Denver Exotic Rental Cars

This company saved my trip to Denver from being a disaster. Back in March 2025 I rented two cars from Oxotic Cars. They are also located in Golden, Oxotic went out of business in May. They failed to inform me of this. I had flown to Denver to drive an exotic car for my 60th birthday. My brother in law had flown in from CA to join me. I learned at 4PM the day before my reservation that Exotic had gone out of business. I called Denver Exotic Cars and spoke with Shelby. I thought maybe they had merged with Oxotic. They had not. But, Shelby heard my story and arranged for us to rent a car the next day with Denver exotic. Wonderful experience. Beautiful cars and the service from Shelby was wonderful. I rented the McLaren and my brother in law rented the Lamborghini. We were able to switch cars about halfway through the drive. I highly recommend this experience.

An amazing experience! I surprised my husband with a McLaren rental to drive at the end of our wedding, it was a bucket list experience for him and he was so thrilled! The people were so helpful in making recommendations and accommodating my surprise on short notice, and after our ride ended they even drove my husband back and forth to another hotel for my keys that we forgot in the heat of the moment. Such a terrific experience, couldn't recommend this enough!

To be clear - a relative (not my brother) did work here which is why I thought going to them for a client event would be smooth. This is NOT a fake review. It is rather unreal - in the absolute.worst.way. As a corporate event planner - my Coordinator reached out. Upon contacting this company - it took several unanswered emails and phone calls, plus the online form, to get through. We wanted and agreed to hire a car for an event. We provided a credit card number, arranged an in person meeting to literally walk through the details and we were told all was well 5-days ahead of the event. 30-minutes ahead of our expected rental - we were called and told… the rental we had been in discussion worth for weeks would not be where it was supposed to be, when it was supposed to be. Even 24-hours notice would’ve been respectful, but the two employees we dealt with didn’t have the decency. I would never - never ever ever - rely on this company again. They’ll let you down.

Excellent experience. Really enjoyed renting the McLaren 12C. Car ran really well and the pick up and drop off were seamless. I was in town for vacation and there really wasn’t any option better than this for sure. Highly recommended.

Jason and Eric provide a top level experience, that one would expect from renting an exotic car. They’re attention to detail and customer service are unrivaled. There are other businesses that offer a similar product, but not similar experience. Had the opportunity to drive the Maserati and the C8 Corvette, both were great machines on their own. The condition on both were top notch (C8 is brand new), as was the performance of both machines. An unforgettable experience, that these gentlemen have been able to provide for the masses. Denver Exotic Rental Cars helped my wedding day become one to remember. We rented the McLaren 720s and it was brought to our venue and picked up there, hassle free. It was a beautiful addition to our wedding! Communication was key and I was kept in the loop as to which cars would be available as time grew near for the rental day. We just had an amazing experience here! My rented me their McLaren 570s for my 40th birthday and the car was a blast to drive. The staff was awesome too! Everybody was super friendly. The whole process was very easy and pricing is very reasonable too. I highly recommend them and we plan to come back again in the near future!

My expectations were greatly exceeded. Rented the McLaren MP4 for a day. It felt brand new. Performance was amazing and handling in the windy mountain roads a dream. I really appreciated how well the car was maintained and the thorough walk-through I got before heading out. I've rented a number of exotic cars over the years from other companies and this was certainly the best experience overall... by far.

I FINALLY found a place in Denver to continue exotic rentals. The owners were straightforward, easy to contact/get on the phone with, etc. No hidden fees or nonsense. Smooth process, rental agreement was common sense. The McLaren 720s Spider was in immaculate condition and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the experience. Exactly as advertised. They did a good job explaining the controls and quirks/features of the car pre-rental. Looking forward to working together in the future.

Buyer beware - business owner will try and scare you into paying a fee post-return by claiming car data had more than 1 driver in the seat of the car or exceeded speed limit. Absurd - and does not take criticism well - will likely respond that any negative review is fake - pricing at Drives at Mile High exotics much better pricing and with quality ownership.

They cost more than they say they do, and don't answer their phone when you want to change your reservation. You have to pretend to be booking some thing to get them to answer the phone.

Beautiful collection of cars, very well maintained and clean. Good location just outside of Denver. I was able to set up an appointment quickly and easily.

We had an amazing experience at Denver Exotic Rental Cars! I surprised my husband and rented the Mclaren for the day and they had a Wednesday 24 hour special which worked out perfect! I picked up the car by myself and the owner helped me feel very comfortable and walked me through the whole car to ensure I knew how to work everything and check for any scratches or damage prior to me taking it! He was very detailed and answered any questions! I will say the only bummer was the 100 mile limit even for 24 hours, you are able to pay extra per mile you go over but it adds up very quickly. Like $4.50 per mile quick. Nonetheless is was a wonderful experience and hopefully we will get to do this again!

Rented the Maserati was a sweet ride. Our ride was smooth, sporty and a real treat around town. Definitely will be back for another car soon

Thanks to Denver Exotic Rental I had one of the best days of my life I got to drive around my dream car all day for a great price. The service was amazing when I picked up the car. I was super impressed with how clean the cars were from the interior to the exterior.

My family rented a Lamborghini Huracan for my birthday, and it was the best experience ever! The staff was extremely kind and helpful with teaching us all the controls and how to drive the car, and the car itself was in perfect condition! All of it was at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend and we will definitely return! Thank you!
