Food was excellent. Me and my wife enjoyed the four-course meal and the excellent service. Just be aware that you have to go with a good appetite as portions for the main course could end up being a bit too big (not complaining). The atmosphere at the end was a bit loud as tables are too close to each other, but nothing annoying.

Google
Nice restaurant serving four course menus only. Still there is some choice for each course. Food was really good, except of the boring dessert. Aperitif and wine was good too, espresso at best mediocre. Service was ok considering it was really crowded. All in all a good location for a relaxed dinner with a little bit of an upscale vibe. We particularly liked the offer of classic dishes with good quality ingredients. Wine menu was also nice. Prices are fair.

Google
Great food and the service was very patient with us as we tried to get our baby to sleep. We loved that they had vegetarian options for each course. Price is very reasonable. We will be back on our next visit to Berlin.

18.02.25. a bit empty in terms of decoration, no music (or vibe) the menu on the webiste is 28 euro although in real life it is 38. the staff was friendly and did not charge for dessert as we were not hungry. great french staple dishes and fast food service.

Think of what used to be everyday great French fare. No frills. And so good. Service lovely. Food that I have been yearning for, for so long. I hope and fear a pack of butter per sauce. But what sauces. To die for. Also the best potato gratin I ever had. We will be back.

Booked a night for the "All you can eat, mussels!" Was a great idea. Restaurant is very Berlin. Service was outstanding and food was great. Will return soon. Thanks to staff. :-)

Google
Great food with attention to culinary detail. Prices are incredibly reasonable. Service is above average for Berlin. Wine selection is limited, but also here excellent quality and value for money. Definitely get a reservation. Ask for the room in the back if you are a smaller party, it's quieter and you'll have a view of the kitchen.

Yelp
Awesome place! We spontaneously went here after strolling around for some time. 4 course dinner for 21 Euro. Endive with Gryere, Spargelsalat, beautiful main boeuf bourgignon and lemon tarte. Very friendly service! Superb wine recommendation. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!

Yelp
Tourists be aware! DO NOT PAY CASH. We had an absolutely great meal here, but how they handled the check was absolutely rude, awkward and pissed me off enormously. We had to pay 64 euros. I put down 70 and the waiter took the money, very awkwardly said something along the lines of "enjoy the rest of your stay in Berlin", walked away with even offering us change or coming back with the change. I'm well aware you tip in restaurants, but just grabbing it like you deserve it, how incredibly rude and pretentious. I have never seen this happening anywhere in the world.

Yelp
Reminds you of a supper club. The dining room is small and several features make you feel like your in someone's home. You may share a table with other guests; you serve yourself soup; the salad comes in large bowl for the table. It's not fine dining and doesn't pretend to be but has a 3 course fixed menu and good, home-cooked tasting dishes. The appetizers - a red pepper tart or winter squash soup - were just ok. I thoroughly enjoyed the trout. It was hearty for a fish dish with mushrooms, Bok choy and roasted potatoes. I thought the potatoes were over-salted though. Others had the boeuf bourgingnon and the coq au vin, which were good but not impressive. The salad was very nice red currents as was the dessert - strawberry sambayone. The service is good but in the same vein as the rest of the review - Berliner, eccentric.

Yelp

Yelp
The service was slow, the staff unpleasant, the starter was a choice of either a chocolate bar sized slice of flamenkuchen or self-service soup, the salad was tiny and warm, a bottle of water was E4.80 and tap water was refused despite other drinks being bought. The main was acceptable but the wait was far too long.

Yelp
We've been coming here since we first arrived in Berlin. It's in our neighbourhood and has a simple classic weekly menu but we've only ever been there for the Moules Frites nights. It's a 3 course set menu of a simple salad with homemade herb or fruit infused vinegars and oils to dress, all you can eat (yes!! You read right, ALL YOU CAN EAT!!) moules marinière, followed by some sort of cake for dessert. All for the the awesome price This is a seasonal thing obviously and each year we watch out for it eagerly and book our table. Definitely book in advance on those nights and starve yourself all day in preparation for feasting times. We have managed 2 and a half bowls of mussels last time we went and ended up doggie bagging the dessert as we were too stuffed to eat it! I love the way everything is served rustic family style, like you're eating at a friends house or something. The staff here have always been super friendly and very helpful with wine choices. Every time we've been back it has not disappointed. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

Yelp
Very delicious fixed course menu. The pumpkin soup was excellent as well as the ravioli!
