon.
