Best first time at a new dentist. I did a bit of research before changing to a new dentist and settled on Dental Pearls after reading their reviews. So glad I did! I’m someone who is nervous about going to the dentist and I felt comfortable straight away. The service was excellent. Everything was clearly explained and there were regular checks on comfort, understanding and consent. Will definitely be back.

All the staff, including Isabel and Dr. Chris, are incredibly professional and attentive. From the moment you walk in, you can really feel that they care about your comfort and satisfaction. They always take the time to listen to what you want and are more than willing to adjust things according to your preferences. Whether it's the shape, size, or overall look of your teeth, they genuinely make sure it’s exactly how you like it. Their attention to detail and commitment to making you feel confident with your smile is truly impressive

Staff are professionals with a deep understanding of my situation. They are patient in explaining the options and do not exert pressure for a fast outcome. I am happy to drive to Brisbane City in a cab from the Petrie area so that I can access this dental practice.

Dr Jennifer Wang and the team are absolutely fantastic. I can highly recommend this practice. Whether you are having Invisalign treatment, general checkups or fillings, the team will do a fantastic job!

I’ve been coming to Dental Pearl for 4 years, and the service is always excellent. Isabelle at reception is friendly, and the staff speaks Korean, Chinese, and English, which is great. Dr. Chris was thorough and detailed in my check-up today. They also accept private health funds. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a client of Dental Pearls for many years with the current and previous owners of the practice. I was pleased that the current owners continued the practice’s friendly and professional service. I had a new crown fitted last year and suffered a little post procedure pain. I was very impressed with the diligence with which my situation was investigated and dealt with to a successful conclusion. Very happy to recommend the team at Dental Pearls.

Dr. Huang is very professional. During my filling procedure, he took great care to protect my dental nerve, for which I am very grateful👍🙏. The receptionist, Isabel, was also very friendly and patiently answered all my questions regarding health insurance. And I especially want to thank Dr. Angela for cleaning my teeth, carefully explaining the condition of each cavity, and teaching me the correct way to use dental floss. Highly recommended!

Everything was explained to me. I was frequently asked if I was ok during treatment. Options were provided and explained, without pushing me to a decision. Cost was also well explained, including what was covered under my health insurance. Overall, an excellent, compassionate approach and service, including from the reception person, Isobelle.

This is a long overdue but finally I have got some time to write this review. Just been to this dental clinic in corner of Elizabeth St for the 2nd time and I could now say this is best ever customer service I have received in any dental clinic in Australia. I work in Brisbane CBD and never tried any dentist in city. Dr. Karuna was amazing and provided me a very clear, precise diagnosis and gave me options to go ahead with my dental problem. She set the expectations correctly which is very rare with any preferred providers nowadays as I work in customer care too. All staff, especially Pascale were spot on and punctual with your appointment so you are not out of office for long. If you want professional, fair dinkum dentist with excellent support staff who provides real exceptional care, I would recommend you to give her a try. SMILES :D
