Deli 6 offers a good variety of options for your cravings and everything I’ve tried so far has been excellent. The butter chicken tacos and samosas are full of flavor. Both are a must try. You can taste the freshness and spice in all you get and will leave satisfied. Very clean atmosphere and beautiful murals as well. If you’re in the area, give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Best customer service experience i’ve ever had. I tried their butter chicken and it’s definitely not like rest of the indian restaurants. It’s spicy, saucy and flavors are immaculate. I highly recommend bringing your family to this restaurant! there new menu is price friendly ❤️

Had a wonderful dining experience here! The food truly tastes like authentic North Indian cuisine. A special mention to Mandeep — his service was excellent. He was warm, welcoming, and very attentive throughout our meal, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His friendly nature really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving genuine North Indian food with great hospitality!

Wondering how it got 4.5 star, should have been definitely less. This is from today food, ordered for to go with Pepper Chicken, Chilli Paneer kathi roll, Chilli Chicken Kathi roll. I had to wait for 20mins while estimated 10mins. When opened the Kathi rolls, both of them were soggy and soft. Wonder where in the world who add gravy in the roll. Roll should be dry and some topping sauce not gravy. Simply a google search of Kathi roll can show the answer. Seems like the Chilli Paneer and Chilli Chicken that's there for A la carte was used for roll and that's the reason it rolls were not dry. Now comes to the Pepper Chicken, not sure who again in the world adds white sauce in black pepper chicken. And again do a simple search on Google and you can see what is black pepper chicken. Not everything cooked tossed with lots of sauce, stop spoiling the interest of customer having something in real and actual. BTW, loved the restaurant interior decor.

The food came in hot and made well. The service staff was great! Tried two dishes out and was satisfied with the taste. Portion size needs to increase for sure. The naans also could bigger too

Loved the Afgani momos and Hakka Noodles. Everything was fresh and delicious. Great customer service as well, super sweet employees.

Alloo kachori was best. Rest of the food was below average felt like most was served from Frozen ready-made. Paneer cubes were way too big and hard. Curry was average in taste. Kulche from chole Kulche was really good. Curry was watery. Service was okay. Had to wait a while for entree to be served. Felt like they were way too busy for online orders then caring for dine in customers.

Recently ordered from this place and they bring you the finest Indian cuisine made with authentic spices and love. There dishes are prepared with the freshest ingredients and spices that will tantalize your taste buds, offering a wide array of North Indian Food, along with an exquisite selection of Indian fusion food . We tried Afghani momos chicken Chicken tikka shawarma bowl Paneer tikka bowl Murg tandoori Dal makhni Butter chicken Garlic naan Everything was delicious, appealing and the portion size was decent ... Will definitely try some more of their dishes in near future... Highly recommend

Paneer Bhurji take-out. Asked them to make Indian spicy and they met my expectations. Paneer was nice and fresh. Sabzi comes with white rice, however I missed onions on the side. The lady at the register said they don't give onions with curries which was surprising. Updated review: Kathi rolls 10/10 recommend. We tried Paneer Tikka & Dahi kebab rolls and they were both equally good. This was my first time eating a Dahi kebab roll and I'm sold. The flavors are very refreshing and different from the standard rolls. . Also, it was around 7 pm when we ordered the food and the samosas were freshly fried, and not how most places re-fry unused samosas. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I take takeout from here but honestly, the interior decor is nice enough for dining in. Absolutely love the artwork that seems to be very modern and hip. But anyway, I really enjoy the food here. I've gotten biryani, paneer masala, samosa chaat. It's all very delicious the service can take some time. A couple of times when I pick up food, it takes some time for someone to come out. But the food is good enough for me to look past that. Price point is really fair as well. The food does heat towards the spicy side but that's not a bad thing to me. But please note that.

Kidaaa New Jersey! Rainy weekends call for my most favorite Brunch- Chole Bhature and Delhi-6 in Piscataway does Chole Bhature that will make a Delhi wala foodie proud! Served in a thali with raita the fluffy bhatura's aroma is a love affair and the chole are thick, flavorful and spicy! Lets take a big bite and load it up with chole, adrak, pyaaz and some tangy achaar! This my friends is a gem and what better to say than Swaad aa gaya ji!

Thought to try it again because we really wanted a quick dinner and didn't want to drive further. Gave them a 2nd chance in hopes of them having better service/food and extremely disappointed. The chicken tikka masala (which we told them to make spicy) didn't have any spice or salt in it. Some of the chicken pieces were raw. They also didn't fill the container to the top! And like before they changed the container size to a smaller quantity. Garlic naans were not cooked properly and parts were not cooked well. They forgot to give us the salad too. Called back and the person couldn't have cared any less. DO NOT GO HERE! You're better off making the drive to some place better. Also it's on the pricey side! Do not go by the reviews of the influencer she gets paid to promote them!

