I bought a crown from them for my daughter Quinceanera, we didn’t notice the stone missing until recently, I still had receipts, pictures and stamp of that date showing it missing. I explained to them how I didn’t notice until now that stone is missing only because a photoshoot day I was doing with it and took it out the package and was taking a close up and realized, they accused me of lying and saying well why didn’t you realize it first time when you got it I told them well obviously you didn’t either because yall helped me they told me to my face no we would’ve noticed. They ignored me whole time while I was there literally and helping others. I even gave them what they asked for a picture with date stamp that date and a close up of the picture where it shows it’s missing. They still was being rude, the lady grabbed the crown and receipt and took off I asked the other person what is she doing? He rudely said, looking for another one I said at this point, I do not want your service please refund me my money and then she toss the crown and refused to help me at all. When I said OK so you won’t give me my money back then I guess I have no choice but to do an exchange and she told me no she’s not doing that either now all because I told her I’m not doing service with you guys and want money back. Mind you they was talking in Spanish about me to one another and laughing The moment I got in and explain the situation.
