Dear Denny's Montebello Team, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your restaurant recently. I was served a tray of eggs, and to my surprise, I found food scraps on it, which is totally unacceptable. Additionally, I ordered crepes and they were delivered cold and without sauce, which completely affected the quality of the dish. I hope you take steps to improve the hygiene and quality of the food you serve, as this affects customer confidence in your establishment. I look forward to your response and hope you can ensure that situations like this do not occur again.

The service here was so good! Our server was attentive. Any it was busy too. I don't live anywhere near here and I'm probably going to go this Dennys from now on. The food tastes better here also.

I had an amazing experience at Denny’s thanks to one of their employees Frances — she was super enthusiastic, friendly, and just plain fun to talk to. From the moment I walked in, her warm energy and upbeat attitude immediately set the tone. My food arrived surprisingly quickly, hot and perfect, and the server was always checking in with a smile, genuinely interested in making sure everything was great. Her sense of humor made the meal even more enjoyable — I couldn’t help but laugh a few times, which really made the visit feel special. On top of that, they were incredibly nice and chatty, making small talk, which made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Great service like that definitely earns five stars!

Food, the most important element is "The Bomb". Very pleasantly surprised by the fresh menu, vibrant pictures n the prices. Wallet friendly. Very friendly staff, I should come more often.

My husband and I used to be regulars at this Denny's but stopped going because the service and food had really began to disappoint. We returned a few months back and have had great experiences thus far. Last night our server Frances was incredibly pleasant and funny. She made us laugh and was helpful throughout the our visit. The food was brought out quickly too, and although it wasn't a five star meal, we enjoyed it all the same! Definitely will be returning.

We came in around 12:30AM for a late night dinner. Food wasn’t the best. We got double cheeseburger with seasoned fries, the sampler and cheesecake. My fiance liked the burger. Frances was great, she was really sweet and had good energy (especially for someone working a graveyard shift).

Came here for dinner with my family. All was well until it came to my food. I had ordered the "prime rib cobb salad" no avocado as I'm highly allergic. They brought out a "grilled chicken cobb salad", waiter apologized and said he would have them change the protein. When he came back he handed me a bowl of iceberg lettuce a handful of cherry tomatoes, cheese and 5 bits of prime rib. The original cobb salad comes with potato sticks, hard boiled eggs and bacon as well. I told the waiter to please return it. While my entire family of 6 ate I sat there waiting for them to make it right. No manager approached us. So disappointed. Picture of prime cobb salad that was served to me provided.

I recently visited a newly remodeled Denny's, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The ambiance was fresh and inviting, thanks to the thoughtful and modern decor. The cleanliness of the entire establishment, including the restrooms, was notable and added to the overall positive experience. The service was exceptional--our waiter was polite, attentive, and prompt. He handled our table with care and was especially patient with the kids, which made our meal even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was prepared to perfection. Every dish was well-seasoned and delicious, reflecting the attention to detail in the kitchen. This Denny's location has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for both the quality of the food and the excellent service.

This Denny's location is my family's "go-to" for breakfast, since we moved to Montebello in 1977. The food and service are good.

It glows! The lighting the chandeliers- lights is beautiful. I like the vibe in your location! The place is thumping at midnight- crowd after crowd-! Its amazing! We were their Saturday -! Today we had the Berry Waffles Slam. Today's service was amazing our server Jerónimo was the best! He was very attentive very professional top of the line customer service skills! The place as usual was busy you you guys know you can't go wrong with some breakfast from Denny's :) Thank Jerónimo for your excellent service!

I don't eat out too often. Everytime I do, I feel really disappointed whether it be the food, the service or the restaurant. Who knew that a Denny's restaurant would demonstrate excellence in all three. First off the place had a recent face-lift inside. Very nice. The food was well prepared and very good. The best was the service. Jeronimo was our friendly server. He is a great greeter, super personable, professional, and just an all around what you want in a server and Denny's representative. Treat him well Denny's, with that personality and drive he can only bring you more customers. Hopefully, he can train all the newbies. He is a wonderful example of what customer service is supposed to be. Most employees act like they don't want to be there and they don't want you to be there. Jeronimo treats you like you matter. Had a wonderful experience as always and with server Emilia R you know it's gonna be a good day. Aside from making you feel number one, she is so amazing. She makes sure your food arrives exactly how you ordered and never waits for you to ask for refills as she's already there toping off your coffee. Thanks for a great breakfast experience

My kids and I wanted some lunch and decided to drive to the Denny's in Montebello, the LA locations are horrible. The restaurant is very clean, and our waitresses was very attentive to our table. I kept it simple with a Jalapeño burger and fries, my son got a bacon burger, and my daughter at some chicken tenders. Overall I was pleasantly surprised, the food and service was amazing.

We had breakfast here at this Dennys a few weeks ago. I always go for the Grand Slam with Pancakes, Bacon, Ham. Hashbrowns, and Orange juice. Good service and peaceful spot to have a quick bite. Always a pleasure.

Had a great experience at this location. Juliana was fast and friendly. Delivered our food with a smile and the food was decent too!!

