Tiny room saturated with smells of smoke and old dump wood: closets have never been renovated probably since the building was built. Definitely not painted, look stained and unclean. Old metal rusty bed like from 19th century movies, flat hard thin mattress. Pillows, thin and flat, packed in hard plastic bags. Unplugged small fridge is into your nose when you are in bed. Windows would not shut completely, and there are parties and concerts on the street. I landed there at 10 pm, tried to make it work, and at 11 PM I packed my stuff and went out to look for a taxi to a real hotel. Delphi is not really a hotel, the taxi driver told me, it has other uses. House of horrors place, can't believe something like this can be advertised on Expedia and Booking in 2024.

I have stayed two weeks. I love the area it's very close to bus station, restaurant in supermarket, Bank, etc. The staff is very kind!!! They are cleaning my room every day 👍

Great value budget hotel right next to the bus station for the intercity buses and a stones throw from the old town. If all you need is a bed for the night this is perfect. Would definitely use this hotel again for a night in Nicosia. Staff were great too, 24 hour reception.

The building is old but the rooms are OK. You have all the basics. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is good comparing to the accommodation you can find in the area. The hotel is located 1 min from the main bus stations; city buses and intercity buses. This is quite convenient if you have not rent a car to go around.

The price-quality ratio is brilliant. The hostel is located 1 minute from the bus station and just a few minute walk from the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned very often. The hostel is located near a very busy street which also is a place where a lot of people just sit and talk. I slept in the hostel from Friday to Monday and during the weekend there were a lot of noises from outside. If you are a person who can sleep in these conditions - it will be ok but if not - buy earplugs. The temperature in air condition couldn't be changed.

I paid €30 for a single room with private bathroom, the cheapest accommodation in Nicosia (apart from hostels). The location was superb, right next to the bus station (I had a bus the next day to Larnaca) and in the Old Town. Fridge & TV in room. Excellent WiFi. Superb staff who let me leave my bag early in the morning till I returned at check-in. The room was rabbit-hutched size, but hey, I was only paying €30.||||I would have given the place 10/10 were it not that the air-conditioning was useless. It had to be on for a couple of hours to have even a minimal effect.

The hotel is situated a thirty-second walk from the main bus station. There's loads of little food shops, convenience stores and bars in the immediate locale. ||||Within about a five minute walk there are dozens of bars and restaurants - everything from Arab fast food to sit-down, napkin establishments. The hotel is about a five minute walk from the Turkish Occupation Zone, if you wish to visit there.||||The air-conditioning is very powerful, which is welcome in the summer heat. So powerful that blankets are provided for the beds. ||||The staff are absolutely lovely (it's manned 24 hours) and could not have been more helpful - they even printed out our tickets to the football match we were going to. The room had a refrigerator and a desk, which was really good as myself and my friend were working during our visit. ||||If you're travelling on a budget, I highly recommend it. Clean and safe and central.

Very clean and tidy room. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The location is great. Nice view. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Lefkosia. Close to bus stations and parking, yet in a pedestrian part of the street, it is perfect to mow around.
