Denim Tears

Do NOT buy anything from this store. I purchased a sweatshirt and pants for my son on October 25th and received the items six weeks later. I needed to exchange them and they are saying they can’t because they are final sale. They were never final sale, nor even on sale. I showed them the receipt but they don’t care. The worst customer service. Considering all I wanted to do was exchange the items. I will look into legal actions to get our money back now.

I placed an order through there website for my son and never got any updates I do not recommend nobody this store horrible customer service it’s a whole scam denim tears SUCKS!!! And will never again buy from this company bad look for them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE!! this company is a fraud! There is no customer service telephone number(flag number 1). Their emails are generated and replied by AI(red flag number 2). You will pay for your items and not receive them. The city of New York needs to investigate this company as fraudulent and liable for generating an online shopping company that does not provide what they are marketing. If you want to loose all your money DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. LEGAL process will deal with this fake company.

This store is one that every person should visit. A lot of stories being told through the clothing. The staff is conversational and the books are so interesting

3 weeks since i ordered, got my confirmation and heard nothing since. They dont reply to emails and the clearly violate there delivery policy, im absolutely fuming

Horrible customer service. I called regarding a return was told to email a customer service line and they would contact me. Two weeks later nothing now the return window is gone.

I ordered a package and they sent it to the wrong address . Never got my package. I see why ppl say it’s a scam
