I love this spa. It's now my favorite place for pamper. I was recently pampered by Belinda who has amazing customer service skills and very good at her job, she indulged me on the Luxurious pedicure pamper package. I then surprised my sister for her birthday recently and also asked if Belinda could do her treatments. She loved it. Thank you for such brilliant service and I'm definitely coming back 😊

I absolutely love this spa and appreciated the friendly staff and great customer service. Staff are warm and welcoming and go the extra mile to make sure you're "treated like gold". Definitely value for money, and they offer great packages for nails and laser treatments. I regularly go to Pamela for my laser treatment and she does an incredible job. Would also recommend Charlene for hair as she does magic on your hair and offers amazing head massages. They also sell a great variety of skin and hair care products. Thank you Shaflynn for helping me find the best Environ skincare products for me. My skin has never looked better and neither has my hair. Can't wait for my next appointment...

Charlene is the absolute best at blonde highlights ever! Ive never had anyone cover all the roots (they always seem to miss a piece that’s visible here and there and it stands out like a sore tooth) and catch all the pieces in front where my hair has an odd crown. She does the most beautiful baby blonde white. Highly recommended!!!!!

I recently visited Deluxe Spa for a full Hollywood wax, but my experience was very disappointing. The therapist seemed unskilled, causing a lot of pain, and ultimately couldn't complete the treatment. I was in incredible pain and I've never experienced this after a wax. She offered to charge me for a bikini wax instead, which seemed fair given the situation. However, when I went to pay, the manager refused to adjust the price as promised by the therapist. I also tried to use my R500 gift card on products, only to be told it’s only redeemable for treatments, which wasn’t made clear when I received it. This experience has left me feeling very frustrated and let down by the lack of customer care and transparency. I’ve been a client here before, but this has cost them my business. I would like to be contacted for a refund. As it stands, I can no longer recommend this spa and suggest that proper training be given to therapists and receptionists/ managers.

The Massage chair was amazing. The pedicure was also good. My feet look amazing but I did expect at least a foot cream applied with the Deluxe Signiture Pedicure.

Had the most amazing experience with Thana and Ammaarah at Deluxe Cloud 9. They left me feeling pampered and so relaxed. Super professional and friendly service from the moment I walked in until I left. My toes and brows never looked more amazing. Highly recommend. Would have given ten stars if the site had them.

No pressure at all, even after asking for more pressure. A lot of money was paid to have oil gently rubbed on myself and my partners skin for an hour. Went to Leelawadee Thai spa which was more affordable and a great massage, I recommend them instead
