Pros:|Close to everything|Comfortable beds|Parking|Super friendly staff||Cons |Dated rooms||Check in was fairly easy. We arrived early. Our room was not ready, but we were able to rent bear spray as soon as we arrived. Renting the bear spray is free as long as you return it. We were in room B3. This room is in the row next to the check-in lobby. When we checked in, they were able to assist us with any questions we had. They have cofee and tea in the check-in area. If you need to use a toaster, they also have one there. ||The room: |As I said above, it was dated, but a good place to get some rest after a long day of hiking in Denali National Park. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The room did have a fridge and a microwave. We asked for an iron and an ironing board and it was provided.|| The restroom is small, but the sink is outside the restroom door. This works well when you are traveling with friends as you can shower and not Hold up anyone else from using the sink. The shower had hot water at all times. Water pressure was OK. The room also came with the TV. We didn't really watch it. I was surprised how dark it got in the room once we closed the shades. During the day, we did keep the shades open to let some light in. Do be aware the other people can see you, but we can also see the wildlife. We didn't see any big animals, but we saw plenty of bunnies and squirrels around the hotel. ||Parking is available on site and is pretty ample. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Denali national Park. It is about 10 minutes away from food. There is one restaurant the opposite direction of Denali that is by about five minutes away called 49th State brewing. It was probably one of our favorite. ||Just FYI, there is a lake called Otto lake on the same street as the hotel, but you do have to either walk down or drive down to it as it is surrounded by other businesses and homes. There is a public park and a pier. We did spend some time there and noted that people were kayaking, canoeing and swimming. In July, the lake water was not cold.|Overall, don't expect luxury. Expect a clean, comfortable hotel room where you can shower and get a good night sleep. Expect super friendly staff that are more than willing to help and answer all questions

I'm so confused. This place should be a nasty dump. And while it's not at all attractive...it's one of those temporary structures that was used for God knows what. But here's the thing. Getting past the looks...it was good. Looks like someone bought and put some $$ in it for marketing and basics. Bed was very comfortable. Sheets clean and basic. Blanket clean. Bedspreads clean. Pillows clean. Towels clean. Slept very fine. Bathroom..needs a complete makeover but clean. Great water pressure. Plenty of hot water. No mold. Carpet in room looked clean and fairly new? The staff was awesome. The room was serviced. They provided coffee pot etc. Also soap and shampoo.

This is a perfect place to stay when on a budget and your focus is on exploring the wonders of Denali rather than sitting around in a hotel room. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is definitely no frills, so don't expect luxury with some grand lobby. But for having a clean and safe place to rest your head after your long day of adventures, it is perfect!

We decided to stay extra days in Denali and we found the Denali Park Hotel in Healy. When we arrived we met Therese and Caleb. Caleb was very nice and quickly checked us in. Therese was fantastic. She wanted to know how she could help us and she went out of her way to show us some books and even suggested one we could check-out for our trip, like a library! The next morning we met Gaylin who was equally helpful and charming. Every morning they had fresh coffee and a bright smile.||The rooms are not the Taj Mahal, we knew it wasn't a palace. We found a clean room with two queen beds at the last minute, for a decent price. We were very happy. We found out later that the Denali Park Hotel has the same owners as the Denali Bluffs where we stayed before we came to Denali Park. All of the staff are wonderful and very helpful. The staff made all the difference.

Google
We booked the Denali Park Hotel because it was less expensive than other places and we only needed one night. It was about what you would expect for the price range. Rooms were worn and dated but clean. It was convenient to have the car right outside the door. The staff was excellent and helpful. Unfortunately we experienced a three hour regional power outage but as it was mid June there was plenty of light to read by. There are dining options a short drive away making it a reasonable place for a short stay.

Google
Checking in they were unsure if they had mistakenly given our room key to someone else. They gave us a different room. The door to the room was not tight. You could see day daylight around the edges. There was also a space where the hole for the handle didn’t align with the handle. Also there was a dead bolt but no hole for it to go in. The tv did not work. The floor in the bathroom sloped so much it made you dizzy. I complained about the tv and was told someone would stop by to check it out. After an hour no one showed up. I went to the office and was told someone would be working to get things| Fixed the next day. I told the manager I was not happy with the room and asked for a refund for the next night. He refused. After that we stayed the second night but I asked for a discount. Nothing. I would never in a million years book this place. For what they charged, you can do MUCH better.

