Delta, American, United Airlines Flight Booking & Customer Service

Stopped by the Delta, American, United Airlines Flight Booking & Customer Service office in NYC recently for some multi-airline ticket questions and changes, and it was a smooth, efficient experience — solid 4 stars! The location is convenient (easy subway access in the city), and the staff were knowledgeable and patient — they handled bookings across Delta, American, and United seamlessly, found good fare options, explained upgrades/connections clearly, and sorted out a minor itinerary tweak without hassle. No high-pressure sales, just professional help that saved me time compared to calling or doing it online.

$16 for two slices. Ordered spicy spring and cheese. Spicy spring had raw dough and the cheese hard and super dry. C’mon! Even fast food restaurants keep the quality the same across the chains. I’ve had this in NYC location and it’s a complete opposite. This is a bad way to ruin their superior reputation. I wish I could get a refund because I ended throwing the pizza away… Best of luck!

Surprised to see all the bad reviews. Came here a week ago during the day (was pretty empty), but was served hot and fresh. Not had Prince st pizza before but I was very happy with this slice!!!

Traveled a year ago, paid for seat selection for my children, mother and self. Received an email the day before at night with different seats and we were all over the plane. Customer service was rude and said there was nothing they can do. Finally at like 3am, yes am! I was able to get someone who found the last row on the plane for us. Then checking in the car seat at the airport was a mess and security took over 2 hours to get through bc both domestic and International was together. When I got to the front, I asked the delta agent why it was mixed and informed him that I was almost missing my flight. The agent responded with I should have come earlier. I did arrive almost 3 hrs ahead for a domestic flight, which is 2 hrs standard arrival. Never again delta. I have chosen to pay extra for another airline for my future trips!

Delta charged us $400 for a simple booking mistake. Greed greed greed. They are greedy people causing problems in our country.

The pepperoni slice is the cult favorite but the vodka slice is heavenly too.

I have no idea why this place has such a low rating , I really love their spicy pepperoni pizza . 5 star ⭐️
