WOW what a wild, fun experience!! Skyla was our waiter. She was amazing. . . Attentive and on top of silverware changes, drinks, food recommendations. . . She made a huge, positive impact on our dining experience. The food presentation is over the top with beautiful plating and extravagant platters (some with sparklers) . . . And the food is DELICIOUS. We ordered the Oysters Rockefeller, Crab Cakes, Lobster Salad and Salmon Wellington . . . The chef excels at the sauces and dressings. We had the Chocolate Heaven and The Cheesecake for dessert. . . So yummy. Guess what?? You get beautifully costumed dancers too!! It is a whole big beautiful dining extravaganza. We are definitely going back for the Tomahawk Steak and the Bloody Mary.

It’s fun place to have dinner. The owner have a great idea to value food and atmosphere to the fun way and customers enjoyed. Food and drinks are great. It always fancy how they represent a single dish or drink to your table. Our server is fabulous. She put her energy to the same level of the event in this restaurant theme. She has a knowledge and explain all the detail about food in the menu. Recommended to try once if you are in Charlotte. It’s something unique experience.

David was our server and I will say he always gave us the impression as if we were his only table. The service was impeccable as well as the food. We also had a chance to meet the owners and they were both really friendly and I can see where the staff has learned their excellent customer service. The fact that they took the time to tell us about the restaurant as well as letting us know about the brunch as well as the saxophonist that plays during the week. We are looking forward to our next visit and if you are looking for a great restaurant and a dare night spot you will not regret this choice

The food was great we ordered 3 appetizers and 2 main course dishes. I enjoy going to DFD for the cocktails. The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars is because I called before arriving to see if they could seat 2 without reservations they said yes, come right in. When we arrived, they turned us away because of no reservations. We explained and were given a table. There were only 3 other parties inside when seated. Our waiter was amazing.

We had a party of 12 and were seated on time. The server had two tables of 4 people when we arrived plus us. She then immediately got a table of 5 and 2 on top of us. This led to us waiting almost one hour just to receive our cocktails. We mentioned this to the manager that she needed help. Several in our group have worked as servers so we were not mad but just needed a better experience and she needed help. She got some help and the rest of the dinner went well. We would go again just maybe not as a large group.

I had an incredible dining experience thanks to our waiter, José! From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he provided excellent meal suggestions that truly elevated our experience. José went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, checking in regularly and making thoughtful recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly. Every dish he suggested was a delight, showcasing the restaurant’s best offerings. He made my birthday dinner very unique and special. It's rare to find such attentive and genuine service. This was such a fun experience! One of our guests was gluten & dairy free, and the chef was able to accommodate without batting an eye. Everything came out to the table with the most fun presentation! We tried some of the cocktails, and they were fun and so delicious! We would definitely come back, it was an awesome experience!

Yes, food presentation can be fun! We can were for a birthday dinner and it was truly special. Right from drinks presentation, to popcorn shrimps, to puffs, and our entrees. We loved how our food tasted and the service. Drinks were well made too. A bit too expensive though.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere promised a unique experience, and it delivered at every level. The presentation of both the drinks and dishes was on another level, it felt like every item that arrived at the table was a mini performance. The attention to detail was unmatched and made the entire meal feel extra special. The lamb chops? Hands down the best I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor, I'm still thinking about them. The mashed potatoes were silky, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent. For dessert, we were not disappointed. Rich, beautifully plated, and the perfect ending to the meal. Our server was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed excited for us to enjoy everything. Their recommendations were spot-on and they really helped make the experience feel personalized and fun. This place is also a total photo-op dream! Everywhere you look, there's something Insta-worthy, especially the gold wings wall backdrop, perfect for capturing that "wow" moment. There was even a professional photographer going around taking photos of guests during their experience, and you had the option to buy a printed and framed version at the end. Such a fun and memorable touch. I can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu. Deluxe Fun Dining is exactly that deluxe, fun, and absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant as a recommendation because we were out of towners celebrating a birthday. Pros: The aesthetics of the environment were nice including the live saxophonist which added a wonderful touch. The customer service was great, I forgot the name of our server but she was extremely sweet, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive. Also, the presentation of the drinks and food were fun and instagram worthy! Cons: Though provided with large portions, the quality of the food was lacking. The chicken wings tasted like frozen wings, the lamb lacked seasoning and there wasn't much to them. The fried lobster was also underwhelming. The drink prices were a bit pricey for the amount of alcohol in them. Overall, this restaurant has potential, I just think that the quality of food could be improved.

