I’ve searched for authentic Indian food in many places, across several countries outside of India, but nothing truly met my expectations—until now. This restaurant serves, by far, the best Indian food I’ve ever tasted outside India. The flavors are authentic, delicious, and absolutely mouth-watering. This is hands-down the best Indian cuisine you’ll find in the city.

I had the buffet lunch and it was delicious and not too salty. It is flavourful with Indian spices and the naan was fresh piping hot. Hint. Go early. They start at 11 for their buffet every mon weds and fridays I think. Though limited in variety but packs a good value for money. Will come again.

This is my go-to Indian restaurant in Vientiane! The food is fantastic, with generous portions, and what stands out the most is the personalized service. The owner, always ensures that all your preferences and requests are taken care of, making each visit feel special. It’s always a pleasure dining here!

Excellent authentic indian food. Samosa was good although needs little more masala, butter chicken was excellent, mushroom butter masala was okay, but the garlic naan is superb. Much needed after 7-8 hours of travel to vientiane

My favorite Indian restaurant in Vientiane! The food is fabulous, generous portions and most importantly, the owner of the place, Bhavin, always makes sure all your requests are heard. It's always nice to have a personalized experience 😊

Wow the food is just amazing. From the moment I entered Laos till the moment I leave it I always eat here be it breakfast lunch or dinner. The food is great and fresh and made to your desire and leave your taste buds in awe. The staff are really friendly and even open to some conversation which makes you want to go there especially if you're here alone. The music inside is calming and makes you feel at home and the best part of all is the prices. They are really not that expensive compared to other restaurants. I love it so much it's a must to all.

Visited because this restaurant was just near my hotel I was staying at. When I arrived, I was offered the menu, and while I was checking the menu, the owner came up to me and said that the menu pricing has changed and once I pointed out an item I wanted to order to him, he told me the updated price. The main issue is that they have increased the prices of all the items, but haven't updated their menu with the new pricing. They still have the old menu with old pricing. It's not convenient. Now the food. The food was average, but better than other Indian restaurants I have been to in Vientiane. The portion size was generous enough for a single person. The staff. They had one young Lao guy working as a waiter, but he didn't understood much English but was very polite and seemed shy. Maybe he's new or still in training. The owner himself had to come forward and take my order. But I found the attitude of the owner quite off-putting. He seemed arrogant and had an attitude like he's doing me a favor. I saw him treating the Lao waiter quite rudely and reprimanding him at times. It's fine to reprimand and instill discipline in your staffs, but you don't do it in front of everybody, out in the open where guests are eating. The bill. I paid with cash. They accept Thai baht and credit cards as well. Although with credit cards they charge 3.5% additional credit card processing fees on top of your bill amount. Conclusion: Overpriced. Arrogant owner.

Nice Indian restaurant, far better than any we have seen in Vietnam, Lao and Cambodia. The food has mild flavour and portion size is good along with the good price. If you want Indian food in Vientiane, Delhi Durbar is a very good option.