Google
Positive: Greeted with ?Are you excited to be here with us?? Awesome staff. Clean basic room. 10 miles from Denali NP. 2 miles from gas, grocery, and 49th State Brewery/Restaurant. It?s terrific! Negative: This is NOT a hotel. 4 buildings with 12 rooms each. Small but CLEAN. If you want luxury pay 40% more somewhere else. Would we stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!

Google
Perfect for what we were doing, met our needs. Staff was very helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Short 10 minute drive to Denali and restaurants so location was perfect as was the price! Will definitely stay again!

Michelle A.

Yelp
$300 a night gets you motel 6 type room at inflated Denali location prices. Very basic retro motel. The person who originally booked 2 rooms was sick and tried to cancel, and they would not allow her to cancel with a refund in advance. The office is in an old Alaska Railroad car. We did see a moose eating grass in a field nearby. Needs updating and general maintenance.

Karen L.

Yelp
I wouldn't call this hotel, since it doesn't have the amenities of one. The price is high, but it is 10 miles to Denali National Park, so naturally prices are inflated. Check in is simple enough, and the rooms are spacious and clean. They smell like cleaning product, not like dusty carpet and musty. There is a microwave and mini fridge. It has all the basic amenities, and it is rustic. The beds are super comfortable. It is very quiet and much wildlife can be seen outside.

Kaylianne W.

Yelp
This hotel was nice! It was very clean and pretty spacious. It had a lot included like a mini fridge, microwave, fan, iron, extra pillows, blankets, etc. The location was close enough to everything we needed. Took off a star because it was pretty pricey and because the shower wasn't great. It was very short, impossible to get a comfortable temperature, and had horrible water pressure.

Scott T.

Yelp
My wife and I made reservations for this hotel not located in the heart of Denali but close enough to the restaurants and shops. It's more of a quaint location with comfortable beds and quiet location. Sherry, the manager goes really above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. She provided us with a transportation option since we were here for one day. Definitely recommend a couple of days to take in the beauty and Denali Park. Consider your travel needs ahead of time...shuttle service or rental car.

Eric Z.

Yelp
This place was awesome and even better then expected. My wife and I had tickets for 49th states Augtoberfest and found this hotel via Alaska airlines hotels ( you can earn miles for booking) because it was less then 1.5 miles away and we loved the moose themed decor from the photos. The website does no justice to how awesome the views really are and the room looked exactly as described. The staff was super nice and we were delighted to find that there is free coffee in the lobby all day ( which was a nice surprise after driving 4 hours from Anchorage). The room was very clean and we loved that they had direct tv. I read the previous review and had the exact opposite experience with Sherry the manager. Sherry may have been the nicest person I have ever encountered at any hotel and was very informative and amazing. We would highly recommended this place and will be back next month

Sharon S.

Yelp
What a great place. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Sorry we missed the moose on the grounds but maybe next time.

Yelp
Toxic and Horrible management/owner. Don't stay here just on knowing how they treat their staff. Most of their staff is college kids from other countries that apply through Interexchange program to come work in the US for the summer. Their work visas are tied to the place they work so they can't just quit and leave easily. Cheri the manager and Mickey the owner know this so they hold some of their wages until they fulfill their contracts not as a nice bonus at the end of the season so they can use it against them. Towards the end of their contract Cheri tries to do just about anything to get them to quit so they don't have to pay them their wages that they withheld and it's $3 from every hour so that's a big loss in pay. Cheri verbally abuses the staff knowing they don't have any other place to go, no transportation to leave, The staff have to provide their own food, Pay for the awful housing they put them in. When the staff confronts them they are told if they don't like it they can leave! But How??? Where??? This place is rural. The closest airport is 120 miles away. They have no vehicle and their home is in another country. And they also won't get the rest of their pay. They are trapped and have to put up with the abuse. If you keep reading the other reviews there a few more from past employees and also one from a guest who witnessed how she treated the staff and refused to stay. There has to be good reviews from guest because if she treated them like her staff nobody would stay there and she wouldn't have a job but let me tell you I have witnessed the minute they walk out of the lobby she is saying horrible things about them as well. The guests that actually have seen her true character and wrote about it believe them! It is the truth!!! I have seen her treat her staff and some of the guests terrible! I finally had enough and went and talked to the owner, Mickey, and he said he didn't want to hear about it and refused to listen. Come to find out he treats them just as aweful. Also when you start work, in your employee packet is a paper that says the buildings are very old and full of Asbestos. They must have to legally warn their staff about this but obviously don't warn the guests. So you will be staying and sleeping in a room that has Asbestos. If you do decide to stay here have a walk back to where the employees stay and check out their housing/bathrooms/and kitchen area. It's terrible!!! There are plenty of wonderful places to stay in the area. Pay a bit extra and stay there. Aurora Lodge, Denali Lakeview Inn, Totem Inn, White Moose, and more. There are also lots of VRBO and Airbandb. All of these places are around the same area as Denali Park Hotel so what other guests have reported as seeing moose and being out of the noise you will get the same experience at one of the other places. Denali lakeview Inn is just down the road and it is has a lovely lake view. The other accommodations are only a mile or so from this place as well so if you were going to see Moose here you will see it there as well.

