Let’s start with the fabulous service from Crystal. What i like was she was so friendly and professional and that cute pixie cut. She introduced herself to us quickly accommodated us to a table. She asked out drink order. We both asked for coffee , she left the Kraft for us. That’s was fabulous. She let us know of the fresh hot coffee and asked us if we needed anything else or had questions. The food was superb. We let her know were going to over order. The cook did a great job on the food. The staff were 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I have never been to a Dennys that is so poorly kept. The floor is sticky and the bath was very dirty. I will not come to this locations again. We are getting ready to leave and the plates are still on the table.

Very good food as for the 24/h restaurant. Very quick and very good service, waitress was so nice!

Stopped for breakfast before the Bills/Ravens playoff game. Felt bad for the server, she had to keep apologizing to guests as the cook kept messing up orders… (Apparently he was new). Worked out for us, our meal was totally fine, the cooked did mess up by sending out 8 eggs instead of 4!!! No complaints for food or service, restaurant did feel empty, nonetheless would come again…

We ordered their new Cali Skillet which came with a skillet of veges, eggs, potatoes, along with three tortillas. We also got a side of seasoned fries. This order was a good size for two people. For drinks we did two coffees, which tasted like the standard coffee. The breakfast was very tasty and the fries were an excellent choice for a side as it helped enhance the meal’s flavour. Service was prompt and welcoming. Would recommend this place.

The food was awesome. The server's are soo sweet. I would come here everyday if I could.❤️Emily was our server and I just loved now nice,kind,and patient she was.

The perfect breakfast. My orange 🍊 juice is not included. I was drinking it. I highly recommend the steak omlette. Add avocado 🥑 for around a buck and change.

I go here after working at the hospital to catch up on work or relax and crotchet while I eat breakfast as night. Will has always been my server. He is very polite to myself and to other patrons. He provides a warm and welcoming space. I love coming here!! Thanks so much Will for everything that you do!!! We appreciate you! And Xavier you are awesome, thanks for being there for your customers whenever they need something!

Came here today to have lunch with my mom The man who brought us to our seats was very nice, and then our waitress was really great. My mother and I both ordered what we wanted. She built her own slam breakfast, and I ordered the lumberjack slam like I always do. It came out fairly fast and was very good. Everything was cooked perfectly this time. Are waitress's name was Michelle C. And the cook was Mike A. She was a great waitress, & on top of everything. Check out, went smooth and easy. And for those of you who don't know if you have AARP you get a discount at Dennys when you check out.

The food was cold, undercooked and gross. We couldn't stomach it so we complained and they took it off the bill. I hate wasting food so it sucks. There was a guy in there playing very loud gospel music and it was an ear sore. No one said anything to him about it, just allowed it to happen. 0/5 do not recommend.

If I could I would not give them any stars for some reason they can't get a order right.This location is the worst my coffee was burnt. Steak was mushy eggs was definitely not made to order. I'm advising everyone I know to not eat there. The food is extremely nasty. I guess they were desperate for cooks and Hired any body one star rating was way to much...

This afternoon I was part of a group of seven that had a VERY LATE lunch here. I don't think I had ever waited so long for a meal in a restaurant. When we arrived, hardly anybody else was there (more customers gradually showed up). My group had to wait several minutes before we were seated and then over twenty minutes passed until drinks started arriving including water. Two of us ordered coffee that was served in dirty mugs. It was another long wait for more coffees to arrive. Twice I went in the bathroom that had a sticky floor. Probably an hour passed before our food finally arrived, which was okay. I'm assuming this Denny's was shorthanded, but to the best of my knowledge no apology was offered for the slow service. I was also a bit creeped out by one of the male employees having long colored fingernails. I thought this was supposed to be a family friendly restaurant. Fortunately, one of the women in our group paid for everyone's meals. On our way home, a pastor I'm staying with commented he wouldn't have left a tip. I don't blame him!