My office came for a visit & we truly enjoyed ourselves. I did not know this place was all about entertainment & food, but we literally had a ball. The waiters were so attentive & entertaining. They had us cracking up. The food was so good!! When I tell you every single plate was cleaned, I mean it!! The ambiance was amazing. We really had too much fun. Highly recommend this place!

When I tell you guys the food tasted just as good as it looks? Truly did not dissapoint. The lamb chops and the Mac were the stars of the show for me. The service was good, they let you take your time to record everything! Ambiance was beautiful as well. My only concern in the freshness of the seafood, the lobster tail was a bit fishy, clams ehh. Regardless, If you haven't been yet, you better add this one to your list!

I've been coming to deluxe for the last year or two and it never ever disappoints! The service is always fantastic and the food is perfect. I absolutely love how fun and creative everything is. They treat you so well when you're there. I love the oysters and salmon dishes. I recently have the pork chop which was fantastic. And don't skimp on brunch

So let me start by saying that whoever is making videos of this place has been doing an amazing job promoting this restaurant. I saw this restaurant first on a video that someone posted on Instagram. It looked fun and exciting and we had some friends that we wanted to bring with us and have an outing together at a cool fun place. The menu is a little tricky. They promote a $45 brunch that gives you one starter, one main course, and one desert, but there are only a few items on the menu that match the $45 fee. As you look over the menu, the items on the menu have a "+$x" where "x" is a dollar amount to add to the brunch fee. For example. The burger was additional $24 so you pay $69 for the burger. The chicken wings are additional as well. So there are only a few items in the main course that are "included" in the $45 brunch fee. The representation of the food is really creative. I've never seen food displayed this way. So it was quite an experience and made that part of the brunch very fun. Popcorn shrimp brought out in a popcorn maker machine was one of those. The food, however just wasn't making the grade. And there was a mistake where the table beside me ordered the 24k gold chicken wings and I did as well and the kitchen brought their plate to me. After they sat it down, the lady beside me said "I think that is my plate" and I said "you can have it, I didn't touch anything and all I did was take a picture". But she insisted on not taking it. That made it weird for both of our parties. She was the only one at her table without food and I was the only one WITH food. The staff really screwed that up and for what you pay for this experience and the food, that was a big issue. The chicken wings were dry and not very meaty at all. More bone than meat and just not something I'd ever try again. I regretted not getting something else. The burger had lobster on it and we shared the lobster with others at the table and it just wasn't up to par with a $69 burger with lobster on it. You have a choice of ordering water only and it was warm to barely chilled, which added to the dryness of my chicken. There were 5 of us. My daughter had a $12 Caesar salad. I had the 24k chicken wings, there was a child with us that had the chicken nuggets, and the two others in our party at the shrimp & grits and the burger. When the bill came it was $292+ and I realized there was a $45 surcharge on the bill (tip is included by them). That's sad because I give a HUGE tip for good service and less if it's not up to speed. But enforcing a tip on ALL sales is really odd. I can see this for big parties. But not a group of 5. We took the desert home. It was a brownie for all of us. The brownie was not fancy restaurant style brownie. It tasted like something you'd buy at the grocery store. I'm not trying to be this critical. The food just simply didn't match a $292 meal for 5 (when one was a kids meal and one was a salad only). That's pricey for such low quality. Another interesting thing that turned weird was that during the start, a guy comes up with an SLR camera and says "can I take your picture?" By the time the meal came out, he walked up and showed us a very fancy frame with our picture in the frame. He said "you can buy this for $25". What? I mean in the 90s this was probably a cool thing. But it's 2025 where people can take a photographer grade photo with their phones now. And surely nobody would want to pay $25 for it. We chose NOT to buy it. But as I was leaving the waiter approached me and said "hey sir, did you want this picture". And I said "no thank you". I would give them 10 out of 5 on presentation and cool ways to display food. I would give them a 2 out of 5 on the food - it just didn't satisfy me. Maybe it was just the dry thin wings. But it just didn't do anything for me. I would give them a 1 out of 5 for how they price their food and how they add a tip to every ticket. I may come back. But I'll have to really think about that before doing it again.

