Denny's Gotokuji

Food was pretty good. Larger portions than usual. Easy to order via a tablet. Staff was okay. Place overall was good and comfortable. We waited for a while for a table during lunch peak hour.

While they do have some of the dishes you would expect from Dennys in America, they also have some wonderful Asian options too. The staff were very friendly, the place clean and the food worth the wait.

Well cooked eggs for breakfast makes it a great day. Right next to the Gotokuji station, it's an ideal breakfast spot. Automated ordering system, with English menus available. Free flow of drinks too.

The tonkatsu curry was surprisingly good! The restaurant is packed with children at lunch (which should be expected), but service was good and the food was inexpensive! I would recommend this place for a quick bite for people on a budget!

Denny’s was my favourite fast food chain in America. I was so happy they have Denny’s in Japan when I visited Japan many years ago and had to convinced my friends to go as they only wanted have Japanese food. However, they really enjoyed the meals at Denny’s after dinning there for lunch. I visited Gotokuji and saw a Denny’s store opposite the train station so I had to try it. As always, the meals were yummy especially their French toast. English menu were available on the iPad. Service was attentive but not intrusive and I was able to enjoy my breakfast slowly. The restaurant was very quiet.

7th Denny’s I’ve been to and the best location! Directly under the train! Steps away and easy to find! Big tables, good food and great service! Easily top 3 Denny’s!

a bit pricey compared with other family restaurant chain, but they have good kid menu.

Enjoyed the food here. Had a bit of time to burn after visiting Gotokuji Temple and this was a nice recharge spot.