Ahh, it was a pleasure having breakfast here. I went for the Lumberjack meal with Pancakes, sausages, bacon, eggs, Hashbrowns and ham. Nice waiter Aaron was a good help. Love their coffee and Orange juice too. Pretty quiet location here. What a good experience we had.

I stopped in again. Huge mistake. Shit food. Shit service. Buffalo really needs a good late nite eats place.

Slow kitchen, wrong orders, dirty floors/tables/bathrooms, freezing cold, cold food, and the list goes on. Stay away from this dennys until they understand how to run a restaurant. Worst of all - no hairnets in the kitchen. Long flowing dreads or shaggy hair on the preppers and cooks. PS eh iced tea...

Me and my family were at this Denny's today the service was terrible. The server did the order wrong, she never brought the pancakes, never offer us more coffee, I believe she treated us with racism.

I recommend not ordering online for pickup,I ordered two orders and a family pack but the serving was for one person how am I supposed to share it???one piece of egg each???and then my other two orders where together when they were two different orders

Waited over 15 minutes to be seated, no host in sight (or wait staff). Long wait for menus and wait to place the order. Out of 9 grain pancakes. The breakfast was burnt, eggs were dry, ham was dried out. Burger was ok. The waiter was good for dealing with no help in dining room and only one cook.

Please don't eat here or work here this place needs to be shut down immediately. They have rats and roaches running around the place. Made me feel so uncomfortable that I barely wanted to even show up to work anymore. The management refuses to do anything about it because the managers are too busy smoking in the back and leaving the doors open causing rats to come in. This establishment is absolutely horrendous and doesn't deserve to be running.

Went here on a Sunday evening. About 8 tables were occupied. Only one table had food. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes for us to get our food. I don't think more than one table ever had food. They were also out of orange juice. How does a restaurant that is more or less synonymous with breakfast run out of orange juice. There is a cluster of Dennys in Flagstaff, Williams, Grand Canyon area that are the same -- unbelievably slow. I can't fathom how such a place can exist year after year.

my family of 4 came to the restraint last night. they had only one server working all of the tables , now there's NO complaints from me only compliments, Alycia was our waitress, and even with finicky kids and little longer waiting times she did amazing, never lost her cool or broke her smile through my experience and to everyone there at that time. 10 stars to u Alycia ... I wish and hope they recognize you!!

If i were to give 0 stars i most definitely would. This is the worst restaurant I've ever received service from, not only did they false advertise on an item they didn't even have but still got charged for it and when I received something else the food tasted like someone threw it into the microwave for a minute and then took it back out. Threw it into a box, called it a day. I'm never EVER returning to this Denny's, if you want half assed slop served via Pick-Up this is your go to.

i never knew a restaurant could mess up so badly. they could've at least threw some strawberries and a little whipped cream on there or something. such a disappointment

Denny's is pretty much the same wherever you go. This one is open 24 hours which is nice. The service can be slow if they are short staffed but the food is always fresh and good and the help is always friendly and polite.

Just an FYI.... If you see "Burger Den" on any of the apps...for example Postmates- It's really Dennys. Learned my lesson...I thought I was trying a new burger place so I ordered...then googled the address and to my suprise BAMMMM its friggin' Dennys. Dennys burgers are just that...they're Dennys burgers. I was dissapointed to say the least.

Good solid breakfast French toast was awesome Bacon good, I love their sausage Coffee is fine, cups are fun At this location service is always spot on However yesterday's scramble eggs were terrible

It took 15 minutes to get my all you can eat pancakes every round for me and the boys, should be free food at this point, IHOP is daddy.

Friday afternoon, not busy. No issues with service or food here. Told the waitress that we were an incomplete party of 4 and she was very patient with us. It was extremely easy to to split our check even after applying a 20% coupon to it. We probably stayed a bit longer than anyone wanted but it's a great place to catch up with friends, especially when its not busy.

My family and I went to dennys. My food was cold, the hashbrowns were tasteless and also cold. I received no response from the manager. The last time I went I was not happy as well. Our Server was very kind and professional. I wont be going back.