We had a great time at Deluxe Fun Dining, sampling both regular menu items and some special offerings for Restaurant Week. The portions are generous, served on large platters that really tie into the fun, thematic atmosphere. Our server was friendly and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the meal. All our entrees arrived at the same time, so no one had to wait. This spot is perfect for a date night, a girls' night out, or a birthday celebration--everything is presented in an exciting, over-the-top style.

The Brunch Menu - There are two weekend brunch menu's one is for the food ala cart and the other is what you can get for the $45 brunch. No cocktails included. Also, there is an uncharge for items that are listed on the menu as + whatever the additional cost is. Food - low level food experience. I love seasoning and I love salt, but I'm pretty sure my ankles were swollen after leaving here. The decorative experience also goes but so far. If this is a restaurant that is supposed to highlight the experience it lacked in some areas. A few of the members in our party ordered drinks that required the server to come and provide the experience for them when they served their drink. The server stood at the end of the table furthest from the people that ordered the actual drinks and lit them on fire and then passed them down. Some of the stuff just came out with like oversized birds on the board, which just takes up space it's nothing like cool about it. We ordered: Diced Pineapple (10/10) - Hit the mark! Popcorn Shrimp (4/10) - It came out in the popcorn machine and which is likely the coolest experience. The actual shrimp were over-seasoned. Like s-a-l-t-y. Lobster & Crab Dip (7/10) - The best thing we ordered. However, they can do without the cheese coating on top. It's over load when the dip by itself is superb. Shrimp & Grits (5/10) - the base (gravy) was watery and again the dish was salty. Chicken & Waffles (5/10) - The chicken was solid. Like no complaints. The waffle was too dense. 24K Chicken (7/10) - This is a dish that comes with an uncharge. Honestly they put gold foil on the chicken and give you fries and charge $24 additional dollars. You could get the chicken and waffles and order a side of fries because I think you only get one additional wing and foil. Warm Croissant with Nutella And Fruits (1/10)- Dry!!!!

The ambience was romantic, colorful, and comfortable. Staff were great. The dress code did not fit the ambience or vibe. Also, the food was disappointing. I did not enjoy the small lamb chops, lobster rolls, or salad. I also did not enjoy my drink. By the way, my card was swiped about 6 times before a different staff member decided to swipe it successfully on a different card reader. Really??? Also, parking should have been complimentary. Don't believe the hype. I do not see a return visit in my future. I left, then dined at Eddie V's.

Visiting from Nashville. This place was so fun and I really enjoyed myself. I feel like the pricing was a bit much for the portions but overall it was good. Made a reservation and arrived early and was seated no problem. The servers were nice but the food did take a minute to be served to us but it was packed on a Saturday so we were understanding. There was also live entertainment dancers and a magician but he only went to the bar patrons while we were there though. Overall good experience I would go back if I'm ever back in Charlotte. Would definitely recommend!

Think modern New American cuisine. Also brunch is a pretty fixe menu. What you see is what you can order with no substitutions. My fault for not reading the fine print aka Reading is Fundamental . Ambiance is great as was the service and drinks. Spacious seating both downstairs and upstairs. When they say presentation is everything they did not lie. DFD specializes in avant guarde unusual but somehow familiar food items served in a way that's both interesting and appealing. My picky eater sister made the best with her selections and I was delighted with my drink!! Good alcohol served in a delicious tumbler never hurt anyone. Seriously we had great and attentive service. Parking is directly across the street, with credit or debit cards accepted, or exact cash amount. Key word is exact as the machine does not return any change. Cost was $14. Very easy to locate so enjoy the experience. Uptown has some hidden and unique eating treasures!

This is a must see, One of a Kind experience. Not only is the atmosphere and Aesthetics super fun, but all of the food and drinks are super delicious. This is so much fun for a night out to celebrate literally anything. Or just get out to have a nice dinner. They have music on certain nights of the week. Get yourself there!

I highly recommend Deluxe Fun Dining! The service was superb our waitress was extremely attentive and gave us great recommendations from mimosas flavors to 3 course meal choices. The ambiance and food selection was amazing so hard to choose from so many delicious options. We all loved our meals and will return again! Great way to celebrate my friend and a pre birthday celebration for me! Thanks Deluxe Fun Dining for the wonderful brunch experience!

On Saturday, July 26th at 9:30 am I made a reservation on Open Table for 5 people at 6pm. At 4pm I called to add 2 more people. The lady claimed she was the manager and Said we don't have a reservation for you. I told her it was placed on open table. She said well sorry we didn't merge my reservation I can't help you. I tried to ask her if we could eat at the bar instead as she had 2 bars she said yes. A little while later, the manager Luis called and said we can't accommodate your party at all unless you want 9pm. I said no, we are all to wake up early for a seminar meeting and traveling that next day. He said 9pm or nothing. He had no apology and he was rude about it! He didn't care that I was going to write a bad review on Yelp or Open Table.

