You have better choices.
I booked a Superior Double Room for €236 per night, but they assigned me Room 56, which was incredibly small.
The "Eiffel Tower view" was only visible if you leaned out the window.
To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service for two out of our three nights, remaining broken right up until check-out.
Good luck.

Service was excellent. Staff very helpful. The rooms were small and cosy but bed was very comfy and the view of Eiffel Tower from our room was breathtaking. The location was fantastic walk to everything, but I recommend taking hop on hop off buses to get around. Definitely will be back

I stayed here for three nights. The location was ideal for travelling around the city with a bus directly outside the door and metro just a couple minutes walk away.
The rooms were lovely and were cleaned every day whilst we were out. I have to say a special thanks to Roy and the reception staff who were extremely accommodating. Roy realised it was our first time in Paris and upgraded our room to a front facing fourth floor room with a view of the Eiffel Tower at no additional cost. Another colleague lent us his personal umbrella when it was raining.
The only thing I will say is that the walls are a little bit thin so you can hear some noises from time to time. However, if your plan is to be out and about for the day sightseeing, this isn’t a problem as the hotel is peaceful and comfortable at night.

The hotel was very nice! Clean and well maintained, good breakfast. Nice view of the tower. My only complaint would be the size of the room and the elevator, we were under the impression we would be given 2 beds but we only got one, but it's ok. but that was not the staffs fault. Gave me a reason to take the stairs also with the elevator. I needed to excersize. Great hotel. Would stay again!

Great location, 10 mins from the Eiffel Tower and 2 mins from a Metro stop which makes getting across Paris really easy. Also, there are plenty of good restaurants walking distance from the hotel, I recommend the D'CHEZ EUX. The rooms are fairly basic, the bathroom had been recently redone and the shower was excellent. If you are spending time in your room to complain about it then you are not enjoying Paris enough.

Beautiful location and very friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned once a day with fresh towels and sheets. There is an optional continental breakfast as well for 14 euros. The room itself had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. One thing I would say was that the drain in our room was constantly clogged which was a bit inconvenient when showering. Apart from that I would definitely recommend staying here especially as the location is close by to everything.

Great location! |The hotel had everything you needed. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and modern. |We had a lovely quiet room and it was cosy and warm. |There was lots of things to choose from for breakfast, but they could do with replenishing items quicker. |The hotel is only a few minutes from a metro station and a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of places to eat near by and lots of small supermarkets. |I would definitely stay here again.