Only came for dessert. Got the apple crumble and it was delicious and affordable. Would definitely come back for this dish. Also ordered the chocolate cake bites (sorry forgot the photo) and these were veryyy good with the powdered sugar frosting. The server was nice and came to our table asking how we were doing multiple times.

After a fantastic Dodger victory last night, we were thrilled to grab a late-night meal at Dennys in Montebello off Wilcox-Via Campo before our hour ride home which was conveniently located off the 60 Freeway. I just have to gush about the incredible service we received at midnight. Our server, Mariah, was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, taking care of us with a smile throughout our entire meal. Mariah was so accommodating and friendly, it truly made our night. Not only was she great at her job, but she also radiated youthfulness and beauty, all while keeping a positive attitude during those late hours. When it came time to pay, I knew Mariah deserved more than just a 20% tip. I made sure to show my appreciation for her exceptional work ethic. In our chat, I discovered that at just 19 years old, Mariah is a dedicated mother to a four-year-old daughter. Her humility and strong work ethic are truly inspiring for someone her age. Denny's, you've got a star employee in Mariah! It's so important to recognize, validate, and celebrate her hard work. Mariah is the reason I'll be coming back to Montebello store #0449 for late-night eats. If you ever find yourself in the area at midnight, do yourself a favor and ask for Mariah. You'll be treated to top-notch service from this diligent, youthful, and humble server.

First time visiting this Denny's location. We felt very seen, and service was great! Employees are quick to help you, and the ambience is very family-oriented. Jeronimo was a great server, he was very quick to fill up Grandma's coffee, which she appreciated greatly! Shoutout to bilingual speakers! (Spanish & English) 10/10 brunch.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to this Denny's. Server was great and it's nice that they bring a small carafe of coffee so refills are quick. We came here on our daily walk and their menu changed so they have quite a few value priced meals under $10 that were portioned just right for breakfast. It's a typical Denny's Coffee Shop decor - clean and coordinated. If they keep their value menu, I'll be back.

Went to Denny's this morning was seated right away every time we come to this Denny's. The service is always awesome. The food is delicious, and all the servers are awesome Today, our server was Emilia. Our breakfast was served in a timely manner, and Emilia kept asking if we needed anything. What I really liked was the minute somebody finished eating the table was cleaned up and no one was really waiting. That's how fast they were. I was really impressed with how clean everything was and how fast they were. I will continue to come to this Denny's very good place for breakfast and I'm sure lunch and dinner. We came in with a large group and were seated very quickly. Oly was our server and she did a great job attending to our large party. Food was great and came out quickly :)

I picked breakfast up for family that was visiting from out of town. It was the closest place. I only had been to Denny's a handful of times. I used to love Denny's. However, I had only been there after a night of heavy drinking and debauchery. Perhaps they were deceiving memories. I remember the environment was always quiet, since we used to show up around 3am when nobody but the hooligans were out. I ordered to-go. A pretty generic breakfast for everyone since they are all extremely picky. When I got home and we opened our orders, they were the saddest meals ever. Poorly put together. It looked like the kinda breakfast I got at school when I was a kiddo. Huge disappointment. I felt a bit embarrassed at having shown up to see family with that. I think it would have been better had I just shown up empty handed. They picked at their food, but we were all clearly disappointed. I'll try to hang on to my trashy-day memories while making new memories at better establishments.

Jeramimo was amazing! Awesome service. Brought out food quickly. Best of all his service. Refreshing to see a waiter have an energetic personality when attending to guests. Will come back and asked to be seated in his area. Loved his can do attitude. Its all about how you treat your guests and customer service.

The food was delicious. Wonderful customer service. Our waiter Armando was very accommodating and personable. It was nice to be greeted upon arrival at the time of departure. I was surprisingly impressed by the ambiance.

Been coming to this Dennys for a few years now! We always get a good service! Sometimes the wait times are a little long but it's understandable when you see people waiting outside for a table. We tend to get the same breakfast plate every time ! My favorite is the berry vanilla crepe breakfast. The coffee is good and always hot but if not, I ask them for a fresh pot. Their banana strawberry smoothie is really good, sometimes I crave it and come just for that! I haven't had any bad experience with the servers. Our most recent server, Jerónimo was very friendly, nice, and communicative! I will continue to come here for some late breakfast! :)

I haven't been to Denny's in years came by after a long work weekend I wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast. Food was amazing. We had steak breakfast and strawberry French toast our server Jeronimo Was extremely attentive, helpful with ordering, made sure I had all the condiments I asked for checked up on us regularly. We will definitely be coming back and request him as our server. It's nice to see a young man enjoy his job in the service industry and take pride in his work!

My daughter and I went to have breakfast. Our server was the one who seated us. He introduced himself and let us know we'd be sitting in his area. His name is Jerónimo. He was friendly right off the bat. I really appreciated the way we were greeted us and the way he went out of his way to make sure the customers sitting at his tables were well taken care of. That really made my dining experience so much better. Although that location is very busy and quite noisy, the service I received from Jerónimo made up for it. You have a great employee on your team!!

We've been to this dennys for years. It's pretty much our designated dennys. It has never been a bad time here. Delia helped us out today and she gave us great service! Food was great and actually came out within 5 minutes of placing our order.