It was such a fantastic experience and meal!!!!! I was a bit skeptical of this place upon reading some reviews online about food and reservations being canceled, parking, etc. I decided to go ahead and just make a reservation for 2 a month in advanced Even though I kept getting text and email confirmations, I decided to call the restaurant and just double-check that our reservations were still there. We arrived about 5 minutes before our actual reservation time, and we were seated immediately. We were taken to the 2nd floor. Now, this is definitely a pay for the experience type of place. Ordered drinks, and they were brought out on a tray with smoke coming out. Decided to try their Rockefeller oysters, and they were delicious!!!!! The parmesan cheese elevated the oysters to another level and definitely gave it a bit of a kick. The husband and I decided to share the tomahawk surf and turf platter. It comes with a huge piece of steak, broccolini, steamed or fried lobster tail, and fries. It was BEYOND AMAZING! Even though it did take an HOUR for us to receive our food, it was well worth it. The steak was cooked medium well and to perfection. Seasoned right and very juicy! The lobster tail was delicious also. Tasted great. The fries were the best. Just enough crisp to them, very well seasoned and fresh! We were happy with our meal. Everything was spectacular. They brought our meal out on a board with a sparkler! They definitely put on a show. It is a bit pricey but I say a nice treat for a special occasion. As we were leaving, we noticed they had show girls dancing on the first floor, and everybody was hyped up and dancing to the music. We were told they were making their way upstairs, but since we were already heading out, we missed the show. This is located in uptown, so be mindful of parking. We were lucky to snag a side street spot for only $3 as opposed to a parking lot charging $20. We will definitely be returning to try other items for sure. Everyone from the hostess to our server Nick was amazing! Very friendly and efficient.

We were here for brunch! The food presentation was very unique & cute! The food itself was also very good! Our waitress was very patient & helpful for our party of 8! She smiled the entire service & even sang Happy Birthday with us!!

Attended this place after two people recommended. Decided to get a group of ladies together for my birthday. Unfortunately the service was TERRIBLE. My friends did a good job of keeping me smiling and hiding all of the chaos from me. Our waiter clearly did not want to be working and the "manager" was very rude during the time we were taking pictures in front of the sign. This was a Wednesday night event so the restaurant had less than 5 guests our entire visit. I do not recommend this place. I know we all have days that challenge us but when you are in the service business, you have to show up and turn whatever is bothering you off. I'd hope for them to do better for further celebrations. Also, there's an automatic 20% series fee that they don't tell you about. So regardless if the service is top tier or bottom tier (like ours), they get paid.

***10% off when checking in on Yelp*** Wow a time was had!! This is the kind of place you didn't know you needed, it really was fun dining. Main floor has a bar, drinks were good. I had a lemon drop and my bartender gave me a proper mixology lesson on vodka vs tequila lol. Dined upstairs because it was more spacious and much prettier. Orders the crab legs and what a treat I got (see pic). Huge crab with all sorts of fillers to add a dramatic vibe. Olives, pineapple, grilled shrimp and shrimp cocktail came with it. 10/10!! My waiter was amazing! I wish I could remember names better, but everyone there was really nice. A must try!

Made reservations for 8pm on a Friday. Arrived 5 min til reservation and seated when were greeted. There are 2 levels and only stairs from what I observed. The space is very decorative and holiday themed, cute. I was concerned about how much space we had at a table for two but throughout the outing I felt comfortable. The service was great although our server seemed to disappear at the end of the meal. The food came out HOT!! Prices are elevated as are the dishes. I had the burger and it had great taste 5/5. I usually don't order burgers at higher end restaurants but it was worth it. The drinks come with cool presentation but I was not impressed by the simplicity of the cocktails and ingredients. 2/5 I would love to try their brunch but def worth a visit!

