⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My girlfriend and I had an absolutely lovely stay at The Jewel Prague for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special – Roman greeted us with a warm welcome and a glass of champagne, and he even went out of his way to arrange an early check-in for us. The hotel room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and came with great amenities that made our stay all the more comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight – everything was delicious, and we especially loved the freshly squeezed juices. The attention to detail and the exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Staying at this hotel wasn’t just a stay—it truly felt like home 🏡❤️. Everything was super comfy, and the warm atmosphere made all the difference. The staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and answer any questions I had 😊. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me so warmly that I immediately felt welcomed. The room was very tiny, but it had everything I needed and was always spotless, thanks to the hardworking cleaning team 🧼✨. And the best part? The cookies they left every day! 🍪🥰 Such a small touch, but they became the highlight of my stay. The entire team, from reception to the kitchen, was simply amazing. Huge thanks to all of them—sending my hugs their way! 🤗💕 I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay.

I absolutely love this place. Their breakfast is amazing, and their customer service is on point. The rooms are very clean and efficient. Everything is reasonably priced. Small warning for anyone who would require a lift/elevator : there is not one for humans, only for luggage. However, if that is not something you require, I recommend staying here if you are ever in Prague!

Lovely Hotel, highly recommended. They take care of each detail, the room itself is so cute and cozy, each space of it was thinking to be useful and its design is so "coqueto" I loved the bed, there is nothing as comforting as a good rest, the breakfast at the restaurant is for far the best, any option on the menu is delicious and the staff at the reception make me feel welcomed, my short staying was as comfortable as possible, also thanks to Roman he makes the difference with his attentions. The location of the hotel was perfect, the major attractions are around but still quiet and peaceful enough for good night's sleep. It's a hidden gem, and I will certainly be back.

I will strongly recommand this hotel to everyone who wants an incredible hotel in the center of Prague. We have to say more when places like that exist. The staff is super-welcoming, as a matter there is an incredible coffe link to the hotel where the staff is super nice, also the hotel staff are very kind and would happily help through your journey to this beautiful city that Prague is. I was in the Opal room, every room is different and linked to one beautiful jewelery, this room was very pretty, super clean, the bathroom was gorgeous but most important the bed was super confortable. Thank you so much to the hotel staff, thanks to you I had an incredible weekend in Prague. Hope to see you soon.

Cute small hotel in a great location and attached to the Venue Coffee shop. No elevator so be prepared to get in some extra cardio while you are here. The reception area was staffed by awesome and helpful staff. The room was unique with a very comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

Yelp
I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you're checking yelp because you're on the verge, just do it- book here and you won't regret it. The location is perfect- easy walk to old town. The gentleman at the front desk is truly gracious, patient and genuinely kind. He recommended many great things, noticed when I missed breakfast one morning, lamented that we didn't tell him we were checking out so early in the morning because he didn't have time to prepare our breakfast, and was worried we were being overcharged for our ride to the airport. The room and hotel is stunning. And clean! The complimentary amenities are great and the little dessert and personalization is just so sweet. And if you go in the summer- the AC works great. I know for a fact that if we return to Prague, we will stay here again. I truly didn't want to leave.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is perfect. It's extremely easy (and cheap!) to get to the hotel using public transit from the airport. It's also convenient to walk to all of the attractions. The staff at the Jewel truly go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. The two men at the front desk always answered any questions and gave extremely good advice. The maids leave your room impeccably clean daily with added bonuses like water with fresh fruit, and turn down service with dessert. The lady who works in the cafe at breakfast is one of the friendliest humans I've ever encountered, and OMG, the breakfast food! There is a buffet of things like pastries and yogurt, and then you can order a la carte items like omelets, bacon, etc. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Every detail of our stay at the Jewel was perfect, and I already long to return to Praha! I'd highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again when I hopefully return one day.

Yelp
I found this hotel through booking.com and it looked pretty good, so we booked this place for our stay in Prague. The hotel was very good in getting back to us and, is also pet friendly. The location is superb and you are a stones throw away from the center of town and shopping district. The staff here are extremely professional and super friendly. The room is a bit on the smaller side but well equipped. The bathroom is clean and the bed is nice and comfortable. The only drawback here is the street noise, which can go late into the night. The room was beautifully cleaned and every evening, the staff left us small treats, baked daily in the kitchen. Breakfast is included and served in the Jewel bar and, is excellent. You get a menu of options for hot food and, there is a continental buffet with excellent bread and cheese on offer, amongst other things. During the weekend they also serve a champagne breakfast, a nice touch :-)) They went to great length to look after us and, the prices are quite good, for the quality and service. It's a small hotel with a dozen or so rooms and, each room is individually named. There is no lift at this hotel and the rooms are over two floors. There is also no parking at the hotel but, there is plenty of secure parking in the city center. I used the Parkit facilities and it's secure. You can book and pay online and it's located about a 4 min walk from the hotel. It's a city filled with one way streets so driving can be a pain. I would happily come here again. It's rare to find small hotels with all the little additions like this place does, without paying a fortune. It's a gem in this city and well worth staying at.

Yelp
We did a lot of research prior to selecting our hotel for Prague, and the Jewel was just right for us with regards to location, price, and amenities. It was a little tricky to figure out where to enter upon arrival, but we found our way through the back, and they helped us out. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I made a request during online booking as to requesting a specific room I wanted, and they accommodated that request, and even welcomed us with a bottle of bubbly! The staff was also very good at making local recommendations and helping with scheduling of tours and transportation. Downstairs is a lovely bar / restaurant, where an awesome spread for breakfast is served (included) each morning. The street this hotel is on is lovely, so the view from the room is cute, and the rooms are small (typical here) but comfortable and well laid out, clean, and well designed. We hope to be back here soon, and I wouldn't bother doing additional research - we know we'd want to come back here to stay again.