Picked up food for takeout. Everything was packed well and the food was even better. Staff was very nice. The restaurant seems underwhelming from the outside, but it is decorated well inside.

I ordered from this place from Grubhub. The Delhi butter chicken did not have any flavor to the dish. The Butter Naan had no butter. The order was delayed by the restaurant.

Absolute gem of a place, kind of hole in the wall. Amazing food, reminded me of my hometown. Great service, friendly and hard-working staff. Definitely compliments to the chef!! The owner Deepak was awesome too. Again, great food, coming back for sure!

Food is ok, nothing extraordinary. Decent portion for the price and the entrees included a small side of rice. Good presentation that held up through delivery. Spicy request delivered without being overpowering.

It's been so long since we tried different restaurants. We had amritsari kulcha chhole and paneer tika masala with naan. Amritsari kulcha was amazing we never had this kind of taste before in USA. My kids also loved it my son is picky eater but he also enjoyed a lot. The service was good as well. Overall didn't had any issues or complaints.

Most authentic north indian food in the area. I go here often. They are consistently good. Also this is a BYOB place for Dinner.

This is a casual indian restaurant in Piscataway. We went around 8.45pm and there were a few customers on a Wednesday which was surprising. We ordered Delhi Chole Bhature, Schezwan Fried Rice , Delhi Butter Paneer and Tandoori Roti. We initially planned to order Bhel but they were out of it and they have stopped serving Dabeli. Below are my ratings Delhi Chole Bhature: 9/10. The chole were really tasty. Perfect blend of spice, right color and texture. Very close to what you would get in northern part of India. You get 2 big bhaturas with it which were warm and soft. I would have expected the bhaturas to be fluffy but could do without it. Veg Schezwan Fried Rice: 8/10. Good quantity with a nice tangy schezwan sauce and the rice grains were perfectly cooked and long grains. Delhi Butter Paneer: 8/10. Your regular tomato based gravy. Soft paneer though with a pretty good serving quantity. Overall: 4/5 Recommendation: Delhi Chole Bhature

We randomly passed by this restaurant and decided to try it after reading the good reviews online. Part of their service is to give far-far (fried chips) prior to the meal, which was a pleasant surprise compared to the usual pappars that many Indian restaurants provide. We then ordered both samosa chaat and and chicken tikka masala; we requested spicy for both, and it was the perfect levels. As a plus, they also gave salad with the meal. The samosa chaat was well balanced for flavor, and the chicken tikka masala was quite delicious as well. We wish we had room for dessert!

Poor Service. Poor time management. We went there for family dinner and ordered one of each type of Momos. We then placed an order for dinner separately. The guy came back 10 minutes later and asked if he should place the order. It was odd because once you place the order you assume it is placed. We said yes. Another 15 minutes go by and he comes back and says they did not have one type of momo so we said fine just bring the other two. Then minutes later he comes back with one order. Never brought us the drinks. When we asked for the other order, he said it's coming now. 10 minutes later he brings the other order. Now we are waiting for dinner and still didn't get our drinks. We asked for our drinks and finally got them. Thirty minutes later we asked for dinner to which he said it's coming right out. Another 15 minutes and we still did not get our dinner. We finally got tired of the poor service and we decided to leave. I almost forgot to mention that while we were waiting several people that did takeout order came back as their orders were messed up. Needless to say, we will never go back to this place and would advise everyone to think twice before visiting this place. There are many good options in the area.

I WANT TO NOT LIKE THE FOOD BUT ... it was Amazing!!!! FOOD: 5/5 ( chicken Tika Masala w/ paratha) Plenty of chicken, well seasoned, creamy, blend of spices. Paratha, flaky, crispy, buttery. I'm GREAT LOCATION: 5/5 Off Shelton road, free parking, down the street from Edison train station and major highway. CUSTOMER SERVICE: 2/5 The host were nice HOWEVER, the food took 50 mins to make. They said they were super busy but there wasn't many ppl in the restaurant. Many next time will be better. PRICE: 5/5 $21 for chicken tika , rice and paratha... I think that's standard. Good portion size to compliment price. Overall great meal, good host but food needs to be prepared quicker.

We had a great time in this restaurant. It's a hidden gem in a plethora of Indian restaurants in our area. The ambience was cool like a 60's vibe. The food was excellent.. a little spicy for my taste but it's fresh and tasted like homemade. Service was great. There was not a lot of people there but the place is relatively new so it needs more advertising. Will definitely go back here again.

