Questionable craftsmanship and quality. My Delsey carry-on lasted me all of 2 months before the first wheel fell off mid travels. I have had generic Amazon suitcases that are still in top shape many years later. This is NOT worth the investment. For the same price for Delsey to change a wheel you can buy a new carry-on suitcase on Amazon that will last years longer.

Worst customer support ever with no response at all after I sent all information of receipt and pictures. Won’t buy again.

Go somewhere else for your luggage needs. Seriously, do yourself a favour.

Le magasin se présente comme un flagship, c'est à dire une sorte de showroom, avec uniquement "les nouveautés". On n'y trouve pas grand chose, et l'effet peu enthousiasmant est renforcé par l'accueil déplorable des deux vendeuses, qui confondent "chic" et "prendre de haut", tout en étant pas du tout concerné.
