I came here for my prom dress and it’s so gorgeous,As soon as I started to walk around Found my dress!! I didn’t even need to try on 2 other dresses!! The workers were so helpful and patient with Me,My Nana and mom!! Honestly I’m coming here again for more dresses and Might even buy clothing ! I was really nervous because some shops don’t really like black people in their shop but they were so welcoming and Friendly! I’m not really a dress type of girl but I’ll definitely buy more dresses here !!

Nice store with beautiful dresses for a great price. You can only try on 3 dresses total for one day. We took an hour and a half trip up here with the intention to make two purchases. We were only able to make one due to this policy. Now we have to keep shopping to find a dress today.

If I could do 0 stars I would!! I bought a crown from them for my daughter Quinceanera, we didn’t notice the stone missing until recently, I still had receipts, pictures and stamp of that date showing it missing. I explained to them how I didn’t notice until now that stone is missing only because a photoshoot day I was doing with it and took it out the package and was taking a close up and realized, they accused me of lying and saying well why didn’t you realize it first time when you got it I told them well obviously you didn’t either because yall helped me they told me to my face no we would’ve noticed. They ignored me whole time while I was there literally and helping others. I even gave them what they asked for a picture with date stamp that date and a close up of the picture where it shows it’s missing. They still was being rude, the lady grabbed the crown and receipt and took off I asked the other person what is she doing? He rudely said, looking for another one I said at this point, I do not want your service please refund me my money and then she toss the crown and refused to help me at all. When I said OK so you won’t give me my money back then I guess I have no choice but to do an exchange and she told me no she’s not doing that either now all because I told her I’m not doing service with you guys and want money back. Mind you they was talking in Spanish about me to one another and laughing The moment I got in and explain the situation.

If I could select zero stars I would! All the staff there were Very rude didn’t want to help us. Treated us like we were a burden. I drove over an hour to come to the store. I grew up in Southwest And always love to give back to my old neighborhood But with that being said, the experience that we had was horrible!! They would only let my daughter try on four dresses. I could see if they only wanted her to take back 4 at a time but that wasn’t the case. There was one dress out of the four that my daughter wanted but I refused to give any business to Delias store. So we end up going to Little roses in Southgate. The experience, there was amazing and the dresses were of better quality than Delia’s dresses. I end up spending over $500 on her dream dress for her junior prom. Their loss

The owner was very rude ! I went in to buy a dress for my daughter, there was a blue dress in particular that called her attention because it had flowers all around the bottom, for the price of the dress I expected good quality. Unfortunately one of the flowers fell before she had even a chance to try it on, I let the owner know maybe if there was a way of fixing or putting the flower back on the dress she said NO that I was responsible for the accruing and if I wanted the dress good and I didn’t it was my own issue. Very unprofessional and regret spending my hard earned money in that store.

I agree with a lot of the reviews, workers can be pretty rude. They act like you're bothering them when you ask questions. They aren't knowledgeable about anything they had to keep running to the back to ask someone else my question. The girl was very short and cold with me. BUT... I went there for last minute shoes for my birthday, couldn't find shoes anywhere, and I loved the selection of shoes. They could bring the price down a little but wasn't that bad, of course we always want the price to be brought down 😂 dresses look cheap and flimsy, not well made so unless I was in a pinch I wouldn't choose to buy clothes from here but definitely going back for the shoes!

extremity unprofessional. owner talks bad about you infront of you in spanish. ! save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere . it's amazing how this business is even still running with the way they treat customers . this company came highly recommended for a quince place but i'll spend my money elsewhere . I would NEVER treat people the way they do & it's honestly disgusting