Yelp
Avoid this hotel at all cost. Sherry the General Manager was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and physically aggressive toward my wife. Upon arrival I was speaking to the nice receptionist and informed her that I had two dogs with me. Sherry abruptly burst from her office and very loudly informed me that I had missed the fine print buried under the convoluted "Rates" tab of their website that stated only one dog was allowed. When I asked if I needed to pay a second pet fee Sherry was verbally abusive and yelled about how dogs have been destroying their rooms and such. I asked if I needed to find another place to stay the night and she said no, but the dogs cannot be left unattended in the room even though they would both be in crates (we have a 10lb shih tzu and a 30 lb brittany spaniel, not exactly a large destructive duo). When I informed her that we needed to leave the dogs in their crates to go to my wife's birthday dinner reservation Sherry again exploded with rage and told us we would need to leave without a refund. Sherry then proceeded to physically push the door of the lobby closed as my wife exited so that the door contacted my wife on the way out. Totally unacceptable behavior from an adult in any profession. Sherry should be reprimanded immediately by the owner of the hotel and no self-respecting guest should make a reservation until then.

Yelp
Wonderful stay!! Clean rooms and super quiet environment. Cheri was absolutely wonderful and helped us throughout our entire stay and helped us book the room in the peak of summer!! I would absolutely recommend the hotel for everyone! Thank you all again!

Kristin Z.

Yelp
I don't understand the low marks. You're in rural Alaska. The lady at check in was super friendly and knowledgeable on where to get dinner. The room was yes, no frills, but very clean, the bed was large and comfortable, microfridge and microwave, coffee, good water pressure and hot water after a day of hiking. Tons of TV channels and crystal clear service. (Stayed at another place maybe 15 miles south and TV was awful). Would stay here again.

Debbie H.

Yelp
Fancy? Not one little bit. High-end facility? Nope. Noteworthy? Not at all. Clean, comfortable enough place to lay your head close to the park? Yes. Close to several eating facilities? Yes. Not cheap but nothing in this area is. I had wifi the two days I was here. My bed was comfortable and I slept well. I loved walking outside first thing in the morning and seeing the sunrise. I loved being able to walk a short distance, to the lake, and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.

AL B.

Yelp
Extra star for ease of parking right in front of room- can't get much closer for loading and unloading your stuff! Wide open skies close by- so you can easily head out to chase night skies Lots of snacks- drinks for purchase in the lobby at very reasonable prices so check that out Comfortable basic rooms with clean bathrooms, coffee makers, refrigerator and your own microwave- what's not to like about that!

Ali T.

Yelp
A clean, comfortable & most affordable stay in area over Labor Day weekend. Woke up in the middle the night and saw the northern lights around 1 AM on 9/1/19!! Ben the manager is super friendly relaxed and helpful who knows the area well and gave great advice about Denali national park as well as restaurants. Slept great on beds that were incredibly comfortable after coming off a cruise. Great to have a microwave and refrigerator. Conveniently located near Denali national park entrance.

Gardner B.

Yelp
We enjoyed our stay at Denali Park Hotel. Mrs. Cheri and Ryan were super friendly. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I would recommend Denali Park Hotel.

Jessica B.

