Very bad service. I went on Saturday, March 8th with an appointment at 4:40 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience. I went for an extraction of a lower middle tooth, a young lady doctor, totally unprepared for these things, said that there was no need for extraction, even though the tooth was moving very much left, right and front to back and she put a piece of wire tied to the tooth on the left and right and said it was fine and I paid 216.05 euros for 5 minutes. I have the invoice. I left the office, and after 20 km when I got to a car wash to wash my car the same situation. Great pain and the tooth was half broken in all parts again. I went back there to the clinic, 20 km and explained the situation. That young lady doctor for 25 years said that my laceration was not good, she extracted that tooth. But BEWARE. Live. I think she was upset about the wire failure an hour before. She gave me an anesthetic injection and in the next 10 seconds she pulled my tooth out alive. I jumped up in pain and she simply said sorry. Then she put a simple swab without any disinfectant on it, there was a lot of blood flowing and I left asking that doctor another 57 euros plus for her incompetence. Shame. A tooth extraction costs 300 euros??? And after a week my gum is swollen and hurts a lot.

Had a very helpful assistant in reception ( i think her name is Klara but not sure!) she was very nice in explaining about the insurance and hospital system. Efficient xray and checkup. Many thanks for your help all staff.

Phoned at 10am, appointment at 5pm, broken tooth fixed by 5.30pm for a very reasonable price, comparable to nhs charges in uk. Superb service - helpful and friendly, and all done in English. Thank you.

The worst experience ever! I went there with 2 teeth facings to attach them again. I paid 90€ for literally 2 mins of exam, and what they did??? They places two tiny drops of glue in each tooth. After 3 mins, I left the building and before I leave the block both of the facings were unstuck from my real teeth.. I went inside and told them to return me, my money as the provided service / treatment was so bad and they told they could fix it. They “fixed it” and the next morning I woke up and one tooth was missing!!! I had swallowed it at my sleep!!!!!! I didn’t even had the tooth anymore to go somewhere else!! I called them to complain and what they could offer was 30€ for the tooth I swallowed 🫨🫨 and eventually they didn’t even return this amount of money!!!! The worst emergency service ever!! Don’t go there! Go to your local dentist even if it is more expensive than them!!

One of the worst experience of my life!!! I went there with a very bad tooth pain and the doctor told me I had to do a root canal. I came home to think about it since it is a hard procedure, and he charged me 150 euros for 2 x rays. I was really in pain and it was getting worst and worst, so I went back there and they did the first step of a root canal (normally costs 100 euros, they charged me 450 euros). After 3 days, the pain was still there, they did not kill the nerve correctly. The pain was getting worst and worst so I went there again since they had treated me and I thought it would be better to not change doctors. They looked at my teeth, prescribed me antibiotics and did 1 scan, and still charged me 70 euros more. Do not go here! They charge you 5 times more than in regular places and they are the most unprofessional! Now, it has been 2 weeks, I went to another doctor that fixed it and I feel much better.

Terrible clinic, the doctor was unfriendly, poor service and just a horrible experience. They take advantage of people in pain and in desperate situations and charge you more than they should because of this.
