Desa Inn Hotel Kuala Pilah

Had a one night stay in this hotel under a volunteer program with a group of seniors. Overall the stay was ok but the hotel is abit old school. Windows/Balcony was very small and the water pressure from shower was also very small. Abit run down but ok for a short stay only.

i held a dinner there once & the services were really good. It was easy to communicate with them from the start since they answer all our inquiries & requests. The foods they served on that night were really delicious!!! Even the staffs were really friendly. Really recommend this hotel to handle a small gathering & so on since their hall could only fit 50 pax. Overall we were all satisfied with the hotel.

Location was central in a small town, with several restaurants within walking distance, though not much to do at night. Room was sufficient, though hotel is in dire need of upgrading. Old facilities and furniture, looks very run down. Staff were generally OK and responded to the WhatsApp requests, although the night shift man was very unprofessional and unhelpful - slept on the sofa in front of the check in counter, had to be waken up just to ask him for some directions. Generally OK for a 1 or 2 night stay when in the area, just for sleeping.

Desa Inn is a basic hotel in a small town that offers a comfortable stay for the night for a very reasonable price. Though dated, the rooms are clean and ac is well maintained. I think the only complaint I would hv is noisy guests who unfortunately do not understand the etiquette of small inns and tend to be noisy in the hallway, slamming doors and such. Location wise it is perfect. Right in town. Everything from convenience stores to pharmacies and food is just a short walk away.

One of the best hotels in Kuala Pilah. Beautiful scenery and highly recommended to any visitor visiting Kuala Pilah needs to stay overnight. Excellent five star services provided by the hotel. Food serve by the restaurant are of good quality and delicious at a very reasonable price.

Kuala Pilah is not really a big town and as such, I did not place high expectation when the booking for this hotel was made. All I was thinking of was just to find an accommodation to rest for the night.||||However, I was pleasantly surprised when I checked into the hotel. For one, I found that the price for a family room which consists of a double and single bed was way below what I normally pay at other hotels.||||The second surprise came when I walked into the room. The room was indeed spacious for its price. Even the beds were comfortable. A comfortable bed together with a quiet surrounding really made me fell asleep with ease.||||One thing that I like most about the hotel is its location. Smacked right in the centre of town, its location is definitely its main plus point.||||Furthermore, ample signages along the main roads pointing to the direction of the hotel will make it easier for anyone looking for the hotel. This was proven as I managed to locate the hotel without any hassle even though that was my first visit to Kuala Pilah.||||I certainly have no complains about this hotel. And I doubt if others will.

It's clean and what do you expect in a small town like this? We are here for a rugby weekend, brought my whole family here. I'm pleased as it is kept clean. It's very cost efficient, and we are not here to stay in the hotel room. Just hope in future they can have a vinyl flooring as safety feature for toddlers and babies 👌And a refrigerator 😊

Location was good, walking distance to the supermarket, food stall and on weekends you can enjoy open concept food stalls with baskers singing your favourite songs. The room was clean but it was not sound proof so you could hear sounds of vehicles, bit rundown but otherwise its ok