Amazing service. Ask for bailey she is amazing. Always great food and the managers are always on point. Trish and Jeremy are the best cooks

It's been a while and I intend to keep it that way. Undercooked and underwhelmed was my impression.

This is not our go-to Denny's, that would be the one on Maple in Amherst. But this one is located in between home and my 'rents, and is the one where I spent a big chunk of time as a kid, so we still end up here from time to time. We stopped by last weekend. Compared to our closer Maple location, this Denny's is not as clean. We were seated at a table that had easily visible garbage underneath it. The floor is not very clean in general. Our service was decent. The waitress was accurate with our order, but was slow to bring more coffee and water. She was friendly enough, but at a diner the coffee should be quicker. The food we ordered was good. We kept it cheap off the Value Menu, LOVE those deals. The hub'ster had the Steak Skillet and I had the Eggs in a Basket. At $8 and $6 bucks a pop, it's hard to complain about much. The food came out hot and tasty. My husband's eggs were underdone from what he had asked for, but all in all a solid bargain meal. We'll undoubtedly be back to this Denny's. When you walk in, if you make a right, before they remodeled there was a big circular booth on that side of the restaurant. I had many a meal with my fam' in that big booth, and so many fond memories in that corner, especially of my gram. Nostalgia, good deals, reliable food and reasonable service will keep us patrons of this Denny's until we're old farts too, I'm sure.

Went in here for a late breakfast today, and it was busy. No booth available but they did put us at a table in the back after suggesting a tiny table near the kitchen (no thanks). There's three dining rooms and the place looks and feels old. The waitress was super nice and we were able to substitute toast for the pancakes. Everything was made perfectly and the waitress was on her toes and always had a smile on her face. The only grief was that it took me forever to get a table only because the Manager had to cash people out first. Then when I had to pay it was another long wait because of people paying. Not good. They should have two checkout registers.

Great food and cheap. IHOP is also good but much pricier. Service was polite and fast.

Just left Denny's talking about disappointed. Took my 3 kids and grandson. Everyone burgers and fries. The I son had steak. The waitress came back with our order. Then asked my son you had chicken fingers. No he had the steak she didn't put the order for the steak. Everybody had their food. When she did finally bring it to the table. It was not complete grew tired of sending it back. Go to pay the bill the young man did not ask how was our meal or service. Will not be going back there.

What I like to know is, how do you give free breakfast out for Veterans when it's not even Veterans day? Veteran day is Saturday November 11th, not Friday November 10th. What a shame.

Denny's can be a great place to get late night food sometimes, sometimes it's an irritating place to sit and get ignored, and other times the food is just awful. This was my first time coming to this specific location and I could tell from the moment I walked in that the employee's were working extra hard because they were understaffed and overwhelmed with people dining in. Usually I'm in bed by 11 but thanks to my girlfriend talking smack all day about not being able to stay up, I totally stayed up and for that she had to take me here. I want to clarify from the get-go that I think anyone who complains, throw's hissy fits, or acts like a complete prick to employees in situations like this are the actual scum of the earth. I've never worked in the restaurant industry but I get what being understaffed is like, the team did a fantastic job all around and I applaud them for that. Once we were seated our waitress did a great job at providing drinks (orange hi-c for those who must know), taking orders, and providing refills throughout the night (I really like orange hi-c). I ended up trying the new Bacon Gouda burger that came with bacon cheddar tots on the side (I think these were the actual reason I ordered the meal). When it comes to the food itself, it was kind of 50/50 for me. I really enjoyed the burger (way more then I thought I would) and may actually return to Denny's to see if the other burgers are as good as this one, however, the bacon cheddar tots did not live up to the hype for me and tasted kind of "blah". I don't know what it was about them but the flavours just didn't really pop out and it was just a big let down. Overall, I want to give kudos again to the staff working on Saturday night for handling a ton of customers with very minimal staff. The burger was fantastic and when it comes to the tots, not everything can always be as good as it looks in the picture. This is Denny's, you know what you are getting when you come here, either way, I enjoyed it.

