Dr Chris Huang is a reliable dentist whom I highly recommend, and I have high trust in him. He is very patient and detail-oriented. He will spend the time to listen to your concerns, ask questions about myself and my habits regarding dental care, rule out the causes and explain things in a way that's easy to understand. He always offers professional advice on a situation and will not advocate for any unnecessary services. Whenever I have any concerns about my teeth, I will go to Chris Huang. The appointment system on the website is easy to use as well. Price is reasonable.

Jennifer was very patient and understanding with me. She knows I am not a fan of the dentist however I do go regularly. Jennifer thoroughly explained everything she was doing as I find this helps me with the process. Cannot recommend Jennifer enough . Very caring practice.

Dental nurse and receptionist are extremely lovely and friendly. Dr Wang is a brilliant dentist however she lacked bedside manners. Upon introduction , she commented on my outfit as " interesting work outfit". This is my first time meeting her and we have not established any rapport where she is close enough to me on a personal level to comment on my outfit like a friend or colleague. This comment also reflect the extreme judgement she had on her patients and her patients personal life. In terms of work outfit, someone working from home or someone working in the sports and fitness industry would have different work outfits from someone working in the office. Failure to understand this concept indicates a lack of effort to recognise that patients come from all walks of life. In addition, when discussing my diagnosis, I personally felt like I was being quizzed on my diagnosis like an dental intern instead of a dental patient. My purpose of going to a health care provider is to receive care and seek information on my condition.

Dr Jennifer is excellent - without Dr Jennifer’s focus, specific advice including being insistent on not delaying treatment I would have lost a couple of teeth. What I also appreciate and like is the no nonsense actions that Dr Jennifer wants you to implement to help yourself. For me, it’s been how it’s explained and the care that makes practical and easy to implement.

Best first time at a new dentist. I did a bit of research before changing to a new dentist and settled on Dental Pearls after reading their reviews. So glad I did! I’m someone who is nervous about going to the dentist and I felt comfortable straight away. The service was excellent. Everything was clearly explained and there were regular checks on comfort, understanding and consent. Will definitely be back.

Staff are professionals with a deep understanding of my situation. They are patient in explaining the options and do not exert pressure for a fast outcome. I am happy to drive to Brisbane City in a cab from the Petrie area so that I can access this dental practice.

This is a long overdue but finally I have got some time to write this review. Just been to this dental clinic in corner of Elizabeth St for the 2nd time and I could now say this is best ever customer service I have received in any dental clinic in Australia. I work in Brisbane CBD and never tried any dentist in city. Dr. Karuna was amazing and provided me a very clear, precise diagnosis and gave me options to go ahead with my dental problem. She set the expectations correctly which is very rare with any preferred providers nowadays as I work in customer care too. All staff, especially Pascale were spot on and punctual with your appointment so you are not out of office for long. If you want professional, fair dinkum dentist with excellent support staff who provides real exceptional care, I would recommend you to give her a try. SMILES :D
