Delta Sky Club

Was flying back to New York during the holidays and went to the Delta Sky Club as usual. This Delta sky club is located in Terminal H/J at Miami International Airport. This Sky Club lounge has the friendliest staff! They are so wonderful and welcoming. Just very nice to talk to. It was very early so the food was breakfast style. It wasn’t very crowded. There’s lots of seating. It was more of a quiet ambiance. The food is still mid. Nothing spectacular. The eggs are a bit too runny for my taste. No bacon, pancakes, French toast or waffles. They can step it up there. Fruit was great though!

Got there, there was a line to get in. Walked around a bit and the line was even longer. This is supposed to be something we pay for to be more comfortable. Only people with first class tickets can enter immediately. Absolutely not acceptable. I finally got in and I was also not impressed by the quality of the food and cleanliness. Not surprisingly there were lines to get fed as well. Bathrooms not clean.

The Delta Sky Club in Miami offers an exceptional experience thanks to its outstanding staff ( Gary is great), who are always ready to assist you. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast there, and the food was impressive. To truly elevate your morning, consider adding an alcoholic drink—it’s a great way to kick off your day!

The Delta Sky Club at Miami International Airport offers a solid escape from the hustle and bustle of the terminal, with a mix of comfort and convenience. The lounge features spacious seating areas with a modern aesthetic, and its floor-to-ceiling windows provide great views of the airport. There’s a nice variety of complimentary snacks, including fresh fruit, nuts, and light bites, along with a self-serve bar offering drinks, including wine, beer, and spirits. The lounge also offers fast Wi-Fi, power outlets, and ample seating, making it ideal for working or relaxing before a flight. However, the food selection can feel limited compared to other airport lounges, and during peak times, it may get crowded. Staff are generally friendly, and the ambiance is quiet, but not overly luxurious. Overall, it’s a solid choice for Delta travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to relax before a flight, though it may not offer the upscale amenities seen in other airport lounges.

Overall this was an ok lounge. I felt for the size of MIA this lounge should be more up to date in terms of seating, electrical outlets and the offering of larger restrooms and private areas. However they did have mobile power banks that could be used. The check in was seamless and welcoming. The lounge can get quite busy. This included access to the elevators. The stairs was a generous hike of 4 flights for those adventure ir health Concious individuals. Although the buffet was a little messy the food was nutritious and very good. Delta never fails when it comes to the food options. The bar was understaffed. However the staff were far from impatient, kind and willing to assist with a smile. That speaks great volumes with regards to how Delta treats it's employees. Thank you Delta for taking care of your patrons and of your planes.

It's one of my favorite Sky Clubs. The service is really good. They just opened an additional part on the back and are completely remodeled. It is right next to TSA un between J and H gates. Great food, super friendly staff.

This place is straight trash. Look at the food. Even if your a cardholder, go somewhere else. Also, looks like 1991 in here. This is your standard Delta/American Express?? But then again, nobody really cares about anything anymore so......
