Flying Delta One's New Seat Is Like Having a Personal Living Room in the Sky

"The brand new Delta One seats don't have closing doors, but the product is still worth booking on a long-haul flight. Delta's recently established internal design team, Delta Flight Products, created the new Delta One entertainment screens in-house. The new lie-flat seats have memory foam cushions and convert to a completely flat bed. Privacy is a key upgrade in Delta One compared to the airline's other cabins with high, retractable dividers. The new Delta One cabin offers larger storage options with multiple expansive spaces."

The priority entrance is tucked away and leads directly to Pre-chek entrance but the attitude of the Delta svce rep is absolutely horrid. Does not respond when greeted and struggles to answer where the Priority lounge is in relation to my gate. Why place such a non customer oriented staff at your priority desk if not willing to go the extra mile ? A for setup, F for customer service. happy to help ID this horrible representative if Delta cares

Departure side staff, Terminal 4 so bad. Ask that to be kinder and friendlier. For 12 years for coming to JFK just one time, today meet lady Nasiya. After her another lady come and classic for JFK departure side, beginning screaming. I am ask her to be friendly because somebody can be not from NYC and will be thinking about every Newyorker so bad. Talk with staff please, I just waite 5 mins after drop, my wife emergency go to restrooms with 1 years old kid

Delta at this airport has very bad service across the board, I had to ask to speak to a supervisor and was told to go find them myself! Very poor!
