As a Platinum Medallion member with Delta, I’ve come to expect great service — but today, out of the many times I've visited at the Delta Sky Club in Miami, the team truly went above and beyond. I ran into an issue with my reservation (one of those frustrating ones where policy is policy), and honestly, they didn’t have to help. But William, the lounge manager, stepped up with grace and professionalism, resolving the issue with care and making me feel genuinely supported. His leadership set the tone for the entire experience. At the bar, Carlos and Maty — two absolute staples of this lounge — greeted me like family. They’re always friendly, always courteous, and always on point. Their consistency makes every visit here feel like home. Amelia also went the extra mile, literally. She disappeared into the back and returned with fresh Cuban pastries just for me — such a thoughtful gesture that really hit home, especially on a long travel day like today. Every staff member I encountered made me feel welcome, valued, and looked after. It’s moments like these that remind me why I choose to fly Delta, even when it means taking three connecting flights to Montana. Because this kind of service — this kind of human hospitality — is worth it. Thank you again to William, Carlos, Maty, Amelia, and the entire Delta Sky Club team in Miami. Today, I truly felt like a Platinum member. Such a great vibe!

Was flying back to New York during the holidays and went to the Delta Sky Club as usual. This Delta sky club is located in Terminal H/J at Miami International Airport. This Sky Club lounge has the friendliest staff! They are so wonderful and welcoming. Just very nice to talk to. It was very early so the food was breakfast style. It wasn’t very crowded. There’s lots of seating. It was more of a quiet ambiance. The food is still mid. Nothing spectacular. The eggs are a bit too runny for my taste. No bacon, pancakes, French toast or waffles. They can step it up there. Fruit was great though!

Got there, there was a line to get in. Walked around a bit and the line was even longer. This is supposed to be something we pay for to be more comfortable. Only people with first class tickets can enter immediately. Absolutely not acceptable. I finally got in and I was also not impressed by the quality of the food and cleanliness. Not surprisingly there were lines to get fed as well. Bathrooms not clean.

A very busy lounge, food choices are rather limited, but a good escape from the hustle and bustle of the concourse.

I had a wonderful experience at the Delta Lounge. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable atmosphere to relax before my flight. The food selection was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. What stood out most was the exceptional service. The bartender was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, creating a positive and inviting environment for guests. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. Overall, the Delta Lounge exceeded my expectations and provided a truly enjoyable start to my travel day. I look forward to returning on future trips.

It's one of my favorite Sky Clubs. The service is really good. They just opened an additional part on the back and are completely remodeled. It is right next to TSA un between J and H gates. Great food, super friendly staff.

Google
The Delta Sky Club in Miami offers an exceptional experience thanks to its outstanding staff ( Gary is great), who are always ready to assist you. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast there, and the food was impressive. To truly elevate your morning, consider adding an alcoholic drink—it’s a great way to kick off your day!

The Delta Sky Club at Miami International Airport offers a solid escape from the hustle and bustle of the terminal, with a mix of comfort and convenience. The lounge features spacious seating areas with a modern aesthetic, and its floor-to-ceiling windows provide great views of the airport. There’s a nice variety of complimentary snacks, including fresh fruit, nuts, and light bites, along with a self-serve bar offering drinks, including wine, beer, and spirits. The lounge also offers fast Wi-Fi, power outlets, and ample seating, making it ideal for working or relaxing before a flight. However, the food selection can feel limited compared to other airport lounges, and during peak times, it may get crowded. Staff are generally friendly, and the ambiance is quiet, but not overly luxurious. Overall, it’s a solid choice for Delta travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to relax before a flight, though it may not offer the upscale amenities seen in other airport lounges.

