Value for money. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed everyday. Room aircondition was already on when we checked in and it was running well. The swimming pool and the garden are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is basic. Not the very delicious ones but it meets your nutrition for the beginning of the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The best thing is that they provide bottled mineral water in the room, a water dispenser at the dinning room and the lobby area.

Decently nice basic room for resting! It's close to the crowded area next block, with many cafes, restaurants and so on.

Delta homestay survived Covid. Breakfast is optional and value for money. Some of the bathrooms are really small. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. The garden and swimmingpool are well maitaned.

Had booked to stay here on Booking.com but became wary after reading recent negative reviews here. Believe them. We booked the best room available but were still shocked on arrival and stayed elsewhere (Adisthana Hotel down the road, similarly priced and pleasant). The room really was tiny with a ramshackle AC unit and fan, utilitarian beds and a small basic en suite; not even room to unpack two sets of luggage. The seating area outside each room was a nice touch and the small pool appeared decent enough. But the place had the feel of a basic backpacker option from 40 years ago that hadn't updated and had been overtaken by plentiful much better and similarly priced places nearby. The two staff that were there when we arrived were doing their best despite their limited english, and were quite understanding when we explained why we were leaving.||||Don't mar your stay in this pleasant and likeable city with this terrible choice of accommodation.

We found ourselves using this hotel as a last resort being in Yogyakarta during a very busy public holiday. We had the last room, which was basic and very simple, and came at a very good price. Bed was comfortable, fan was a bit noisy and sat on the bed side table (not mounted to the wall), curtain could have blocked out more light. The shower was cold but the hotel were upfront in telling us this before we booked. The setting with the pool is very nice, though we never used the pool. The breakfast was not good, you may as well head out for food. Staff were very friendly and helpful for us.

Some friends and I stayed here while on holiday and we loved it. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. The rooms are small but perfect if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in them. The included breakfast is good but Indonesia so if you're expecting cereal, bacon and eggs and other Western style food you'll be disappointed. The ambiance is fantastic! All the plants and water make this place very peaceful. I would stay here again in heartbeat and I suggest you do the same.

Nice Pool, but a little to big for the area. Breakfast is basic, but good. Motorbike rental possible. The room is cleaned every day. Free tea and cake service in the afternoon. Unfortunately they are currently renovating and start loud noises already at 8 am. Feb 2019