My bestie and I came here last weekend to celebrate our birthdays. It was my first time trying deluxe fun. The decor is eclectic! I like it! It was their usual decor mixed with Christmas decor and I love it! Cute for a girls outing or a date night. The only thing I would change is the variety of music. There was one song that seemed to be on repeat 90%of the time we were there. Someone finally noticed it and changed it right before we were about to leave. The service was okay. I appreciated the display of the food and drinks that came out, however, the servers weren't very energetic or enthusiastic about it so it was kind of a let down. We didn't get our birthday song like other groups in the restaurant but we learned that our waitress was new and learning. The food and drinks were delicious! We had the crab dip, the popcorn shrimp for appetizers and for our entrees had the seafood shrimp and salmon Wellington. We also got a little birthday tart to share. Yummy! The drinks were also very very good! I intend to come back to deluxe fun again. Given the pricing, it will more than likely be for a special occasion. I was pleased.

I had the pleasure of celebrating at Deluxe Fun Dining in and OMG what a treat! This spot is absolutely the best dinning experience I have had since moving to NC 14 years ago! I absolutely love everything about this restaurant.... The decor and atmosphere was incredible; from the wall decor to the ceiling fixtures, everything is so tastefully done. Now on to the food; you get to choose an appetizer which I had popcorn shrimp which came in popcorn machine and my meal was steak and eggs (both on the brunch menu). The drinks were phenomenal! There were six of us celebrating a birthday and a ladies day out and we tasted almost everything on the brunch menu! $40 will get you the most beautiful, delicious and asteticlly pleasing meal in the south. I'm so looking forward to my next dining experience at Deluxe Fun Dining!

Went to deluxe fun dining for a birthday celebration. The service provided by Paul out waiter was impeccable. He was very attentive and helpful. Especially with us not being able to accommodate a large party during that time requested, they were able to seat us directly near each other. Paul answered our questions and offered recommendations which was helpful. The atmosphere was truly fun, exciting and fresh. Every aspect of that night was over the top, the dining experience was unusual and unmatched. Bright colors, large serving plates and platters. They aimed to please all your senses. Drinks were beautiful made, most were more on the sweet side but very pleasant and pretty on the eyes. Due to our celebration of a birthday they gave us a very good shots on the house. The shots were better than my drinks. Unfortunately in my opinion the quality of my selection missed the mark. I was very unimpressed. I ordered the Caesar salad, with the filet mignon kebab. The salad while a large portion it was just at par, not real favor to the dressing and included tomato's which I did not prefer in my Caesar salads. The beef was dry even with me requesting it be cooked rare. While that presentation was amazing it left my palate seeking more. Over the experience was good but I think the food was a little overpriced for me.

Overall the food was ok, some things could be more flavorful and the drinks were decent as far as strength and taste. I probably would go back for a celebration, but otherwise I don't necessarily need to return. Oh and be mindful of the parking because it can be expensive, especially on game days.

Oysters Rockefeller and the Lamb Shank. Food was good, nothing spectacular but a good meal in a great ambiance. The presentations are really different and creative. It's a great touch. Great date nite spot but just know that you are gonna pay top dollar for the experience and the presentation. Service was attentive. I'd go again, but I wasnt totally blown away by anything.

The Ambiance of this place was amazing! It was really easy to get seating with our reservation and the food great. The live entertainment and presentation of the food was so fun and very memorable . Definitely worth the experience if visiting Charlotte and for special occasions . Def needed bigger tables for the food boards.

We went to Deluxe for my Birthday. The food did not disappoint and the presentation was fun! I had the popcorn shrimp for an appetizer. The Shrimp was hot, seasoned well and wasn't overcooked. I enjoyed the cute popcorn that came with it in the smoke infused container. For dinner I had the beef and potatoes that came with gravy. They were both very good. The food was a little pricey but worth it. I would go back again. I definitely go back here.

To start, parking was really easy as they have paid parking right behind the restaurant. The ambiance is eccentric and lively. It puts huh in the mind that you are in for a show! We came for restaurant week so the selection was a 3 course meal setup. We were being served by Ismat who was extremely friendly. He suggested the Charlotte Tropicana to drink but I was in the mood for Gin so I went with the Blackened Rose. The drink was amazing. Not too sweet, but just enough strength to get the job done. Next appetizer, the calamari. A little too crunchy for my liking but still had good flavor. The presentations with each course is spectacular. Very theater. Entree: the short beef rib was OMG!!! Sooo delicious, tender and moist. I couldn't eat it all due to everything else but that didn't stop me from trying.

My first time coming and it won't be my last. I came for brunch to celebrate my bestfriend's birthday and the environment was so welcoming and the food was very good. I ordered the $45 brunch Special (1 starter, 1 entrée, 1 dessert). The Shrimp and Grits were a 10/10, the mango mimosa was delicious as well as the presentation of all the plates coming out. Such a nice vibe!

