Peaceful environment. We planned for staycation and find out the property through Google surf. Way to the farm stay was adventurous and little scary for chennaities. Room service was awesome and ontime. Staffs are very professional and polite. We stayed for 2 days at room no.6 where the view was amazing. Lots of naturistic activity which takes your through rejuvenation on the greenary terrains. Food taste was outstanding especially there hot beverages with herbs is good experience for us. Overall you will find yourself here. No cons except pathway to resort from ooty itself seems like off-road need proper constructive road to reach there parking lot from main.||Complimentary Activity we enjoyed:|Horse riding|Cow milking|Resort walk|Sheep feeding

Easily one of the unique and best stays I've stayed so far. It's easy to note the investment made into the property both in terms of money and effort. It's a heavenly place for kids. Acres of land to run around, tons of activities for kids, a barn, kid friendly food. When the kids get that, the adults can indulge themselves in amazing food, stunning views and the amazing weather. It's a great win-win and definitely 'value for money'. We as a family have decided that going here would be our annual ritual!|Rooms : Rooms are very spacious and clean with great views.|Activities: They have plenty of activities to keep both adults and kids engaged. Horse riding, fishing, farm / barn visit, to mention a few.|Safety : The location is safe, but since it's on a small hill one might want to keep an extra pair of eyes on the kids when they're moving around.|Accessibility and walkability : |The entire property is explorable easily. Since it's remote and inaccessible by private vehicles, for the last 2-3 km the transport is provided by the Resort. That stretch of the road is very very bumpy. It's ok for kids and healthy adults. People with any spinal or back issues, better avoid.|Food : The A la carte food is just amazing and fresh even comparable to that of a 5 star property. The buffet however is generic and could be improved in terms of both taste and options.|Noteworthy details : The views, activities are one of a kind. It reminded me of Swiss landscapes and Scottish highlands.

We stayed as a family of three in a Hill View room at Destiny – The Farmstay, and it was perfect for us. The room was neat, clean, and spacious, with a balcony offering beautiful views of the hills. The location is simply amazing — the sight of Avalanche Lake from here is truly breathtaking. We loved spending time with the horses, especially Yuvraj, who stole our hearts. Our son enjoyed all the in-house activities like fishing, sheep feeding, milking, and horse riding. My personal favorite was the peaceful nature walk, which let us soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The food was good, had a nice variety, and was prepared with just the right level of spice.Getting here is an adventure in itself — the road is quite a roller coaster ride. Also, room rates during the holiday season can be steep, which could pinch the budget. But honestly, the memories and experiences we made here were worth every bit.

Like I mentioned, it indeed is a kids heaven, there's almost no wish of theirs that won't go fulfilled. My little one thoroughly enjoyed and is even prompting us to go back here as soon as possible 😀We as a family have decided that going here would be our annual ritual!

If your planning for an "Out of The Box" South Indian Vacation, you must read this Its a surreal experience staying in this place for two days. I have booked this resort based on various posts and reviews mentioned in multiple social networking sites. My daughter is 7 years and wanted a place where she would not get bored. To reach the "Destiny" the start itself was an amazing adventure ride. As the resort is placed amidst complete nature, to reach the resort, we need to leave our cars / vehicles in their parking lot, which is around 2 kms away from the destination, The resort has special vehicle to carry us to the resort and the path to ride is just amazing as its a bumpy hilly terrain with just surrounded by nature on both the sides and 100% hardcore bumpy mud path all the 2 kms. It was one of the kind of experience to go through the said path. And once you reach the resort, the view is breathtaking, absolute nature embraced place with amazing picturesque views. You click pictures there, it would just be like a painting. The valley along with the small water body view from the rooms will just make you forget your busy life schedules and take you to a calm life until you stay there. The clouds and sudden pleasant showers of rain is additional retreats to your stay. They have an amazing scheduled day which would never make you feel bored at all, they take you to nature walk, then make your kids do fishing, then give basic horse ride journey, teach how to milk cow, feed the sheep, camp by the lake, bon fire, karaoke nights, gardening, are all the in house activities which one can indulge in. You MUST try the 1 hour Jeep safari where (paid service) they take you to an amazing location through an adventurous path, the said location will be between two valleys and the time we went was just so perfect that we had mild showers with heavy breeze. We felt, we would fly off in that spot as it was that cold with amazing breeze. Further, they take us to a much steeper place, where there is a century old bungalow owned by the resort owners, which is still maintained in amazing condition, wish they allow us to stay there which is not possible. Apart from all these things, the most soothing and comfort factor is the entire team of DESTINY. They are so warm and so mindful to take care of your needs even without you asking. We got late to reach, so we were well informed to place our order before the restaurant closes and more happy as they prepared something which was not even there in the menu just for my daughter's sake, You would not have your regular mobile signal, but they have amazing wifi connectivity all across the 120 acre property with a funny wifi Password In simple, if you have two days to spend, just give those 2 days to this place and you will have an amazing experience to cherish forever.

The place is absolutely amazing! We stayed for three days and honestly didn’t feel like leaving. The environment is so soothing — from the food and service to the warmth of the people, everything was perfect. Everyone here is so welcoming. Places like this bring you closer to nature, and the experience you get is truly unmatched. |Special thanks to Visakh, Parayag and everyone who made our stay wonderful.

We have been here more than once, and each visit reminds us why this place is so special. The surroundings are stunning, the food is consistently good, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Ainur, Vishak, and the other ladies in the dining area took excellent care of us and made dining a pleasant experience. This time we came to celebrate a birthday. I had requested a cake well in advance through emails, calls, and messages, and they assured me it would be arranged. But on the day itself, to my disappointment, no one seemed aware of the request. They were not apologetic, and instead offered to arrange the cake the next day. Unfortunately, there was no point as the birthday had already passed, and the moment could not be recreated. It left us with mixed feelings. On one hand, this resort is undoubtedly among the best we have visited. On the other, it does need to improve when it comes to handling special requests, because small details can mean a lot to guests. This is why we gave it a four star and not a five star rating. That said, the charm of this place outweighs the setback, and we know we will return again.

Worst Experience Ever in this Destiny Farm Resort.|1. If you are thirsty between 11 pm to 7 am, they will not provide you any room service whatsoever.|2. Luxury Rooms is not even cleaned. Its edges are so dirty with Fungus that you cannot enter it.|3. In Luxury Rooms, No Privacy. Anyone can come anytime around your room area and you must close all your curtains all the time.|4. Poor Service. I asked for many things multiple times to room service, but no one appeared.|5. Not at all safe and appropriate if you have a child.|6. Breakfast menu south Indian food tastes so bad, as we make better at our homes.|7. Distance from room to exit and lobby is very much and that too scary. Zero buggy service, phones sometimes does not work, after sunset area is dark towards going to the restaurant.|In all, worst to stay here.
