De'Lobby - Suite Hotel

Stayed Friday night 19th. Hotel very nice and clean. Shower worked well.Glass shelving in our room is an accident waiting to happen. The first shelf needs to be a 100mm shorter on the left and right side. Breakfast disappointment. Cold omelette eggs, bread felt several days old, typical Indonesian breakfast choice. but for the price ok. 4 staff standing around talking , surely one could be employed to cook fresh eggs. Overall improve the layout of the breakfast and more choice then it would be a very nice hotel.

Bad experience since the day 1 we stayed. The security asked us to park far away on a open parking lot from the lobby while we had to carry luggages because the parking pavement was so bad. But suddenly when there was another car coming, it was straight parked near the entrance lift. The ac inside the room broken and it took 3 hours to fix it until 11.30PM. The shower drain also clogged. The breakfast is so ordinary and I almost fell from the chair because the chair was so old and shaky. The food taste is very sweet. The room price is very expensive compared to the facility. Again when we parked the car on the 2nd day we stayed, we were not allowed to parked inside near the entrance lift and the security shown a frowned face which made me very unpleasant. But suddenly when there was another car hyundai palisade came it straight went to the empty parking space near the entrance lift. When I asked the reception if I have to pay for the parking space, she told me that the parking is free of charge and you can choose whichever spot that suits you. This thing really made me upset and I will never stay in this hotel again ever and I will tell everyone not to stay in this hotel! I stayed with my family. Book 2 rooms for 2 nights. Room no 512 & 515.

Well actually this hotel is quite nice fr, got a little problem with the tv the first I checked in, but they fix it soon after. For a hotel with the 3 stars, it's more than enough, It's cheap and comfortable here. Appreciate it 👌

Yes, hotel is nearby a shopping centre, however the roads are busy, to cross the road (front and left) can be a challenge esp w small children. I felt this hotel is heavily advertise by social media influencers, i dont get what they advertise. cleanliness is ok. THE POOL is sad. the breakfast buffet is meh. AND NO ONE FAIL TO MENTION that the nearby mosque will play recitation (pretty LOUD) at 4am daily.

Quite nice hotel for single or family. The staff very helpful. The only problem there is ants on the room and some bathroom wall have spots.

De’Lobby hotel is pretty affordable. Located in very strategic area. Close to many tourist attractions. I stay here for 2 days and it has been great. It is an easy check in process and they took your ID btw. The security is very helpful and directly showed me the way to get the lobby and open the lift for me. The room is quite big and clean. I like the placement of the mirror. The bathroom is also clean and hair dryer is available. They have a nice TV like the design of the hall. I have laundry service too but not from the hotel but they will give you their contact info. They Will take it and deliver it to the lobby as you requested and it is affordable too. Overall it is a nice stay here

Hotel looks new, the room is fantastic! Modern and clean. Very spacious with big door. Large king sized bed and 4 pillows, comfortable interior design. Great value for 400k/night (without breakfast).

Location & Room was Perfect. But Food (Breakfast) needs to have more attention specially to keep refilling the items.
