Hotel is economic and has great services. Infrastructure and localization is really good, but it’s a bit noisy.||The coffee is wonderful and Joice was so gentle and supportive!||I would definitely recommend a stay for business or family travels. It’s worth!

one night september 2024, pleasant, clean, amazing views of murals outside, street was full of culture, market stalls near by, protests in the square close by, i would suggest giving yourself 4 hours to travel to airport as traffic is chaos daytime, night time not so bad. breakfast had everything you could imagine and more. staff were helpful and some spoke english to help

One of the worst experiences in hotel of that (supposed) category. Beware: they will not hold your luggage for even a couple of hours after you check out (and won't tell you so before you check in). Don't expect to call from the room, for you will not find a phone. Ah!, and the wifi will not cover your room, where, by the way, the faucet will be hanging there. Find some place else!

Unfortunately had a negative experience with the service and rooms. Check in was fine, I got a room in the back of the hallway which was also fine, but the wifi signal did not extend to the back which I was relying on for work. I went back downstairs and the line had went away at that point, so I thought I'd ask to switch rooms if possible. The front desk agents were dismissive and kept saying "check tomorrow" even though I had work obligations that day that requires wifi. They were impatient as I tried to use my phone to translate and just cut me off. I understand if they were at capacity, but at least a sorry or any acknowledgement would've been the bare minimum of hospitality, especially when they're promising an amenity that they didn't provide. That and after ten mins of walking around barefoot in the room, my feet turned gray from whatever dirt was in the carpet. And yes the area is quite unsafe. I didn't make it past one night and was able to find better accommodations elsewhere in safer neighborhood for a similar price point, so there definitely are better options out there for the same budget

The room was big clean.|Beds were a bit old but you can get a decent sleep.|The stuff friendly.|I like this hotel comparing to price and quality and location.|My only issue was wifi signal did not reach the whole room.|The breakfast was not varied, not enough options for strangers.

Located in a dangerous region, the hotel itself has good food and it's not far from the subway stations and other key points in the city. The workers unfortunately forget everything you ask all the time, and you basically have to work for them and remind them for a whole hour and half that you requested 4 beers and they haven't come yet. Every time you need to check anything with their workers, you are guaranteed to need to ask it at least twice. The room had leftovers from previous customers, from a single shoe to shower caps, which led my girlfriend to think I had someone else staying with me before she arrived. Everything had a problem with me, from the payment, which I payed FULLY in advance, to try and contact them about an item I forgot in my room. I do not recommend this hotel as it's price does not reflect it's service. THe workers are polite, but they lack the competence, or maybe the hotel hires way less workers than it needs to properly function. Not to say anything about the magnetic doors presenting problems and hindering our plans for the week. I cannot stress enough how I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, you have cheaper options which will have the same quality of service provided.

The hotel is located not far from the old and historical part of the city. It is not one of the nicest places (a lot of homeless people, drug addicts dwelling around, a lot of young men hanging around which does not really give a very safe feeling to me woman alone). At the same time it was mentioned to me as not insecure as long as you don't hang out outside late in the evening. Mc Donalds and other restos are nearby which is very practical. Taxis are easy to catch. The breakfast in the hotel is okay, with enough variation, coffee is great. My dinner experience at the other hand was really awful. Very nice staff but the food was really bad. Based on that experience I would not recommend the resto service. ||For the rest: overall the staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, comfy beds, good working wifi which was essential for me. So if you have to be in the neighbourhood for business it is a hotel I would recommend. If you don't need to be in the neighbourhood then I would search for another one in an (unfortunately for them) less depressive environment.

I went with my wife to see her family because she is Brazilian and we stayed at Delplaza for the first few days and I can say that it was one of the best hotels I stayed at in São Paulo, great service and food. I would definitely go back for another visit and stay at Hotel Delplaza
