Denner Hotel

I would never go back to this hotel. First of all, the reception is not in the same building. Although the receptionists are very kind and helpful, the desk is not open 24 hours. Second, the rooms are extremely hot — there's only a fan. I booked a superior room with a view, but the "view" was just a window facing another building. I didn’t even have curtains, so people from the other building could see into my room. The bed is quite comfortable, but the noise from the fan makes it hard to sleep. The service is poor: I stayed for three nights and they only emptied the room bin once. The location is central, which is convenient for restaurants and coffee shops, but you can also feel the vibrations of the passing trams. Overall, It was disappointing.

The tram passes so close that the bed moves, noise from the road, tram, and bar (two floors down) is awful. One of radiator did not work, quite cold. Else the room is fine, and breakfast in Bayr Hof ok.

Why I will never go back to this hôtel ? 1. In the same building there is a bar/club : in the room until 3.00Am you can ear the music loud (with strong bass = boum boum boum on your pillow) 2. The room service left the door of our room wild open. So we came back at night and the door was COMPLETELY wild open. 3. We have never seen anyone at the réception desk. In front of the desk of the réception there is a door unlock communicating with the bar = every body from the bar can come into the hôtel (and the room services left the door of our room wild open) 4. You will smell the smock of the narguilé from the bar/club In the hôtel. 5. The room was dark with a view on an other building (just 2meters In front you can see the inside appartement of People from your window)

Clean and comfortable accommodation that is very centrally located. There are no stairs, however. Denner uses a self check in and out system which is great, but may not suit all travelers.

The rooms are very spacious and have all the necessary utilities available. It is right next to a mall and shopping complex so very conveniently located. The employees including the receptionist are very friendly.

Room was very clean and all furniture was brand new. A little bit strange check in at the hotel with a Bluetooth-key but was ok for me. Location was perfect 👌

It was good for over night stay. They dont have elevator so if you are travelling with less luggage its a good place to stay with nice view

There is a club in the basement and you can hear the noise to well after 2 in the night. But the rooms are spacey and otherwise ok.