Yelp
Overall, lovely lounge if a tad dated. I could tell that it's one of the older lounges in Delta's portfolio that hasn't been renovated recently. That said, the place was clean, the food was good, and the vibes were generally calm and peaceful, as one would want in an airport lounge. I got to try the shower room. There's only one room in this lounge, but there's two showers in the room. Great for couples I guess?? Lol. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Anyway, the shower was refreshing and it felt good to feel clean after a long weekend event with minimal shower facilities. A small nit was that the water temperature fluctuated several times. Not too severely, but noticeable. The room takes a while to clean in between uses; I think at least 20 minutes or more? I waited a while. So get yourself on the list at the front desk sooner than later when you arrive if you want to do this. Bathrooms: Clean, functional, and certainly nicer than the ones in the airport. Again, a tad small for the number of people in the lounge. There was frequently a line for the stalls.

Yelp
A nice stop to grab a meal and imbibe a beverage before your Delta Airlines flight from Miami. Originally only eight thousand square feet, the Delta Sky Club in Miami was remodeled and recently reopened on April 9, 2024. It has expanded to 12,000 sf and can now hold 300 concurrent guests. It is located upstairs from the terminal floor, in the connecting area between concourse H and concourse J, along with many shops and restaurnats. Being on the top floor requires you to take the stairs or the elevator, but also gives you the ability to have a really nice view of the tarmac from the dining area. You are checked in upstairs, though assuming somebody would stay on the bottom floor directing traffic as the lounge got close to capacity. My wife and I had an opportunity to stop in for the first time at this location, and appreciated the choices in food and seating area(s). We had an early morning flight, so the buffet offering was breakfast and the bar had yet to open (07:00 is the bar opening time, with the club hours being 04:45 - 20:45). The breakfast choices were typical, and we appreciated the many beverage choices (they have a Coke product self-serve soda fountain, though the mix was off...way too fizzy, taking forever to get a decent amount of soda to be left in your glass). One thing to note is that the newly created area is connected to the main through a singular narrow hall, and I don't think most people know about it. It has a nice view using floor to ceiling windows, overlooking the tarmac where Delta jets reside. It was clear that the old part of the lounge was kept open while the extension/remodeling was occurring. Bathrooms were old. For a lounge that big, there weren't enough of the old fashion stalls for busy times. Plus, it looked like the bathroom weren't part of the remodeling at all, using pieces back from the 20th century. And the chairs in the old area did not have power outlets. So instead, Delta is using portable power charging lanterns to do the job...adding to the list of things the attendants need to make sure are still working. We get our access to the club via our Amex card, and starting in Feb '25, we will be restricted to a certain number of visits per year. It will be interesting to see how that works out for us.

Yelp
Stopped by Delta Sky Club before my early morning flight, because I can't pass up an opportunity to stop by Delta Sky Club. Unlike the first time I was here, which was only 15 minutes long because we got to the airport pretty late, I actually had time to enjoy the lounge. Entrance was strange, in that there wasn't really much of an entrance at all. There is a desk, but it's part of the overall club and not an entrance. Either way, I got scanned in by someone that had a mobile scanner. This Sky Club isn't the best. It just feels like your usual lounge instead of being special. Plenty of seats were available everywhere since it was early in the morning. The breakfast food was...alright. Have definitely had better. Amenities are pretty much lacking here. Nothing other than usual lounge fare. No showers. Hell, even the bathrooms were pretty meh. Solid Delta Sky Club, but definitely have been in better.

Yelp
People are friendly. Delta and their new rules suck. Food is OK. Lots of room and charging ports now.

Yelp
I have been to lots of Delta Sky Clubs and they are all pretty decent. Some solid breakfast food and a few good beers on tap. I do wish they had grab your own can of beers like they do at a lot of lounges in Europe. The staff that run the check in desks are always very nice and helpful and it is always clean. Lots of seating with large windows to watch the planes fly in and out usually. Overall, I am glad we are able to visit the clubs to get out of the hustle and bustle of the terminals.

