Delta Sky Club

An attendant in the Delta lounge, Mona, is wonderful. I’ve used Delta lounges for more than 10 years - the services received today were superior than those at other locations (and those services were considered great). The metric that makes good companies great is those they employ. Mona can teach a class on kindness and attentiveness and I would pay to be there. Delta - give this phenomenal person a promotion or a raise.

First time in Kansas City area. This might be one of the nicest Delta SkyClub’s out there. The lounge feels like brand new, very friendly staff, food and food/beverage selection was great.

Staff here might just be the friendliest in SkyClub country. There’s always lively banter at the bar, staff (like Mona) who ask if you’d like another beverage while they clear the empty, and a beautiful view of the tarmac and moon. And some of the best food out there. Seriously, this kitchen puts out the best chicken, potato salad, green beans. Feels like home.

Brand new and simply wonderful. This lounge has great seating options, and two outside patios. There is a decent sized bar and even workstations with a printer for office work. I visited for breakfast and the food on offer. It was great. There are two dedicated espresso machines and two additional spouts for pouring your own Starbucks coffee. There are fun, light fixtures, and nice art on all of the walls, as well as a dedicated area with televisions. It’s such a treat to be visiting a lounge that is brand new. It smells like a model home.

Sky club done right!! Wow, this is just exactly what belongs in a brand new airport! I’m based in Atlanta so I though we had good sky clubs, but this is huge, clean, and roomy. If you are flying the rough Kansas City, make time for a few minutes in this sky club.

Decent for a brand new Sky Club. Its small, formatted in a long hallway layout, one food station, one drink station, one area for TVs, and two nice sky decks! I’m bummed because Delta upon opening these newer clubs has a chance to introduce new foods, drinks, experiences, etc. but this is just a carbon copy of average clubs around the US, given that everything is new so for now it feels fancy. But in a few months it’ll be just like most other clubs. Hopefully Delta (In my humble Healthcare opinion) starts to introduce more healthy food options sooner than later. Its such a fight to be a consistent traveler for work and to have it be soooo hard to find quality, healthy food.

Absolutely nails what a lounge in KC should be. What this location misses in terms of high features (showers, sleeping options, etc) it more than makes up for by nailing what travelers in and out of KC are looking for. Insanely clean, well thought out floor plan, great bartenders, and tasty food options. Don’t miss the patio on the west side to watch busy SWA operations! I can’t praise this enough, and it’s more than reason enough to choose Delta when they are price competitive! Cheers!

I think this is the only lounge in the new MCI airport and it looks stunning. It has a full bar and lots of cold and hot food options. Lots of seats and even a outdoor terrace. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I cant wait to come back!

if you have the opportunity to fly Delta and qualify for the Delta sky club, I highly recommend using the facility. It's modern it's clean it's efficient and it staffed with smiling people who are ready to take care of you and provide excellent top level service as well as top shelf drinks. Just one of the many benefits of the new airport terminal.

This is a really great sky club. It is not huge, but it has multiple different seating areas with workstation areas and a privacy run. It is very clean and very nicely decorated, with unique pieces of art that are huge windows lining the entire length of the club, which makes it very scenic. The staff here are very nice both the welcome staff and the staff serving the food. There is a limited menu, but more than enough to be filling. Today they had two different soups, garlic bread, pasta, Alfredo, sausage meat, grilled chicken salad, hummus sandwich, sandwiches, and a decent dessert selection, including a lemon, raspberry buffet, brownies , and cookies. They have the usual gourmet coffee machine with the different syrups, but they have flavored waters that you can have that are still or sparkling. And they have their usual soda fountain. Today they had a very cute hot chocolate stand complete with a variety of toppings and fresh cream. Yum. The seating is very spaced out and you're not in the way of anybody else. The best part, all the plugs seem to work so charging was not an issue! A great lounge that is well-maintained. A great place to rest before your flight.

Sky club used to allow veterans access without the hassle but no longer do they want us there unless we have an international flight. I did notice many small children poking their hands into the buffet so finding the quiet room at the airport was much safer than dealing with rambunctious children!