I have no idea what some people are talking about. This place is awesome (if you are laid back and not tight a$$ed). Everything they do is for presentation. A simple beer comes with smoke and presentation. The food was perfect. We had BBq Bone, Royal Filet, Athena Salad, and medallions. Everything was perfectly cooked. When you first sit down, it definitely has a weird vibe. If you go at night the business next door looks something like Boyz in the Hood meets Lil Wayne concert....but if you relax and enjoy it for what it is....you will have a blast.

This is definitely the place to go in Charlotte when you are looking for a unique experience! This restaurant features dishes with over-the-top presentation that is sure to wow your guests and your Instagram feed. Be sure to read until the end! Pros: They offer a 3-course brunch for $40 with decent options to choose from, as well as an a la carte menu. The food is delicious! Again, presentation is divine. Service is friendly and relatively quick. The entire place is gorgeous. Cons: There was a photographer in the restaurant that will come around and ask if he can take your photo. Seems special and harmless until he comes back with the photo in a frame worth $1 and says the photo is $20. He says he is separate from the restaurant so you have to pay him right then. I wouldn't have interrupted my meal if I'd known about the charge. The photo was also poorly edited and truly not worth it. A 20% charge for gratuity is already included, which I typically have no issue with. However, our server let us know that this is split amongst everyone (kitchen, food runners, etc.), so there is an expectation that you tip on top of that. Finally, we were asked if we wanted tap, spring, or sparkling water and chose spring. When the checks came, each person had an additional $2.33 charge for water, coming out to $7 total. Again, not something I personally have an issue with, but it felt like another hidden charge. My check (brunch special, one mimosa, water) came out to ~$63 for one person. There is also limited street parking near the restaurant, so plan to either walk a distance or pay $15 for the lot next to the restaurant. I would most likely visit again for another special occasion, but I would be mindful of extra charges. Giving four stars because the food quality and presentation made my experience worthwhile.

From the moment you open the doors the service began. Great people, great vibes atmosphere amazing. A night to remember and a definite must try. The food what can I say top tier when it comes to taste and flavor on point. The drinks and the way everything is brought to you will leave you amazed. The waitress Ariel absolutely beautiful and sweet. What my mind expected about the place surpassed what we experienced.

Restaurant week night one. DFD was in full effect when my son and I arrived. We showed up early and were accommodated without a problem. The small dining room was just about full. A live DJ was on the 1&2s keeping the vibe live. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a really fun time. Dinner service took about an hour and a half. We chose items from the preset menu and all were delicious. The drinks were fantastic as well. Definitely a must visit for those looking for a unique dining experience.

The Nutella Croissant is a chocolate lovers dream! A warm buttery croissant filled with Nutella and paired with fresh fruits.

Service and ambience was superb. I didn't know what to expect but I was impressed. Drinks were exquisite with a great presentation. The food was amazing as well and didn't make it for any photos though.

We had a nice date night here and we've been here before. Our server was not necessarily unfriendly, she was rushing us through our courses. Even our dessert arrived while we was still eating dinner. Food was inconsistent and I took a star off for that. Smoked Old Fashions were not executed well. The bartender would not leave the smoker on long enough even though we asked for it to stay. He did the same thing to other tables around us. Portion size is key when everyone around you orders the same thing and you cant help but notice the portion size and delivery at this place where you eat with your eyes. My Godiva chocolate brownie was hard as a rock and my server was not sure why I didn't want it until I showed her ( I hit it with my soon and it didn't budge). It was replaced with a better one. I will try this place again, but maybe with a different server and a different time of day!

Our waitress was phenomenal! I'll start there. We were seated upstairs and I thought I was in a club. The music was soooo loud. Our alcoholic beverages were delicious, so were the lamb chops. My pasta with beef braised short ribs meat was definitely disgusting. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and he did not enjoy himself at all. I can only assume that's because we are use to the more quiet dining. I read alot Of reviews before coming to this restaurant and I was like hmmmm maybe they just had a few bad reviews. Not the case....our tab would've been $293.46, but they added on a 20% gratuity and the bill jumped to $344. We could've had Flemings or Eddie V's for that price