Yelp
Comfortable lounge with nice spacious layout, clean bathrooms. Great Breakfast and coffee options . Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Yelp
I was so ready to heap praises upon this Sky Club -- nice layout, great lighting, plenty of different types of seating, and a convenient location between two different sets of gates at MIA. It was a pleasure getting some work done over a beer before my flight. What changed? First, I noticed the closing time -- 7:30pm is kinda bonkers. It's almost like some travelers may be in the airport later than that, through no fault of their own. Second, I made the mistake of visiting the men's room here. This bathroom looked like it had been taken out of a nearby McDonald's, with very limited capacity and those flimsy stall dividers with massive gaps between the panels and under the doors, leaving you effectively exposed to every passing eye. Half the reason I have a Delta Reserve Amex is because of the European-style bathrooms in the Sky Clubs. If you can't deliver a differentiated bathroom experience that pulls me in from the regular terminal bathrooms, you're going to make me question the value of my membership! Get those bathrooms updated to match every other Sky Club I've been to in the past 3+ years, please!

Yelp
This lounge is just perfectly located, accessible, clean, quiet, and not too busy. Barbara at the bar was super nice. The food was good and was small but big enough to find where to sit fast. They charge $50 for kids and spouses.
google avatar

Nicole C.

Yelp
The staff at this location is extremely helpful and kind. Food is just ok. Everything is very clean. Go all the way to the back where there is a view of the inside airport. Quiet and comfortable in the back area.

Yelp
This Delta Skyclub was welcomed by me upon my arrival at the Miami International Airport. It's located at the end or beginning of the H gates, depending on where you are at. It's on the smaller side but well maintained. Bathrooms are clean, and the wifi works well. Seats are comfortable, and the food and drinks are pretty standard. Service is professional, friendly, and efficient.

Yelp
Solid lounge that was renovated in 2024- definitely feels relatively new and clean. Airplane views on one side if you like that. Service was friendly. Guava and cheese pastry was a highlight of their breakfast spread- very tropical! This lounge does its job before a flight on Delta or its partners if nothing spectacular.
google avatar

Yelp
This lounge has everything but it is just smaller than other Sky Lounges I have been to. Still we experienced lots of open seating areas. They are currently working on having all their chairs having charging stations. I find that noise does travel here since it is basically one open space. We heard a lot of people's conversations. Their staff is awesome. There was someone's birthday while we were there in the morning and many of the staff came out to wish them a happy birthday and sang to them. As for amenities, they had everything. They have showers, a full bar, and lots of food. While we were there in the morning they had hot foods and cold foods. There were bagels, deli meats, cheeses, parfaits, yogurts, and hot breakfast items, such as pancakes, sausage and eggs. They also had water, flavored water, mineral water, teas, sodas, and speciality Starbucks coffees dispensing from their machines.

Yelp
Decent lounge. Wish the centurion lounge was near the international arrivals. Not sure why it's in terminal D? Maybe D is busier. Anyhow, this is a standard delta sky lounge. It's right after security near J gates toward H gates. Easy to find. Took the stairs as I usually do- whew it wasn't the second floor. It was the fourth! Staff were unable to scan my boarding pass as I had come from Peru and my pass was printed with Latam. I could not check in to my next flight on Delta through the app either, so I had to check in at the desk. Strangely, they did not check me in for my next flight or print my boarding pass for me. I know they would have in Atlanta. They also did not tell me my gate or what time my flight would be boarding. Oh well. I enjoyed the lemon lime infused water. I mixed that with the lemonade. Perfect. The lounge was pretty empty- 5 pairs of people and one guy at the bar. Food options were plentiful. They had nice teas, coffees, and the flavored water machine. My favorite part- they had miss Vickie's SALT AND VINEGAR chips as well as the usual plain salted. Woohoo! I love the additional flavors. Bbq and jalapeño are also very good. Women's bathroom was clean. An attendant was present when I entered. Small bathroom- about 4 stalls. Magazines available. Portable charging units available for your electronic devices in at least two areas of the lounge. Nice service, as you can take it to your table. Employees were around often, picking up trash etc. Overall it's a quiet lounge but I've had better service. I wonder if most people are at Centurion instead. Wish I had more time as I would've gone there if I could.