Such a bad experience. Came with a group of friends later in the evening. We had the slowest most unattentive service ever. We waited for an hour before receiving our food. Never got waters while we waited for our food, asked several times for them. We were about to just give up and leave when the food finally did come... But u guessed it, still no drinks. We ordered milkshakes at the same time we ordered our food. They finally came with waters at the end of the meal. Just a bizarre experience and what was supposed to be a simple addition to the night ended up ruining the vibe. Will not return here for late night food.

It's Dennys. Cheap, greasy, food at a very inexpensive price. This location is pretty clean and the staff is kind of awesome. Always helpful and on top of stuff!

I've ordered two online delivery orders from Denny's two different times and each time I've had items missing from my order once it was delivered. However, the Denny's on Delaware says it's not their responsibility and there is nothing they can do for me related to my missing items.

Horrible service 1h:35 minute wait with only 3 small families in the restaurant

Another Grand Slam day. Today I tried the Super Slam two pancakes, two eggs, two sausage links, two rashers of bacon with hash browns. Typical Dennys fare nothing great but nothing was terrible. There was an option to upgrade the pancakes to pumpkin spice. It was an option I didn't try, the "run of the mill" pancakes were very good. Service was fine as it usually is but this is the location I go to for the last thirty years. However not that frequently and hardly ever for any meal besides breakfast. Familiar faces and food.

It's a Denny's you have been here billions of times my server was great young girl very attentive and personable. food is always what I expect nothing more nothing less some items however are pleasant surprise such as most portions and price. This locations has stood the test of time I'm forty years of age and remeber coming here as a kid and yet it is still clean and up to date!! OH AND BY THE WAY THEY HAVE $4 ALL YOU CAN EAT PANCAKES!!! Try the nachos enjoy !!

Woke up just craving either IHOP or Dennys and this was the closet one to me. I dined by myself because is good to eat alone sometimes. Walked in and it took a while before I got seated definitely appreciated the front desk girl seating me away from everyone else ( I needed the alone time) I ordered the basic breakfast slam with the bacon and sussage, along with orange juice and coffee for a pretty good price. My food came early, though the presentation was horrible. They didn't wipe the plate or anything, just sloppy. Non the less I was super hungry so I didn't care. I hated the bacon, is was too crunchy, all I tasted was grease and crunch and no bacon flavour (disappointed) and the pancakes at first tasted weird but later on I could taste the buttermilk (I think my order was rushed and it wasn't even busy). I certainly enjoyed the coffee, egg whites and sussage and the orange was pretty tasty. Overall it was a basic experience, nothing stood out. I won't be returning, I would rather go to a local restaurant for brunch being that I live smack in Elmwood village.

Haven't been in much and not this one in ages, covid and all. Place didn't seem busy, but service was slow. Staff was busy though. It must be a popular online takeout place, people popping in and grabbing bags a lot! I've heard the take out to home has tripped up eat in places and their dinning room service. Really sucks all around... Good was good tho.

Stopped in for breakfast food around 1120. We got seated immediately and our waitress Mallory was prompt in bringing our drinks which was nice and carbonated to perfection!! My boyfriend got the chicken fried steak which he cleaned his plate! I got the LumberJack slam which I've never had and holy bajeezus it's a lot of food!!! We added gravy and onions to our hashbrowns at my boyfriends request and they were soooo good!! The pancakes aren't the best and the maple syrup they serve is thick and kinda gross but it did its job. All in all it was a great meal with great company and Mallory was very chipper and friendly! Would come back again.