This was my fourth time visiting Deluxe Fun Dining restaurant. I was here last December when I won a giftcard off of instagram from @ShiondaFarrell & Deluxe! I thought that experience couldn't be matched but clearly it was! I made my reservation over the phone with Rosilyn for a party of eight people. I paid a $50 reservation fee. On Friday my friends and I were running behind schedule so I called the restaurant to ensure that we would make it by 6:15. When we walked in we were warmly greeted by the manager CeCe. We were escorted upstairs to our table and the magic began. Our server name is Sam- with such a terrific name, how can we go wrong? The drinks and appetizers came out quickly huge shout out to the bartender, Madison. Of course everything was delicious. My friends were impressed with the presentation and the taste! Deluxe gave my friend a birthday card which we were not expecting. Three people in the party were severely late but the restaurant was accommodating. Their food and drinks came out quickly as well. The photographer grabbed some gorgeous pictures of our full group as well! CeCe was amazing and so was Sam! We all had quite so many dishes from crab cake, seafood pasta, lamb chops, and Salmon Wellington. The experience was beautiful for all of my friends visiting from Kansas City! Our theme was - Black Out faux Leather/New Jack City!

What a wonderful surprise to find Deluxe Fun Dining during our time in Charlotte. The ambience was very eclectic, server was friendly and helpful with choices (so many delicious options). Each meal was served on a decorative/festive plate- bringing a fun style to the dish. Our drinks were great and we enjoyed our entrees (veal and lamb) too. So much flavor- we left nothing on our plates! I highly recommend Deluxe Fun Dining if you're in the area. Enjoy!!

The service and presentation are outstanding. The food is very good and well prepared, with good portions. The lamb chops are delicious. The atmosphere is one of a kind!

A lot of fun and the food has been good every time I've gone. The seafood pasta and popcorn shrimp were my favorite. An early reservation makes it suitable for older kids who will get a kick out of the fun presentations of the food. I would definitely go back.

It's a FUN, UNIQUE, and AMAZING place. The Atmosphere, the staff, the food and the show that they use to bring out their drinks and food. It's pricey, but so worth it.

I had the pleasure of visiting Deluxe Fine Dining for Mother's Day brunch, and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing. Service: From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness. We were greeted warmly and promptly escorted to our table. Throughout our meal, the servers were friendly and accommodating. They ensured that our glasses were never empty, and checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Food: The brunch menu offered a delightful array of dishes, both classic and innovative. We decided on the three-course brunch, which included an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. For appetizers, we started with lump crab dip--the highlight and favorite at the table--popcorn shrimp, and calamari. The calamari was a bit soft in texture, possibly a tad undercooked, but seasoned very well. For the main course, I opted for the lamb chops, which were covered in gold. It was an interesting twist but not something I would consider getting in the future. Our guests had the steak and eggs, and shrimp and grits. Of all three dishes, the steak and eggs were the highlight. We took our desserts to go and tried them at home. They were okay but nothing to write home about. Overall Assessment: The ambiance, combined with the outstanding service and food presentation, created an experience that we will cherish. The overall quality of the restaurant shines through. Would I return in the future... probably not just because it was one time experience for me but I would highly recommend Deluxe Fine Dining to anyone looking for a special/interesting dining experience.

Omg! Went to deluxe fun dinning for my husband's 35 birthday! It was six of us so we booked our reservation through yelp and paid a $50 reservation fee by phone! The food was amazing! We all ordered different appetizers and shared them around the table! For the main course I had the BBQ of bones which was perfect for me for to try a little of everything. My husband had the gold lambs and he was really impressed with the taste! My mom had the seafood rice and she loved it! The ambiance was nice and cozy! We will definitely be back. There was a photographer and a magician. It truly was a great experience! My husband enjoyed his birthday dinner!

Found this little gem on TikTok and decided to give it a try. The ambiance and decor when you walk in very unique and welcoming and clean. Nick our waiter, was very attentive, friendly with a great smile and was knowledgeable about the menu. For my drink I ordered the Birkin Bag Mango (allergic to Kiwi, that it is originally served with) and a Pinot Grigio for my appetizer/meal I had to have the Seafood Bloody Mary. That was absolutely amazing, the only issue is it is stuffed at the bottom with pineapples so it's really hard to get your straw in and get to the Bloody Mary part. It's a beautiful presentation just be prepared to scoop out a bunch of pineapples and only have about a 1/4 of a drink, so I just ordered another Birkin bag . For dessert, the cheesecake was tasty. Overall, great experience and pretty atmosphere. Music was nice and I definitely would recommend and would return.