Yelp
I love waiting at the Delta Sky Club or the Centurion Lounge while waiting for my flights. Food is on at the sky club, and it's definitely better at the Centurion Lounge. Sky club I feel is more kids friendly and family friendly. Staff is always wonderful. Drinks are great!

Yelp
If you have an Amex Platinum card or Amex Delta Reserve card, then you have access to all of these Delta Sky Lounges and Amex Centurion Lounges. This one is located right above the Delta gates. These lounges are a really nice perk and it makes for a more pleasant travel experience. No need to worry about food and drinks. Just show up and it's all free of charge. Most of the alcoholic beverages were even free and served by a very friendly bartender. The food bar is constantly refilled. Today, they served salad, pasta, wraps, tomato bisque soup, and some cookies and other things along with water, tea, and coffee. I was surprised by the coffee machine that served Starbucks coffee. I pushed the button for a cappuccino and it tasted really good and very rich. Very chill and quiet vibe here with comfy seating throughout the lounge. Clean bathrooms.. and even a shower room. Definitely a different experience than the gate terminals.

Yelp
Very clean with very good food and drink included in fee. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Lots of seating and very quiet. Highly recommend this place for layovers

Yelp
My husband and I went to both the American Express Centurion Lounge and this Delta Sky Club and we can say confidently that the Delta Sky Club is 10x better than Miami's Centurion Lounge. The sky club has ample amount of seating, more space to move about, less crowded, the food is better, the desserts are better, and they even walk around with platters of food asking us to eat. For food, they had tomato bisque soup which was delicious (and other soup options), sandwich rolls, cheese bites, delicious fudge brownie bites, and a list of other things. Centurion lounge did not have anything worth trying. The front desk gives you a very warm and friendly welcome when you come inside, they tell you where everything is and what the wifi password is. As for Amex Centurion @ Miami, they just check you in and you're on your own with finding everything out. My only complaint is that the cups didn't seem to look clean at Sky Club, I hope that someone takes note of that. But nevertheless, the sky club definitely surpassed the Centurion Lounge and it's definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
I have been to this lounge several times and the first thing that jumps out is that it is really, really small. Couldn't Delta get a little more room? They are kind of a big airline. Once you get past the miniscule size, they make up for it in service. The front desk staff is very nice upon entering. The lounge itself seems to have been recently updated and looks on par with their bigger clubs. In addition to wedging in a neat little bar, they have a hot food station that always has some very good food. Every time I am here, the food is good and it is kept well stocked and the area is constantly being cleaned and wiped down. Given the small footprint, seating is a bit at a premium, but there is always somewhere to sit.
google avatar

Rabia J.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this lounge. Usually in Miami airport most lounges have been a mediocre experience for me. Delta Sky Club was pretty packed when I visited but the customer service was great with them constantly up-keeping all the tables etc. They had some good food options of soups, salads, snacks, desserts. Also I appreciated the water bottles. I tasted the soup which was pretty flavorful. I also tried the hummus and pita with a little salad. So yes, I basically had a meal before my flight which was great because I usually don't eat in flight. Side Note- Access through credit card that offers complimentary visit, travel first/business class, or you can buy a single visit pass. ~
google avatar

Yelp
Small and quiet. The food was substandard. Service was okay but I sat down next to a table with plenty of refuse from the previous person. I stayed for two hours the mess was not cleaned up by the time I left.
google avatar

Yelp
Best staff ever! Super friendly, thoughtful, kind ladies at check in; lovely bartender and good food -- and a terrific espresso machine. We've enjoyed time in many airport lounges worldwide, and while the Sky Team lounges lack the glitz and amenities of Virgin Airways' lounges, or those of Turkish Airways or British, the team of people who work here are top notch.
google avatar

