Delight Resort

Great place in a perfect location close to the beach. The lady running the office in the morning at Delight Resort is Awesome! All the staff in the office as well as housekeeping are incredibly helpful. We didn't ask for room cleaning much but when we did it was excellent. HIGHLY recommend the scooter rental next door named Ana's also. The lady running it is excellent too!

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep at night and do not want to be deceived. I lived in this hotel in festival period and it was the low season, but the hotel guests make a party with music and songs until 4 a.m. The hotel staff does not regulate this, the reception is closed at this time and there is no security. I'm alone and I weigh fifty kilograms, I'm afraid to talk with a drunken group of people, so I just didn't sleep. I also left the hotel early, I warned the reception about it in advance. In the morning I gave the keys to one of the hotel employees because there was no one at the reception and asked about the deposit refund. The employee first pretended not to understand, I repeated and he nodded and left. I didn't break anything in the room, I took a video of the room when I was leaving. I waited 15 minutes and left because I was in a hurry to the ferry. Wi-Fi doesn't work, the bathroom smells badly of sewage. I will never stay at this hotel and I do not recommend it

This place sadly has no respect for city district rules and ordinances. They play super loud karaoke music almost every night at full volume for the entire street and neighbors to hear. Disrespectful of ordinances as they go past 10pm. Reflects poorly on the owners. Cheap resort cheap standards cheap morals.

The rooms themselves are very basic (no views, but decent A/C, everything works), but what really stands out about this place is the location and service. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they cleaned the rooms, fixed a burned out lightbulb quickly, have deals on moped rentals, and offer a ferry transfer service. If you're staying for full moon party, this location can't be beat. It's close enough to the beach (2-5min walk), but far enough away so you can sleep with earplugs. Highly recommend!

Just a sweet little Hotel tucked away down an Alleyway with beach access down a long paved walkway- Reception Staff is 10/10 - Pool is perfect. Comfortable Bed . Because we collect beaches the way other people collect souvenirs, the nearby Beach is one of the most Beautiful we have seen in our many years of travel. Loved this little nook of Koh Phangan!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the main street, yet the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay: hot water, cozy mattresses, and a tea and coffee set. I especially appreciated the secure parking for my scooter, which made me feel completely at ease. This place truly has everything you need for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it!

Very bad experience!! Poor hygiene, mosquitos everywhere. The staff start making noise at 8 AM and don’t respect guests. The rooms are not cozy at all and feel haunted. I think this hotel is only suitable for people coming for the Full Moon Party — otherwise, you’ll feel extremely uncomfortable.

Embarrassing story... Booked Delight Resort on booking.com thinking it was over the dates of the recent full moon party period, turns out that I booked for October instead of August. 😂 Staff were more than accommodating, sensitive and kind. They quietly informed me they would refund me with no charge, and even though my booking did not technically allow a full refund, this was overruled by them. Unfortunately we did not get to see further than just the reception area of this accommodation but if it is anything like their hospitality I'm certain it would be well worth it. Very grateful for their service and kindness :)