Yelp
#215 Your US dollar goes further in Prague. One of the best hotels in Prague, and one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Complimentary night cap service. Conveniently located in Old Town, within walking distance to the best tourist sites in the city. Complimentary hot breakfast in the morning with your choice of sausages, omelettes, or eggs. Fresh fruit, pastries, juice, and teas. Each room is tastefully decorated, modern, and well-furnished. Only downside is that because it is in the heart of Old Town, there is an undesirable amount of noise leakage into the room from the late night partying. No elevators, but only three floors. Highly recommended.

Yelp
The Jewel Hotel was our 'home from home' in Prague. We were delighted with the hotel car service that chauffeured us to and from the airport, a little bit of a luxury compared to the cost of the bus/tram but a good way to feel pampered! We stayed in the Ruby Room, a stylish room with ruby red highlights. This was on the second floor -be warned, there is no lift (other than a tiny one for suitcases -a neat touch) but the stairs were a good counterbalance to all the beer and cake we consumed! Everything in our room was clean and comfy and we particularly appreciated the sofa/sitting area where we could stretch out and plan our next sightseeing adventure. Breakfast and other meals are served in the restaurant/bar area. Both the breakfast buffet and the a la carte offerings were tasty and plentiful and our morning waitress was keen to make sure we were happy....which we were! Every evening a small 'gift' was delivered to our room, a meringue, a coconut cake, a little delicious something. Also, a postcard with tomorrow's weather forecast and, an original touch, a bedtime story based on a local myth/legend. Front of house could not have been more helpful or friendly, just what you would want to find in a city hotel. As for the location, perfect! Local craft market in the adjacent road, Wenceslas Square to one side, the old town hall to the other, 10 minutes to the river in one direction and 10 minutes to the huge Palladium shopping centre in the other. We loved The Jewel and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Yelp
The Design Hotel Jewel was something different from the second we walked in the door. First off...you walk into the restaurant and the lobby is straight ahead. The lobby is small, like any boutique hotel. The staff is amazing, they will do anything in the world for you. Once you check in, it's out the small door to the left and up to your room. Your bags will take a small "luggage only" elevator and will meet you. Once you get there, you use a REAL KEY to open your door, and the same to lock it from the inside. Decor is VERY trendy and extremely cool. Pros: Free breakfast is wonderful as there is not only a buffet of breads and cheeses with veggies and such...you also order an entree off the menu. The scrambled eggs with chives were great...throw em on a croissant and you're good to go. Location is great, you're already in old town so go wander. Check out main square first with astronomical clock and then wind down awesome cobblestone streets wide enough for 3-4 people and boom...you're on the Charles Bridge. Cons: small rooms for some, but we thought it was fine as we're used to European rooms. Bathroom is more than adequate. Ask for room on alley, street area "could" be loud, but I can't verify personally. No A/C, at least in our room, but it was cool so we were good. Recommend: Absolutely, this hotel is as Prague hotels should be, so don't go glitz and glam, go for service along with location and something new!!!

Yelp
I spent 4 nights at Design Hotel Jewel, and it was a great experience. I only have two complaints, which I'll just leave at the beginning to get them out of the way: 1) I stayed in the Emerald Room on the first floor, and it's the smallest room I have ever paid money for. And I've been to Tokyo. My bed more resembled a daybed, but it ended up working. I get the impression that this room is an outlier and that the other rooms of the hotel are sized for normal people. 2) It kinda weirds me out that there's no way to lock your door without deadbolting it with a key. No quick exits for anybody, which seems like a fire hazard. But whatever. This hotel is rad. Let's list those reasons out, too. 1) A damn near perfect location. Just a couple of blocks off of Old Town Square, and near public transit to get the hell out of the tourist-centric chaos. Also plenty of nearby restaurants, services, and corner shops. 2) Though my room was small, it was also impeccably clean and well appointed. The bathroom had nice products and good water pressure. There were easily accessible power outlets. 3) A free high-quality breakfast from the attached Jewel Cafe. I didn't take advantage of this every day, and on the days I didn't, I regretted it. 4) This is the most important: the staff was so friendly and hospitable and I felt incredibly cared for. Each night they brought you a small sweet treat, accompanied by a "Prague bedtime story" about local history. The person front desk always had a genuine small and hello for you, and if you needed any assistance, they were more than happy to help out. Case in point: the day I checked out, I had to leave VERY early. Not only did they set me up with a complimentary towncar to the airport, but they also packed me up a to-go breakfast, since I'd miss their traditional complimentary service hours. I really value customer service, and you can tell that the management at this hotel feels the same. Again, I feel like I kind of got a raw deal with my specific room, but I would GLADLY stay at this hotel again. You should do the same.

Yelp
This place is great if you are looking for a prime location in the heart of old town Prague. Everything is at the most a 10 minute walk away. The staff is very helpful and gives great suggestions, definitely recommend this place for your stay.

Yelp
We love this place! It's a hike up the stairs but it makes you have a nice figure. The staff is really nice. They will help you with anything. Breakfast is great. Made to order cappuccinos and omelets. They even bring you sweets in the evening! Love it!!!