We ordered through Uber eats. The order was 1.5 hours late because the kitchen was backed up when we called. When the order finally came, one of the dishes was missing. We also ordered chicken 65 which came as a curry even though it's supposed to be dry, and the chicken wasn't cooked well. Ordered a Kathi roll which was mediocre.

Schezwan momos - Veg and chicken were amazing!! Regular Veg momos lacked flavor and fell flat on taste.

Real Real Delhi Wala Khana.Pure Dhaba style food .I have been there four times in a span of two months, going again tonight and every dish we have tried has been excellent with burst of flavors.Always try different dishes on each visit and the flavor profile keeps getting better.Nice ambience and great service.

This place deserves these 5 stars. I am from Delhi and the food is as close as it can get to home. My husband and I wanted to have some goat roganjosh and we came to Delhi 6. I called in before to make sure they had it and once we were there the owner made sure to ask us if we liked the food and like being an understated word in this case! We ordered again the next day but this time we ordered reshmi kebab, vegetable kebab, malai kofta, Delhi butter chicken and they were all JUST soooo GOOD! We used to go to Delhi garden but now our new favorite is Delhi 6. Keep up the good work.

This used to be Rice And Rolls, apparently the name has been changed, and the people are different. It's conveniently located in a strip mall on Stelton Rd. Since taking over the restaurant, they have changed the layout and now it is pretty awkward. When you walk in, the hostess stand is right in front of you, which is fine. They have a table for call ahead and online orders to the right of that. The rest of the wall is taken up by a very long counter. Which houses the Buffet that hasn't started yet and I don't know what else. There is a big cordoned off area in the center of the floor. I will share our experience from a Saturday evening. I called at 8:15 and placed my order. I was told it would be about 30 minutes. we said OK and arrived right on time. Everyone seemed a little disorganized and frazzled. Eventually someone came and told us it was going to be 7 to 10 more minutes. That time period came and went. From the time I hung up the phone until the time we got our food. It was a full 55 minutes. Unfortunately, this interfered with our schedule for the evening, and put us behind on some other things that needed to be accomplished. What was more disappointing was that as a courtesy, they did not offer us a discount, or even include some thing extra like naan or roti. This to me demonstrated poor customer service, and a lack of concern for the customer. Clearly, they were understaffed and not able to manage their success. I am happy that they are doing well, but with such long delays, I'm not sure how long the public will tolerate that. We were not the only ones that were waiting, there were others. I have ordered chicken makhni from many places in my life, and this is the first time that it came spicy without me requesting it. My husband ordered the goat curry and interestingly, my food was far spicier than his. The spice was not too spicy for me, but if you are sensitive to spice, this is not the dish for you. The goat was tender, but not very spicy. Unfortunately, the rice that came with our food was almost cold. We only live 10 minutes away, so I'm not sure how that happened, especially because the goat and chicken were hot. The total for our two meals was $37.21. My husband's dish had plenty of goat, I may have had six or seven pieces of chicken in my dish, it was mostly sauce. If they had better customer service, it would not have been so terrible, but they didn't really seem concerned about the delays. The time it took for us to receive our food was almost double from what we were quoted. Hopefully they can work out the kinks and improve their customer service. They are located in an area where there are many Indian restaurants from which to choose, so if they don't bring their A game, they may run into trouble. I do not wish that for them, because I think that they could have success.

Most amazing food , authentic Delhi flavor, lamb chops were juicy and cooked to perfection. Beats all flavors of New York Restaurants. Butter chicken was very creamy and tender . would love to go go there and eat at least once a week . Owner DeepaK is from Delhi very young and humble guy . overall wonderful experience.

Delicious food. Amazing nan. The fish was delicious. Definitely will try more dishes from the restaurant again. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I decided to try Delhi 6 restaurant and found the dish ordered to be good. However, I was unhappy with the very small portion of the Jasmine rice that was provided to accompany the entree - the smallest I have ever received from any restaurant. Also, the garlic naan was tough, which was another disappointment.

We just walked in expecting . We we ordered Amritsari Chana & KULCHA This dish was so authentic that it reminds you of Chandani Chowk in Delhi. The Masalas in Chana and perfection of KULCHA perfectly cooked in Clay Oven-tandoor was amazing. To top it off the " Phirni" was out of this . Certainly will try again few more Dishes next time!!

We walked into Delhi6 with no expectations on a Thursday night, and it turned out to be quite nice. The restaurant was clean, and the hostess was friendly. The food was quite good and so was the serving size. I would recommend the Saag Paneer as it was delicious.