Yelp
This was the cheapest place we could find in the area, but we drove past a motel advertising $60 a night after we made our $99 reservation here. That was the first of what was to be several bummers. The carpet was dingy and made me want to wear my shoes the whole time inside. The comforter was a slick unnatural material and I had a sneaking suspicion it hadn't been washed in a while... I liked the blackout curtains, the satellite tv, and that it was a short drive to food and the park. It was really weird that the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom (if you're a big person, the bathroom might be too small for you). What was weirder was that the plunger was outside the bathroom. Hope you're staying here alone if you need this, otherwise it'll be awkward stepping out of the bathroom and rummaging under the sing for the plunger. Good luck being sneaky with that! Thin walls, no dvd player, Free wifi.

Dmitriy S.

Yelp
This is a great hotel for anyone who wants to stay close enough to Denali National Park but not have to pay for the ridiculously overpriced hotels right near the entrance. The hotel lobby is in an old Alaskan train car, which adds a very nice and historic touch to this hotel. There are plenty of rooms at a good rate that's great compared to anywhere else near the park. Although the rooms are pretty old, it's not like you're going to be spending all day in them, so don't expect luxury. Overall, it's a great hotel with a great location. My brother and fellow Yelper Arkadiy S. stayed here on his visit to Denali and enjoyed it just as much as I did.

Yelp
When it comes to summer in Alaska and especially Denali National Park it can be difficult to find accommodations that won't leave your wallet screaming out in mercy. Or hotels with strict cancellation policies and pre-payment required is almost unheard of. The Denali Park Hotel is located approximately 15 minutes north of the entrance to Denali National Park and Preserve in the small town of Healy. Located just off the Parks Highway off of Otto Lake Road, the hotel is certainly nothing to look at from the outside. You find several rows of non-descript buildings. But you know you have arrived at the correct location when you see a retired Alaska Railroad rail car, which the office is located in. I used to stay at the Denali Park Hotel quite a bit, given its very competitive rates against other hotels in the area. In fact you will be challenged to find much lower rates than the Denali Park Hotel offers. You certainly won't get any grandiose views or first class restaurants but if you are looking a clean hotel to rest your weary head on, then this just may be the place for you. Now back to that reason why I stopped staying here. Quite simply it was a reservation snafu during the Denali Road Lottery several years ago. So when I decided to take a spur of the moment trip to Denali a few weeks ago, the Denali Park Hotel had some of the only lodging available in the area. And thus I decided to give it another chance. While the décor looks like it has stayed in the 1970's I actually found some of the rooms had been refreshed since my last visit. And the beds were certainly more comfortable than I remember. I wasn't looking to spend a lot of time in my room. I was there to get in the park and the Denali Park Hotel was perfect for what I was needing. A warm comfortable place to retire after the end of a long day. That night I happened to reserve a single queen bed that was around $145 and change for the night. Parking is directly in front of each room and with the loose gravel driveway you can hear cars coming and going throughout the night. But other than that it was a very quiet stay. The chill of the impending fall had come on so I actually ended up turning on the heat. But the room became nice and toasty a short time later. Additionally each room has a microwave and mini fridge as well as free wifi internet. However be advised that the wifi can be spotty at times and they will warn you about that at the front desk. Oh and for those strict cancellation policies and pre-payment requirements I mentioned earlier? Not required here. They have one of the better cancellation policies of hotels in the area and no pre-payment is required. If you are looking for an economical place to stay while enjoying the beauty and grandeur of Denali National Park, then the Denali National Park may just be the place for you.

Natalie L.

Yelp
The Denali Park Hotel is a great choice for any group visiting the national park with their own transportation. It is in an excellent location: a beautiful 15 minute drive north of the Denali National Park Visitor Center. It is a ten minute drive away from the shops and restaurants catering to Denali visitors. And it is a five minute drive (or a twenty minute walk; and I highly recommend the walk!) from the awesome 49th State Brewery--it's original location. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the manager is incredibly personable and helpful. It seems like we sought her advice on a variety of topics each morning over our complimentary cup of coffee. If you have a car, I definitely recommend you look into staying at the Denali Park Hotel for your vacation to the national park.

Phillip Y.

