Best ice cream maker in the world I could ever taste. She won a price based on the quality of her work and you can feel it at every bite. The flavors changes and varies depending on the season and what's in the lab. If you are lucky enough to find some "or noir" (black gold) don't hesitate if you're a fan of chocolate and old rhum. On top of that the quality of service is indeniably excellent. It's also possible to order cakes in advance if required. A perfect way to cool down your palet while discovering the local flavors of Guadeloupe. Bravo Mrs. Youyoutte. A master at work.

You should never go there... Or you might end up going all the time. This is a warning for foreigners wandering around without knowing where they are going. Don't go there, it's delicious with your eyes and so beautiful for your tongue. Well, I am even losing my English. Stay away from this place... It's too tempting. Damnation will follow. If you are not falling for the ice cream... Sorry, the sorbet, well, just next to it, they have a second trap... You won't be able to resist. So just avoid the trouble. Well, if like me you are not doing what people tell you, just go ahead and see for yourself. Don't say I didn't warn you. And did I mention ? the service is unforgettable. I didn't get paid. The best ice creams and sorbets we had in Guadeloupe hands down, it’s on an unremarkable little street off the beach. The flavors were all fresh and delicious and staff were attentive and friendly letting us try many of their offerings. Lots of locals there, a few of which gave us suggestions of what to try.

This place is simply amazing. The shop is very unassuming, but the ice-creams and pastries are all fantastic. The flavours are very typical of Guadeloupe and should be part of your experience on the island. I recommend the "Dlo Doubout" (sugar cane) or "La Capesterienne" (banana with fried banana bits) flavours. Enjoy!

it is what Ice Cream should be, very tasty with flavours that are not the usual stuff but made with local products. years after years the quality stay the same. you will miss something if you do not stop here to try. Don't wait your last day, you will regret you won't have time to come back.
