I just moved in aug 12 and I have had rent payment difficulties for both months . They are charging me 100$ a month late fees butI have paid each month what was quoted . There are many maintenance items that have not been addressed . there were no drawers in the kitchen and an unprotected side entry
thatis completely open to the street . My bathroom door does not close and the front door is also not hung correctly . This has caused a high electric bill - 3 times what my former was in the same sq feet . My washer/dryer is not performing correctly. I would notrent here in the future.
