Deloraine Apex Caravan Park

Deloraine is beautiful. camp was excellent. powered site 19. Toilets and showers are super clean and well kept. Dump point at one end $40 night

Tent campers be aware⚠️it's noisy outside of the venue's control. There are birds called 'Tassie Native Hen' living here that multiple times in the night make the most loud squawking along the river, all setting each other off and while the train only comes through a handful of times a day it comes through with bright lights and multiple loud horns. I don't recommend the place for tent goers as sleep is disturbed every night. However, it is the cheapest accomodation in the area. The staff are very good and the bathrooms and BBQs are always very clean 😊 thank you for our stay but we won't miss the tains or hens 🫩

Tired toilets and camp kitchen not much change in 10 years except the check in is better. A bit pricey at $30 pn for me a tiny tent and my bicycle. I camped on the grass under a tree by the rail line and got woken with a fright by the passing trains in the middle of the night.

What an idyllic camp spot, right on the Meander River in the very historic town of Deloraine. The park is kept very neat and tidy, as is the amenities. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The bird life is abundant, lots of Ducks, Geese, and Platypus in the river. We stayed a week and would loved to have stayed longer, but the rest of Tasmania is calling. stayed longer, but the rest of Tasmania is calling.

We had a great time at this park. It was so quiet shaded and peaceful with plenty of duck's around. The park was neat and tidy and well tendered. We had endless walks with our little dog and went on a platypus tour which was fantastic. So overall we we're really pleased with our time at the park

We found Deloraine Apex Caravav Park peaceful in a lovely setting with good amenities. A beautiful country town.

Good value caravan park beside the Mersey River. Easy walk into the centre of town. Viewing of Platypus nearby with a free walking tour. Good level sites, very clean amenities and off ground fires allowed. A great asset for the town 👏

Fantastic location being along the river, Wild woods trail and so close to town. Great walks around. Platypus, trout, fishing and swimming. The guy does a great job in keeping the park clean and maintained. Reasonably priced too. Most photos are of what you see around the park. Highly recommended!