Yelp
My dad reserved 2 rooms for us and this will forever be my memories of my Denali vacation. It makes me smile that my wife and I experienced the true outdoors in this no frills hotel. The lobby is inside a cabin railcar which is really cool:) It also have free coffee and tea to bring back to your room. But, what it lacks with no frills makes up with a simple fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom is the tightest fit so thankfully, the sink is outside near the door. Both rooms have 2 queen beds and very spacious. It was definitely a step up in terms of space compared to our 1 queen bedroom in Seward, AK at the Best Western Edgewater. No breakfast but that wasn't a deal breaker. TV was nice and we caught a show before going to bed. Also, the black out curtains were perfect but we woke up too late for bus ride. That makes it so memorable when my mom knocked on our door twice at 7AM in the morning. Jeez, I love family vacations...

A L.

Yelp
It is plain and bare, and without breakfast. It is more like a motel than a hotel. Pros: - Near Denali Park (about 15 minutes drive) - Relatively inexpensive (compared to others) Cons - Bad Wifi (similar to most Alaska hotels)

Souvik D.

Yelp
If I went back to Healy, I wouldn't stay in this place. Nothing noteworthy, starting from the location the rooms or the other amenities. It is a below average hotel. Even the heating unit took like 2 hours to heat the room up. The good points about this place is that it wasn't expensive and was only a 15 minutes drive to the park.

Yolanda Y.

Yelp
Pros: -relatively short drive to Denali -clean facility -occasional wildlife sightings right outside your door -relative to other lodging options in the area this is pretty affordable Cons: -not great value for the price -no toiletries provided other than odd foamy substance in dispenser on shower wall -lumpy pillows -it's about a ten minute drive to Denali so you need a car to get around -the wifi signal was really weak and pretty much useless -the walls and doors are thin and provide very little sound isolation Would I stay here again? Yes, but only because there are not many other options in the price range.

Ramin N.

Yelp
To begin with, this should be named a motel. The price was the same as a regular hotel but with a run down everything. The sinks had drainage problems for both the bath and the wash sink. There is no air conditioning. The heater is a wall heater. This was our first visit to Denali so we didn't know and was expecting a standard that you would have anywhere else.

Amanda L.

Yelp
Great place, and affordable for Alaska! Very helpful, friendly staff, and clean rooms. It exceeded my expectations.

Sandra L.

Yelp
10 miles from the entrance at $109/night (exclude taxes). When we got there, the advertised price was $99/night. We bought from travelocity.com. Next time, should book directly. This isn't really a "hotel" and more like a "motel," but they named it with "hotel" because portions of this place came from the original hotel inside Denali NP. Today there are no hotel accommodations inside the park; only campsites. Pros: - convenient location - Black Diamond Restaurant is only 1 mile away - 10 miles from Denali NP entrance - clean, simple, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, quite radiator heater (not a fan) - parking in front of room Cons: - unpaved road - wi-fi strength is very weak in the other rooms. Ours was B12. Try to get one closer to the train lobby/registration. There is no hardwired plug-in.

Andrew M.

Yelp
Overall I would say it was below average. Not that bad to stay in clean beds and tv. Not much to look at from the out side, but the worst part about it in my opinion is that it's way too over priced for the quality that's given.

Janet G.

Yelp
As clean as good be expected. Very plain and bare. No breakfast but items for sale in office If you like tv - tons of channels. It's a weird cheap unattractive set of buildings. The only plus was parking right by door, I thought pretty expensive for location and cheap accommodations Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. As Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees.

Kristina J.

Yelp
Perfect for a sleep and off to see the park. Nice view. There is not an iron so bring your own. Like that it is pet friendly. Would def recommend and stay here again!!!

Mike F.

Yelp
One of the nicer motels I've been to (I try not to frequent motels). The bathroom was a little small, but the rest of the room was decently sized. Friendly staff and priced right for the area. Could use a better variety when it comes to breakfast options. Beautiful area.

Jeffrey W.

Yelp
Was part of group travel package put together by agent. Room was ok for a bed to sleep in, and shower in the morning. All was clean and tidy. What gives them a 4 star was I left behind a camera charger and battery, they shipped it back to my home for me. Thanks.

POM K.