Yelp
On our recent trip to Paris we were flying Air France and were able to access the delta sky club at the terminal H at Miami international airport. We also have access to 2 other lounges in terminal J but we wanted to experience this one even though the check in counter employees were skeptical that this was a great lounge. So we gave it a shot and it turned out to be awesome. It was very overcrowded and finding a spot was tough but the food and service was excellent. They had a couple of soup options along with salad and pasta for the passengers. The one negative we experienced was that a passenger went into the women's bathroom while the men's was being cleaned. Rabia J complained to the front desk and the employee gave an awesome dress down to the passenger. She literally yelled at him which was great to watch as you are a traveler and you have no sense. Later on this passenger was literally couple of rows away from us in the flight which looked awkward but didn't really spoil our flight. Awesome lounge with a great spread to enjoy before your flight.

Darin V.

Yelp
The last two times I was in Miami. I was unable to use the Delta sky lounge because they were over capacity and the line was so long that I would've missed my flight if I waited to go into the lounge.
google avatar

Jimmy M.

Yelp
Decent sized lounge but very crowded. 15 min just to have a comfy seat open up. Three more hours to go before I board so a comfortable seat is a must. Enjoying the various food offerings. Cheese, crackers, salad with many toppings, soup, chicken salad, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots. Various dressings, biscotti, Grandma's Cookies. Everything looks fresh and an attendant is keeping the entire spread looking impeccable. Beveridges include ice cold water with mint, iced tea, lemonade, and designer bottled water. Complimentary alcoholic beveridges are also available. There is also a hot coffee ant tea station a la Starbucks. Charging stations at just about every seat keep your devices charged. The volume level is quiet enough to get work done. A pair of noise cancelling headphones would be nice though just to tune everything out. But it's not too noisy that you couldn't work if you had to. Moments of pure silence do breeze by every now and again. When comparing it to the circus going on down on the main concourse, it is a welcome retreat for sure. Compared to other lounges I've been to, I give it a solid 3 stars.

Yelp
Incredible....if you can afford it, joint it! There is nothing else to be said! The atmosphere, the food. This place is the furthest thing from a disappointment you'll ever have in your life.
google avatar

Yelp
I was happy to see that this location was open, and the front desk was very nice as they usually are. Upon entry, perhaps based on the hour I was there ~6AM, the place was rather empty. In the interest of COVID, all the food was individually wrapped and laid out very nicely. However, it did make the place feel more like a corner bodega market, rather than a Delta Sky Club. The bar had plexi-glass on half the bar, where you are supposed to order, but the other half did not. I just found that strange, when someone can simply stand on the other side of it. The bartender was very friendly, even though there wasnt anyone ordering anything at that hour. All in all, seems like a well maintained club that takes their covid mitigations seriously.

Yelp
I am a American Express Delta Reserve member and I travel extensively.  After nearly 10 years and a million miles with a different airline I switched to Delta and one big plus is the Delta Lounges. it's been 3 years now with Delta and I am loving every minute. As lounges go, this one is excellent. It is cozy with friendly service, great WiFi and enough food and snacks to easily feel good about skipping a meal elsewhere in the airport.  If you are interested in joining the club and you travel more than a few times a year with a loved one, the Amex Delta Reserve card is the way to go.  It's $500 a year and for me with all the visits I I'll pay for that by skipping meals but you also get a free "companion ticket" each year where you can add a friend/spouse for free along with your ticket purchase and that alone is worth the $500 annual fee.   The club here at Miami airport is really comfy and has almost a feeling of sitting in your living room instead of the more formal feel some clubs have. If you have more than an hour or two before your departure, this is a place to try that may just convince you to join up.  Enjoy!

Yelp
Delta sky club was lovely. The staff went above and beyond to assure the place is kept nice and clean. The bartender kept us well hydrated as we waited for our flight. The food was delightful.

Yelp
1. Clean and fresh 2. Check in quickly 3. Great customer service 4. Very good food selection 5. Employees very accommodating 6. I had a need for an lent roller 7. I was a little late for breakfast. I missed hard boil eggs. I ask for eggs 8. I'm thinking how can they improve...thinking!

