I really enjoyed having lunch with my colleagues at Det Lille Apotek. It’s a super cute and very historical place, known as the oldest restaurant in Copenhagen. The interior is charming and old-fashioned, and it really feels like stepping back in time.
I had the open sandwich with truffle mayo, and it was absolutely delicious. I also had the tartelet , which was much bigger than usual—you only get one, but it’s more than enough. It was super tasty and made in the classic style with chicken and asparagus, which I love. They also added a bit of green asparagus, which was a nice twist.
We got a great selection of snaps I tried some of the sweeter ones, like apple, vanilla and almond, and it felt like having dessert in a glass. So good. They offer both traditional and more fruity or unique flavors, so there’s something for everyone.
If you want to try Danish food in a really cozy and authentic setting, this place does it right. Definitely worth a visit.