I use to love Dennys as a kid & so did my family & a teen,but when they started changing up things the food & service is terrible but we went today to see if it got better over time & it only got worse the waitresses acted like they didn't want to seat us they just kept walking past us & now I wish we just walked out but eventually we did get seated,but the drinks were good as I ordered a peach lemonade & my grandmother ordered a lemonade but when the food got here but it was a kinda long wait like usual but the food was a salad for my grandmother & the dressing looked like someone liquefied their poop & flavored it cause I never seen dark brown salad dressing but to move on,I ordered a bourbon bacon burger with fries & I told the waitress I didn't want tomatoes & mushrooms & pickles on it but I still received it with tomatoes & pickles on it but the tomato was in half & with one pickle as if they tried to hide it like they were slick or thought they were funny but I was annoyed but just took it off but my grandmother's stomach was upset with the salad that it was beyond nasty but Dennys menu is way smaller then I remember,looks like somewhere you'd just go for breakfast but I wouldn't even trust them with breakfast but Dennys was empty & barely any people inside & now I can see why but like always looking nice inside with great ambiance & lighting looking like a good diner but just a shadow of what Dennys use to be

the waitress was very slow the water was warm very slow on the there was no cheese in any of the mozzarella sticks the 50-50 bacon and sausage my bacon taste like cigarette smoke

This is probably one of the better Denny's I've been to. First time coming here, definitely won't be my last. Came in here at 2am, our waiter did take a couple minutes after sitting down to get drinks. I started off with a strawberry shake, one of the best I've ever had at a Denny's, tasted fresh. Our food came out about 10 minutes later. I ordered two (2) English Muffins, a side of Hash Browns and sausage. No complaints there. The only downfall to it was instead of being charged for the build your own grandslam, I was charged for everything ala carte, luckily I noticed and it was fixed. Also don't plan on using the bathrooms, all three of the toilets in the ladies room were clogged and dirty.

It's a real treat when a spur of the moment casual family dinner for a pair of 90-plus elders, two college-age voracious eaters, and three hard-working parents leaves each of us with a very pleasant dining experience. A very sweet, attentive waitress, who was well-versed in some new menu items, led 5 of us to try the bourbon chicken and vegetable skillet, which was excellent. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the array of fresh vegetables provided a delicious healthy option. The burger was nicely prepared on a very fresh soft seeded roll and served with a nice side serving of ranch fries . An over-flowing plate of breakfast foods was quite pleasing for another 20-something year old who couldn't finish all that was put in front of him. The sirloin steak (who knew Denny's offered steak in its menu?), was equally perfectly-prepared and accented with a bowl of creamy cheesy mac 'n cheese! Nice to have a serendipitous dining experience at our neighborhood Denny's, with plenty of leftovers to enjoy tomorrow!

I haven't been to Denny's in quite a while until I moved right around the corner from this location. I am super pleased with the food and the service. The service is fast and the waitress we had was super friendly. She mad sure that all of our needs were met. I ordered the all you can eat pancakes for $4 and some change and an orange juice. The pancakes were thick and fluffy and tasted delicious. Unfortunately I could only eat through one order because they were so big but still $4 is a great deal for just one order. My boyfriend and I also split an order of loaded tater tots and they were very yummy. I will definitely be frequenting this location.

Ordered 4 burgers and a milkshake and the two slamburgers had no burger patties and there was no milkshake...then the girl said we were lying because she packed them herself and that the manager wouldn't help us even if she did get them. I mean good on her for hanging up and not giving a f*ck bc it's literally just Denny's lol but it would have been cool to eat our food too.

This dennys is TERRIBLE! i waited an hour to be seated with 4 other people. We never got seated needless to say and every party that came in after us was seated promptly. After checking in to see if we would eventually be seated (several times) within that hour we were told they must have looked over us and we could be seated in 20 minutes...we went and got groceries and just made our own dennys. That was ridiculous and as a result i highly doubt ill be back here.

Not finer dining, but the servers are friendly, accommodating and efficient. One is never pressured to eat and run.

bad service DONT EAT HERE!!!! the floor was sticky and oily the manager will yell at you when your just simply tryna tell them what's wrong they took my order wrong twice they went to the back and started laughing when my order was wrong they took long to bring order out when the restaurant was empty the table was dirty .