Yelp
"The worst experience ever" My husband and I booked this "hotel" for 3 nights. However, we could only stay there only 1 night. On the 2nd day, when we got back the room, there was a notice on the door, says that they checked us out and moved our luggage out of the room without asking us! I couldn't understand what happened, and asked the staff at the office. Then, we found out that they thought somehow we stay only one night, and the guy treated us like we did terrible thing.(not checking out on time) And what's more, even though we showed our reservation confirmation for 3 nights, he blamed us. What he said was we paid only for 1 night when we checked in, which was because the staff charged us only 1 night, and we didn't know we had to pay for whole stay when we check-in. As you know, some hotels charge customers whole amount at check-out. How should we know we had to pay the amount the staff didn't charge!? And what kind of "hotel" would check-out the customer who has confirmed reservation for 2 more nights? The notice on the door showed my name to the public all day, and believe me, it was really awkward. The tone of the notice was accusing us. Oh, and they threw away our small items that we left the room. We, of course, didn't pack our luggage because we weren't supposed to be checked out that day, but when they moved our luggage, they just moved big baggage and threw away little things. We never got back. Even after found out what they misunderstood, the guy never apologize and kept rude attitude. .yeah, really really RUDE. And there was conveniently "no manager" at the time, the guy said he would ask manager to contact us about throwing customer's belongings, but we never heard anything from the manager. Probably they just don't care customers. After we decided to walk away the terrible place, we went to Denali RV Park & Motel and White Moose Lodge to ask if they had rooms. Unfortunately there was no room for us, but people there were really really nice and kind, they helped us to find accommodation. The man at White Moose Lodge even made a call for us to ask vacancy in other motels. If we go back to Denali, we would definitely stay these places. ----- I posted the review above on TripAdvisor, and "the manager" responded like this: As the manager of the Denali Park Hotel we are very sorry that your experience with us was not a positive one. Your reservation was made online through our reservation system and came through as a one night reservation. This was the only information we had available and of course assumed that it was correct. You would have had a reservation confirmation email that stated your reservation was for only one night. This should have been checked on the guests end before arrival. Unfortunately, we were full the following night and did not have another room available. We also apologize for any "rudeness" on our end from our front desk associate during this interaction as this was not a professional response to the guest. However, there is also guest etiquette that I'm sure was compromised during this interaction. As for the travel sized personal items our housekeepers would have thrown these away assuming they were left behind and the guest did not want them. Again, we apologize for your inconvenience and negative experience with our hotel but feel that it is the guests responsibility to confirm that their reservation is correct before arrival especially if made online. ----- OMG... Obviously, they wanted to blame us as "a customer who didn't have a reservation but claimed that we have", but WE SHOWED OUR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION FOR THREE NIGHTS!!! and the rudest front desk agreed that we had 3 nights reservation, and he said that he can prepare another room for us because WE HAD RESERVATION! Why we didn't stay there is because we DIDN'T WANT TO STAY that rude place. I couldn't post this response on TripAdvisor because we can only post a review one time, so I decided to post on yelp. Yelpers, please think about it. -The manager didn't apologize right. -The manager tried to make me look bad by accusing that we didn't have the reservation(which we had, of course), knowing that we can't post again about the response. -The manager doesn't want to face the fact. Well... I would say, If you stay there for only one night, it would be fine.

Yelp
Cheap, clean, comfy, very basic! It worked perfectly for us as restaurants were close- Laundromat was nearby, easy access off freeway, easy check in and check out. Good shower, good sleep. BEAUTIFUL area!

R H.

Yelp
I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was very nice. The beds were comfortable and stain and bed-bug free (we checked). The bathroom is small, as other yelpers have said, but it's really fine, and I've seen other hotels with the sink right outside of the bathroom so it really wasn't that weird. The TV gets more channels that I've seen other places in Alaska, and there is a handy dandy book with menus from most of the restaurants on the Denali "boardwalk" as they call it, which was useful. There was a nice and clean fridge and microwave, and plenty of outlets to charge all of our things. I felt safe and I thought the scenery was beautiful. I was glad to have stayed in this hotel and really appreciated that we were able to stay here for the night. I would suggest it, especially if things closer to the park are booked up! That was the only thing that was slight annoying-- that it's about a ten minute drive to the boardwalk and park entrance. Otherwise it's a great choice for a short stay in Denali. Oh, and the other yelpers are also right in saying there are no toiletries in the bathroom, so bring your own!