Yelp
I enjoyed my experience at this Delta Sky Club location. And when compared to the rest of the (crappy) airport known as MIA, it serves as an excellent pre-flight getaway. Things to know: ***** I. LOCATION: Find it in between Concourse H and J. Take the elevator (or stairs) to the top floor. I have an American Express Platinum card, which provides access to all Delta Sky Lounges. II. FOOD & DRINK: Like other Club's, they have a decent spread of different cereals, meats, fruits, etc... Drinks consist of juices, coffee, and waters. Their bar seems on the small end. And like most, I wouldn't rave about their food. III. SERVICE: Everyone from the bartender to the check-in was friendly and professional, despite my post-South Beach Food and Wine Fest death face. So no problems there. IV. SEATS: They have an office work desk back by the buffet and comfy chairs throughout the entire lounge. I wish they had cots to lay in, but maybe that's because I was hungover. V. AMBIANCE & DECOR: Very bright, white, and clean. There's a decent view of planes taking off of the runaway, although, they have short windows. VI. OVERALL: I would recommend checking out this lounge before your flight.

Yelp
Clean, comfy and convenient that's a triple C for A+ lounge. Only complaint is the AC is so high I'm sitting here with my coat on. Well stocked healthy choices of soups salads, hard boiled egg, pretzels, plantains, chips and crackers and Bread. And the best pecan tart and tres leches anywhere I've found. Showers, sockets, ample restrooms, free wifi and really all the amenities you need as a Traveler except massage room I think. It's elegant contemporary and bright and best of all subdued noise. No airport sound pollution here. You get in with a platinum Amex or a membership. No matter if you are first or business... you need like mega platinum status I believe. You also can pay which is a good option for all the amenities and he quiet time. Here you are treated with a modicum of dignity in this day and age of cattle herding air travel.
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
The staff and the experience at Delta sky lounges is normally very pleasant. In the Miami H terminal however, Herman, walks around acting like the Gestapo loudly pointing out any minor infraction of a mask wearer. Unnecessarily unpleasant experience due to him. Another example of going overboard with a rule.
google avatar

Ramia B.

Yelp
A complete mess, if no stars was an option I would rate them with negative, the lounge is mediocre and smelled bad as we walked it was too loud and way over crowded. The front desk person was so rude and disrespectful. As a platinum delta AMEX member and in the sky priority group I would expect better treatment and a tiny bit more respect. And to put a cherry on top of the cake of that mess, they wouldn't let us in because of some stupid story that was blabbered to me as in they won't let passengers in the lounge until 3 hours before their flight, WHAT???? That defeats the whole purpose of the existence of the business lounge, terrible experience won't ever try to go there again. Simply if you are at the Miami airport by gates H & J avoid the Sky lounge and its disrespectful crew and go to the Turkish Air Lines lounge, better treatment, better food and wines and for sure a much nicer lounge.
google avatar

Tracy Y.

Yelp
Food wasn't the best - very few options. the bartender gives you a hard time for getting two drinks at once. Pass holder usually can bring one guest in for free but not this one. We had to pay $29 for the extra guest. A lot of the electricity outlet doesn't work.. disappointing...
google avatar

Ali L.

Yelp
The guy at the front desk is rude and condescending. He is also a liar and said there is only McDonald open if we didn't want to pay the extra fee, which is a lie. I'm writing this while eating Starbucks. He was just being a jerk for literally no reason. Honestly McDonalds would have better service than this place.

Yelp
One of the worst lounges if it can be called a lounge at all. It looks like an office space with low walls and corridors in between . If anyone is on the phone everyone is forced to hear the conversation (and there are a lot of loud people on the phones tonight). Most seats are uncomfortable and the wall with sockets and shelves for chargers is literally one foot deep with stools . It reminded me of a cheap stainless kitchen . The reception area is abismal and the receptionists looks like she can't afford to get her hair done. I hope she gets a pay increase soon. To whoever designed this space: change profession. I can't believe they charge 59$ for a pass to get access. Make sure you see what's behind the reception before you decide ...