Al Souq and the rest of the Staff have been phenomenal. They had warm and delicious food all kinds and they were so very nice to us. We love the view and layout of the lounge and make it a point to stop in before our flights. That's great customers service when they talk and make you feel welcomed.

What a lovely Sky Club! The staff is so friendly and helpful, almost too helpful. You barely finish your plate and someone is there to clear your plate. Haha. They offer to bring you things you might need. It's so refreshing. The food is great. I was there at lunch time and had a bacon chicken ranch wrap, some broccoli cheese soup and the apple crumble dessert. I also Had various cheeses and crackers (I was there for a long time, okay?!). The fresh iced tea was perfectly brewed. They also offered a pasta dish with meatballs, but I didn't try it. It smelled good. I noticed they had vegetarian options for the main dish and for dessert. They have a full bar with plenty of complimentary options. They also offer several juices. I love that they have indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating was closed due to weather, but I will try it another time. They also have plenty of nooks and crannies for hidden/out of view seating or you can be on full display at a high up table. Great place. Of course all the usual business amenities are available. Be sure to get the wifi password when you walk in. I ended up using my hotspot since the password wasn't posted anywhere I could see.

Kind & friendly service. Ambience also peaceful and roomy. But Coffee lukewarm. And chicken barely warm.

Very comfortable and quiet. Excellent service. Good food choices for smaller club. Can sit outside if you want. Look forward to next visit.

The Delta Sky Club at the New Kansas City Airport is stunning. It's one floor up in Terminal B by Gate 58. If you have access attached to your Delta account, they have a kiosk where you can just scan your boarding ticket to grant entry now. The space is clean and modern. The food options are great and so are the drinks. There's a full bar and the staff are just lovely. Everyone is very courteous and professional. One of the best lounge experiences Ive ever had.

OK, I'm totally down with the NEW Sky Club at the NEW KCI. Everyone working is smiling and saying good morning, the food is tasty, the coffee is hot and there is a lot of room to stretch out. On each end is an enclosed quiet area that has access to the natural elements (sorry for those that smoke, nowhere in the airport to do that, these rooms included). Thanks to some new guidelines from Delta it has gotten a lot stricter to get in, and although that means a little more pain in the pocketbook, the added room and fewer people are a very welcome outcome. Quite frankly, all of the clubs had gotten too busy and were becoming annoying, so I'm good with this. So, thank you Kansas City and Delta, for dragging KCI kicking and screaming into a modern new facility. I dig it.

First time at the Delta Sky Club at the new Kansas City International Airport. Incredibly wonderful staff who went out of their way to be sure we had a great stay. Can't say enough about how wonderful they were. There was a good selection of food and there was clearly thought put into the design of the Sky Club. We enjoyed our stay very much - and especially enjoyed the interaction with the amazing staff!

It's just so nice to have a Sky Club at the KCI airport. Like all Sky Clubs, they offer a wide variety of hot and cold food, free drinks of all kinds. Plenty of space. Private areas for working as well as a small patio area for relaxing. Delta wifi with their password. Friendly staff. Very clean.

Proud to be the first to review the glorious new Sky Club at MCI. Two outdoor decks, delicious hot food selections and a premium bar. Friendly staff who helped with a printing issue. A must see at MCI if you carry the Amex Platinum, Centurion or Delta Reserve cards. Otherwise no soup for you!

Looked new. Lots of food choices and very nice bar. It was 5 am so i did not use it. LOL. I'm a big Delta fan. I hope to be one next year to. Will see with the changes.

Nice lounge. New, clean, friendly staff. Complementary beer selection is worse than none. Nice looking bar and the food looks awesome.

I would like to compliment David at the Kansas City Sky Lounge - hes a bartender there. Ive visited just twice in the past 2 months and he was there both times. What a delight! He is personable, engaging and just chill enough to let me relax while making sure I had all I needed. He has the true Kansas City spirit in terms of friendliness and generosity! Hes a keeper!!

My mom and I had a very stressful morning with delayed flights, etc. due to the Canadian fires. Lea at the front desk was amazing. Went above and beyond to assist us during this stressful time and kept us positive through it all. Campbell kept the drinks flowing at the bar. Can't imagine spending all our extra time at the airport anywhere else!
