We visited your spa expecting a tranquil and professional experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly. However, the massage experience was significantly compromised by the behavior of the masseuses. During the treatment, the therapists were frequently whispering and exhibiting slight giggles, creating an atmosphere that felt more like gossip than a therapeutic session. This distracted behavior impacted the quality of the massages, making it difficult to fully relax and benefit from the treatment. Of particular note, my head massage was the most distracted part of the experience, suffering from the lack of focus by the therapist. Notably, the masseuse attending to my wife seemed unable to contain laughter before abruptly leaving the room at the end of the session. We are also concerned that such unprofessional conduct could exacerbate feelings of self-consciousness or discomfort for clients who may already be vulnerable about their bodies in a spa setting. Overall, the lack of professionalism and focus during the massage treatments fell short of our expectations for a spa experience. We hope for improved staff conduct in ensuring a serene, professional, and respectful environment for all clients
