We needed a runner installed on our stairs and stopped in the store on a Saturday. Peter was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us make pick out a carpet and was able to save us money by using remaining carpet they had left over from another job. We were able to schedule the installation for the following Monday. The guys were very friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend DePass Carpet & Floor.

Moreso, their customer service is so excellent I would give them six stars if I could. The manager Peter is honest, helpful and their pricing is the best. Their installers are also great!

Peter, in East Hanover, helped us select our new carpet for our bedroom and working with him was such a pleasure. He was so knowledgeable regarding all of the carpet choices and helpful delivering and picking up the samples we selected so that we could see them in our apartment. Arranging for delivery was done smoothly and easily for us. Moomjy's carpets are extremely well priced and their selection is huge. Raul and Alberto arrived to install the carpet and they were fantastic! They explained how they thought it should be done, were neat and so professional. It was a joy to have them! We used them to install a carpet runner on our hardwood floors. Very easy to work with and priced well. From walk in to install all done within 10 days. Scheduling was very easy and the installer was very professional and left no mess.

Stupid hours, this place closes at 5 every day, how do they expect people with jobs to shop here?

Purchased a hand-knotted wool rug that wasn't even the complete same rug. Two rugs were combined together, hence why the price was so low. Took me some time to even realize that's what was wrong with the rug. Called several times to complain and request my money back. The owner told me he would show me other rugs like that. Still waiting!!! Never ever called me back. And still stuck with this disaster of a rug.