Yelp
Great lounge with all the amenities that you could want. While the centurion lounge my be a bit ahead in food and amenities, this lounge is still perfect. They have a great selection of snack foods as well as different buffet selection of meals for different times of the day. In addition, they offer free wifi, a office area, and the lounge is also kept very clean. The staff here are also always amazingly nice and will do whatever they can to accommodate you. The Delta Sky Club is a great place to relax before and between flights.

Yelp
We flew out of MIA on United, but there is no UA Club here. But we were in luck, DL shares a terminal and there is a DL Sky Club. Since I have a lifetime membership, we took advantage of it. It is spacious and was not very busy. We ordered some premium alcohol and the bar tender even delivered to our table. We saw both the breakfast and lunch buffet and I was impressed by the selection of both. A wonderful little oasis!
google avatar

Kaolhi L.

Yelp
Super worth waiting at the Sky club. It makes me calm going into one of these lounges. It's not as big as the club in Atlanta. But it will do! I will come back here again!

JT T.

Yelp
DSC here in Miami in H terminal is awesome. Extremely clean and staff is excellent and professional!! Christopher the bar tender was on point and extremely friendly and helped every customer quickly and promptly. Will certainly stop here every time we travel through!!!!

Yelp
So disappointed in the lack of friendliness exhibited by both ladies who checked us in. Normally, we enjoy the Centurion Lounge when flying out of Miami on AA. Had to take Delta this time and the gate is nowhere near that lounge. I know - the Sky Lounge is not the same. However, it costs nothing to be friendly. Quite frankly, it could have the best food & beverage options (it doesn't) and it would not make up for the cold greeting we received.

Farrah S.

Yelp
This is no Centurion lounge, but I am happy with this lounge and service. I had a 7am flight and visited this lounge around 6am. There was plenty of seating, ample food, and it was relaxing. Spending time in this lounge is WAY better than spending time in a regular terminal. However, if you're an Amex Platinum cardholder go to the Centurion instead :)

Yelp
This is definitely one of the nicer Delta lounges I have been to in awhile. The desk agents were friendly when I entered and directed me down towards the bar area. The lounge had lots of seating and looked recently renovated. Most seats were near electrical plugs and the wi-fi worked really well. Even though it was earlier in the day and a possible time it could be busy, the lounge was empty and it was not difficult to find a seat. When I arrived the food was switching over to lunch items, but one of the employees was able to bring me out a bagel. Free drinks are provided, except any liquor that is considered premium. Besides this, I noticed the lounge was clean and employees quickly cleared tables. There is a shower available in the bathroom area. Overall a great and quiet lounge to spend time in before my flight. Definitely will make use of the lounge in the future.

Yelp
This lounge features lots of fresh food options, including a "make your own bowl" hot food bar, a decent amount of seating, and a bartender/cash bar if you'd like something special to drink. Overall, this is a pretty good lounge for a brief stop pre-flight.

Yelp
1st world problems... Once you have been to the Centurion lounge, the delta club feels like a soup kitchen. Make sure to check out the paper plates, the soup that has enough sodium in it to kill you and the stale veggies. The free bottom shelf drinks will also give you a nice hangover before your flight. In all seriousness, this was a great club 2 years ago, but American Express has set a new standard and this place does not compare.

Yelp
Quiet Sky Club with good bar service. Other amenities and snacks are what we're used to at DL Sky Clubs everywhere... Nice touch: lots of French magazines as the club is shared with Air France ;)

Yelp
Horrible VIP lounge. Even though is new, it does bill it show any glamour nor variety. Cheap furniture and ugly bathrooms

Yelp
The sign says it opens at 5:00AM but here it is 5:25AM and the doors are still locked up, and no note or anything on the door as to different opening hours. Nothing. Very disappointed
